I pasti serviti a bordo piscina con ricco menù a buffet soddisfano tutti i palati, unica nota da migliorare la pulizia delle stoviglie; Al check in viene rilasciata una tessera sulla quale caricare tutto l’extra consumato così da non utilizzare i contanti , questa non ci è mai stata richiesta dal personale interno creando magari dei disguidi sulle varia consumazioni. Vista la comodità perché non utilizzare questo sistema ?? Spiaggia privata raggiungibile a tutte le ore tramite servizio navetta elettrica , idea molto ecologica 👍 Servizio spiaggia eccellente, ombrellone sempre riservato e chiosco ben rifornito a disposizione dei clienti interni ed esterni .

Ristorante fantastico, qualità e varietà del cibo eccellente. Un posto dove ritornare sempre, sensazione di lusso rilassato, il massimo per una vacanza al mare che non ha eguali . Davvero super !

La doccia è il top. Il personale è sempre gentile e a disposizione. La spiaggia è a pochi passi e si può utilizzare una navetta per raggiungerla che sale e scende tutto il giorno. L'unico neo è la posizione. Nelle vicinanze ci sono paesini piccoli, se si cerca la movida serale bisogna spostarsi un po'.

Sono stata 3 giorni con l’aria condizionata fuori uso, senza ricevere assistenza! Lo staff del ristorante è stato perfetto anche le pietanze. Ho pagato una tessera club per l’animazione inesistente! L’unico intrattenimento serale musica dal vivo ripetuta per 15 giorni sempre la stessa! La signora Serena alla reception era indisponente sia con i colleghi che con l’assistenza nei nostri riguardi, tanto che scriverò al direttore!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Zimmer: Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht. Im Urlaub wollten wir diesen einlaufen lassen und stellten mit bedauern fest, dass der Abflussstöpsel fehlte. Dieser fehlte absichtlich! Denn das Resort verlang einen Aufpreis von 20 Euro (pro Mal) wenn man den Whirlpool benutzen möchte! Dieser Aufpreis wird aber auf der Homepage nicht erwähnt, auch nicht unter dem kleingedruckten. Toll, wir haben nun also ein teureres Zimmer gebucht um uns den Whirlpool anzusehen! Wenn dieser noch nicht so in seine Jahre gekommen wäre und alle Knöpfe noch gehalten hätten, dann hätten wir diese 20 Euro vielleicht wenigstens für einmal bezahlt, aber wir wollten kein Risiko eingehen. Personal: Motiviertes Personal sucht man in diesem Resort leider auch vergebens. Dieses erledigt zwar seinen Job, aber man sieht die große "Lust" in der Mimik. Überrascht waren wir vom Hausdienst/Putzpersonal, dieses war ausgesprochen freundlich und strahlte eine ehrliche Freude aus (obwohl man es von Ihnen weniger erwarten würde). WLAN: Man hat zwar WLAN an der Rezeption, am Pool und teilweise am Strand aber bis ins Zimmer reicht die Verbindung nicht. Strand: Der Strand ist traumhaft und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Kristallklares Wasser in türkis ist garantiert. Erholung pur!

Uno splendido villaggio curato nei particolari, con uno staff eccellente che si prenderà cura di voi! Una magnifica zona piscina e una spiaggia privata con una posizione invidiabile! Bellissimo! Speriamo di tornarci presto!
- Peter (8/5): Mooi verzorgd domein - Prachtig domein, goede keuken : klein buffet met toch voor ieder wat wils. Lekkere tonijn gegeten en keuze uit twee hoofdschotel en twee primi platti , voorafgegaan van een voorgerecht buffet. Wijnen va 20 eur ( duur voor italië). Drankjes 4-5 eur. Golfkarvervoer op +_ private weg 500m naar strand. Strandstoelen en parasols gratis. Hadden een classic room in beneden stuk van een van de villatjes: groot met twee slaapkamers en bdkmrs. Jacuzzi naar mijn mening belachelijk en bijna niemand gebruikt dit . Ach ja , vaste plaatsen in restaurant ! Je moet een beetje geluk hebben. Vraag esspreso of capucino want andere koffie (americano) is gewoon niet lekker ( heb je wel meer in Sardinië)

