• Glyn (8/5): Great centrally located spacious and comfortable apartment to explore central Berlin - We loved the central location close to many of the sights and ability to revert to the apartment to rest when the legs were tired from walking the city. We booked the larger room to allow us to do this as we enjoy walking early morning to experience cities we visit and then later to visit museums when they are open. The significant extra space, the layout of the room and sofa was great to plan and relax between outings. The location is also close to the metro with two stations within 300m for arrival with bags and to get to more distant sights eg Potsdam. The apartment was clean and not fitted with standard Ikea furnishings, crockery and utensils which seems to have permeated rentals worldwide. The WC/shower room was spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable for us, access to the washing room to do a clothes wash was great and to the luggage storage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. The kitchen had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, kettle and basic utensils anything we ate in the apartment. We did not use the hot plates or pans for a cooked meal just basic breakfast and shop bought food. We were not a fan of the WiFi access to rooms in the building. A few times the mobile connection to the Bob W site did not link directly to our booking and so we were unable to generate the signal to open the door with no ability to log into the Bob W system. Fortunately, this only happened three or four times and when it did occur it was only temporary for a few minutes. But was enough to shake our confidence and wonder if we would be able to regain access next time when leaving the room. They say there is a Plan B by calling Bob W on the contact given - but this is not the point. it provides an underlying level of doubt and concern that a physical key or door code would not (even if these methods do fail at times as well). Other minor observations which should not detract from the positive experience the room provides but would have helped elevate it up a notch to a level it should deserve for the effort put into the layout. The design of the apartment was very good and its layout could readily be used for a comfortable long term stay, but the kitchen area of the apartment although large and set out well for flow lacks a bit of function with poor lighting (reliant on the one central room light for the big room which is way behind you when at the kitchen bench). It could also do with a plate/utensil drying stand at the sink - there is a dishwasher, but the room is designed for two and there is little point using this if only using a couple of plates glasses and mugs at a time.

Ein paar Steckdosen hingen etwas aus der Wand und die Türklinke vom Bad ist fast abgefallen, aber das wurde gefixt.

• Jeanne (1/5): Not adequate. - Not much Entering the room was a tiresome process requiring at least 4 attempts each time with my phone to unöock the door. Silverware and kitchen utensils were missing from the kitchen equipment and they simply recommended I buy some myself. (Not helpful!) It is normal to expect that if there is a sort of kitchen that you can use to cook that these things are provided. Nobody wants to carry them in their carry-on suitcase or waste time and expense shopping for them and then leave them behind. The shower had lukewarm water until the last day, where it never even reached lukewarm and was just cold. I certainly expected better conditions and customer service than what I experienced.

• Teresa (9/5): Finde es empfehlenswert und würde wiederkommen. - Es war gemütlich und alles vorhanden. Die Lage war gut und es funktioniert sehr modern. Man sollte über ein Smartphone verfügen, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Es funktioniert viel über das Handy und KI. Die Details waren auch toll, gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar mit Trinkflaschen, die man auf der tagestour hätte mitnehmen bzw. ausleihen können.

• JaapJansen (9/5): Prettig verblijf in schoon appartement - Het appartement was schoon. De bedden lagen lekker. Verder vonden wij de stortdouche ook erg prettig. Ook fijn dat er lekkere stoelen staan. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf. Er waren geen dingen die echt tegenvielen. We hebben nog wel een tip: het bed staat op een hoger niveau dan de rest van de kamer. Voor de veiligheid zou een lampje met bewegingssensor bij de trap wel goed zijn, zodat je veilig 's nachts naar de wc kan.

• Jolanta (3/5): Ohne Heizung und warmes Wasser bei minus 10 Grad - Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer war zwar düster, aber gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Ein Hotel ohne Rezeption ist gut, wenn alles läuft. Es war leider nicht der Fall. Wir haben das Hotel für sieben Tage gebucht. Nach drei Tagen haben wir es mit der Zustimmung des Hotels und versprochener Erstattung verlassen. Grund dafür waren zwei Tage ohne Heizung und warmes Wasser. Es war eine Zumutung, uns dort bei 14 Grad im Zimmer übernachten zu lassen. Als wir das Hotel verlassen haben, funktionierte immer noch nicht die Heizung und das warme Wasser fehlte. Für die Tage hat uns das Hotel mit ca. 200,— entschädigt. Auf das Geld für die stornierten Tage warten wir immer noch.

Although it's on a busy street, it was very quiet. The bed was too close to the wall for a nightstand. The bathroom mirror was too far away to shave in.