- Jörg (6/5): Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen - Tolle Hotelanlage, sehr schön aufgebaut. DZ teilweise sehr klein, Klimaanlage schimmelig, deshalb Zimmer gewechselt. Frühstück keinerlei Abwechslung, täglich 1 Sorte Käse und 2 Sorten Wurst, immer die gleiche. Aber sehr große Auswahl an Obst und Kuchen. Traumhafter Strand, tolle Liegen und Schirme (kostenlos), alle 5 Minuten fährt ein Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand. in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
- Manu (4/5): Unfreundlich - Zweifellos gibt es dort auch sehr freundliche,höfliche Mitarbeiter,aber die sind an fünf Fingern abzuzählen.Durch eine Flugverspätung kamen wir 13std später dort mittags hungrig und durstig an.Man hat uns nicht einmal ein Wasser angeboten,sondern die nicht in Anspruch genommene Übernachtung mit Frühstück und Kartengebühr für den Tag voll berechnet.Unbegreiflich ist für mich die merkwürdige Einteilung von Reihen.Am Strand und beim Frühstück "durften"wir nur in die 3.Reihe.Dabei war beim Frühstück und auch am Strand so wenig los, daß wir uns meiner Meinung nach hätten hinsetzen können, wo wir wollten.Froh waren wir allerdings,daß die "Billigen"Zimmer oben sind,so war die Ameisenplage nicht ganz so schlimm,wie ebenerdig.Wenn ich morgens im harten Bett aufwachte, hatte ich immer einige platt gelegen.Bei den sanitären Anlagen waren wir froh ,daß zumindest die Dusche und merkwürdigerweise die Toilettenspülung warmes Wasser hatte.Aus den restlichen Hähnen kam nur kaltes Wasser.Das Frühstück würde ich als annehmbar bezeichnen.Das Brot und Obst frisch ,aber bei Kaffee oder Tee schmeckte man das gechlorte Wasser.Der Kuchen sah besser aus als er schmeckte.Ich würde jedenfalls nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Auch für B&B Gäste geeignet. Das der Costa Rei gibt es zahlreiche und wirklich sehr gute Restaurants.
- Jonathan (10/5): Settimana a fine stagione - La vacanza più bella e rilassante che abbia mai fatto in compagnia della mia fidanzata. Ideale per persone tranquille in cerca di relax. Malgrado fosse la penultima settimana prima della chiusura autunnale, i servizi e lo staff sono stati impeccabili. La temperatura è sempre stata gradevole forse grazie anche alla leggera brezza che ha accompagnati durante tutto il soggiorno. Cibo buono e variato. Interessante la scelta del buffet anziché ordinazione al tavolo, in questo modo si evitano le attese.

Negativ: Zimmer sind feucht, es riecht sehr unangenehm. Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach nicht.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Gefiel uns sehr gut - Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb. Von daher bestehen kaum Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Es bietet sich daher eher für Personen an, die einen ruhiges Hotel zur Entspannung suchen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht direkt am Strand, weil sich zwischen Hotelanlage und Strand ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet. Der sehr schöne Strand ist aber problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wer trotzdem nicht laufen möchte, kann mit einem der regelmässig fahrenden Shuttles (Elektrowagen) mitfahren. Die Benützung der Strandliegen am hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt ist gratis. Am Strand gibt es ein Beachvolley-/Beachtennisfeld. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie verfügen über eine gute, programmierbare Klimaanlage. Das Essen ist sehr gut und recht abwechslungsreich. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich.

- turista deluso (4/5): Come non si gestisce un villaggio vacanze - arriviamo disidratati, ci vogliono spiegare le regole anziché' darci un bicchier d'acqua.Appena arrivato mi hanno dato la ricevuta del l'incasso con carta di credito (mai successo!). La camera assegnata era interna, a furia di protestare me ne danno un'altra appena decente. Poi più nessuno! Ho dovuto scoprire tutto chiedendo qua e là. Mentre chiedevo spiegazioni ad un qualche responsabile, sono stato assalito a male parole dal proprietario!!! Non sono riuscito a trovare un'altra sistemazione perché nella zona era tutto esaurito e perché' temevo di non recuperare i soldi. Alla fine ho trascorso la mia settimana in maniera dignitosa, anche perché natura e mare meritano! Credo che comunque, fino a pochi anni fa, facessero altri lavori (nel terreno di fronte pascolano le pecore!). L'organizzazione lascia a desiderare: 1) il bar sulla spiaggia non ha sedie e tavoli, non ci sono servizi igienici e la doccia e' a 500 M dalla spiaggia, ombrelloni "intruppati", nonostante la spiaggia non certo piccola!; 2) ristorante soltanto a buffet a prezzi esagerati (allo stesso prezzo siamo andati tutte le sere al miglior ristorante di pesce della vicina Costa Rei!); 3) la colazione è fino alle 10! 4) nel patio adiacente alla camera e' stata "buttata" una vasca (piccola) con idromassaggio, praticamente inutilizzabile! PS: se vi capita di vedere un tipo che gira con un motorino sgangherato non preoccupatevi, e' il proprietario!!! Ah dimenticavo, quando siamo andati via, hanno preteso altri 120