La camera era ben distribuita, ben riscaldata, pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. L'hotel ha nelle vicinanze sia 2 stazioni metro che il bus oltre al fatto che volendo a piedi il centro è vicino.

• Sandra (9/5): Berlin Trip zum Konzert - Kleines aber sehr gemütliches Appartement,in der Nähe von Märkischen Museum, Janowitzbrücke..und das in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Viele kleine Details,das sehr gemütlich Bett und der problemlos Check In/Check Out per App haben den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt gemacht. Es gab sogar eine Yoga Matte,USB Kabel und auch die kleine Küche hatte so manches Raffinesse. Ebenso top Austausch immer per Mail oder WhatsApp. Mit Bus/U Bahn/ sowie S Bahn ist man schnell Richtung Alexanderplatz, Ostbahnhof, Berlin Mitte... , Alles war top,sehr wohl gefühlt.Vielleicht eine Schuh Tropfschale wäre top,Grad wenn soviel Schnee und Regen liegt,dann würde man die Holzboden schonen.Aber das ist nur eine kleine Anregung.

The apartment worked well as a practical base, and overall comfort was good. The “DeLuxe Studio” category/photos on Booking.com did not match the room I received, and the room did not feel particularly “DeLuxe.” Sound insulation was weak (corridor and nearby rooms were clearly audible), and the kitchen tap dripped intermittently at night and woke me up.

On ne peut plus y rentrer, et on ne peut prévenir personne puisque pas d accueil physique. Et donc comment faire? Le budget alloué et payé de 12 euros pour pour le petit déjeuner, à prendre dans un bistrot à 50m n est pas suffisant ( par rapport à un hôtel " normal"). Il fallait rajouter systématiquement pour avoir un vrai petit déjeuner complet.

• Quinty (7/5): Prima hotel - De locatie was erg goed, je was zo in de stad. Daarnaast was het een ruime en schone kamer. Het was erg warm in de kamer en het hotel is gehorig. De eerste nacht werden wij wakker gehouden door een koppel die de hele nacht naar elkaar aan het schreeuwen waren.

• Andreas (7/5): Günstige, saubere und nachhaltige Unterkunft in einem typischen Berliner Altbau - Die Lage ist sehr gut, was toll war, sind die kostenlosen Heißgetränke im Zimmer (Teekocher, Kaffeemaschine) - auch der Umweltaspekt ist super, gerade für Geschäftsreisen mit ESG-Nachweis ideal. Ich bin nach einer langen Odyssee mit der Deutschen Bahn nach Mitternacht und mit leerem Handyakku am Hotel angekommen. Ich bin zwar problemlos mit Nummerncode ins Gebäude gelangt, aber um ins Zimmer zu kommen muss die NFC-Funktion am Handy aktiv sein um die Zimmertür über die App der Bob-Website zu entriegeln. Glücklicherweise hatte ich ein Ladegerät dabei und konnte dann nach ca. 20 Minuten doch noch ins Zimmer. Ein etwas deutlicherer Hinweis auf diese innovative aber sehr spezielle Zugangstechnik im Vorfeld wäre sehr hilfreich.

There was no flexibility by management to do so, even though it was months before our trip. Also, the shower was tiny.

Would definitely recommend to other and we would also like to stay here again, everything was managed very professionally 😊 The air was a but stuffy in the room and it might be because of lack of proper ventilation in the room as I couldn't see any. And there is no visible ventilation in the bathroom

Some infos on the web are not very easy to find and use. --- Absolutely senseless is to book breakfast over the web. You don't get a whole breakfast or a good breakfast deal. Anything what costs more than what you payed ahead you anyway have to pay on the spot - conclusion: rather choose any breakfast place closed by by your choice. And there are really some nice ones.

• Cristina (10/5): Muy recomendable! práctico y confortable,para repetir - Un apartamento estupendo, pequeño pero muy cómodo, en un barrio que tiene de todo (supermercado, metro, restaurantes…), super bien comunicado, puedes incluso ir al centro andando, y a otros lugares interesantes,con un acceso super sencillo, una atencion inmediata a traves de su web.Con cocina con los enseres y utensilios básicos (cafetera, tostadora, nevera, lavavajillas y microondas), baño con secador, cargadores de dispositivos, tv con chromecast.Ademas cuentan con un cuarto guarda equipaje y cuarto de lavanderia muy completo, en resumen, es estupendo y muy recomendable, repetiría. Muchas gracias por todo! Quiza cambiara alguna cacerola por alguna sarten, pondria algun mantel..pero nos gustó todo