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nettes Hotel mit Vogelproblem - Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, Zimmer groß und geräumig. Der Pool und Strand sind wunderbar. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer, die leider direkt mit Balkon zum Pool gelegen sind und somit sehr laut und vom Pool her einsehbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr vielseitig, das Abendessen ist leider von minderer Qualität. Die Fitnessgeräte befinden sich unter freiem Himmel und können somit kaum genutzt werden bei den Temperaturen auf Sardinien. Das größte Problem vom Hotel ist leider, dass auf dem Hotelgelände Hunderte Vögel nisten. Wir haben über unserem Zimmereingang 13 Nester gezählt. Ab 6:00 war es also sehr laut im Zimmer. Der Zimmereingang ist von Vogelkot überseht. Auch der Einsatz der Putzfrauen hat nur für wenige Stunden geholfen.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Grundsätzlich schön, leider mit kleinen Fehlern - Die Anlage mit den Villen ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und ordentlich. Der Strand ist sehr schön und durch den Shuttle-Service sehr einfach zu erreichen. Deluxe Zimmer bedeutet leider über dem Pool, sodass man permanent gesehen wird und auch den Lärm immer hat. Leider gibt es ein Vogelproblem. Über unserer Zimmertür hatten wir 10 Schwalbennester die nicht entfernt wurden. Daraus resultierte ein vollgeschissener Boden und ab morgens um 6 ein riesen Lärm. Also unbedingt Ohropax mitnehmen.

- Thomas (8/5): Comfortable stay at beautiful beach - We went to Costa Rei in June and had all in all a great stay at this hotel. I'll start off with the few negatives: Our room was part of a bigger one, split by a thin door. Fortunately the other couple next door were quiet, so we didn't find that to be a big problem. Rooms were clean and held a decent standard compared to other Sardinian hotels. There could be more variation on the half-board dinner, as we often found ourselves missing meat of some sort. Other than that we have a very positive impression of this hotel. We noticed that some reviews refer to the beach as "okay" and not as beautiful as the best on this island. After driving a few hours north and visiting several places further south (Villasimius, Cagliari, Chia), we concluded that this beach was up there among the best. While not comparable to Chia (obviously), it was still absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the different beach activities and the staff was pleasant. Especially Sandro in the bar. We particularly enjoyed the evening activities with local musicians. We wouldn't have any problems recommending this hotel, but it could get even better with more variation on half board as well as an upgrade of the rooms.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Traumstrand aber Hotel lässt viele Wünsche offen - leider ist dieser tolle Strand sehr weit entfernt vom Hotel...shuttle gibt es aber die fahren nur spartanisch und meistens haben wir entweder ewig warten müssen oder es kam keiner und wir sind gelaufen.... was ja nicht schlimm ist nur ist der Weg dort hin nicht gerade einladend.... Essen ist nicht wirklich der Hit... Auswahl ist sehr sehr klein für ein Büffet... mein Sohn mit 2 Jahren hat hier so gut wie nie etwas gefunden aber das ist sicher auch Geschmacksache! Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Zimmer sind nicht ganz so wie es bei dem Preis sein müsste (Preis -Leistung passt da nicht ) Und wir hatten eine Suit. Man muss sich auf sehr lange Wege überall einstellen... vorallem wenn man eine Suite bucht oder eine Villa...die Doppelzimmer sind im Haupthaus welches direkt am Pool und über dem Restaurant liegen, kann schön sein - muss aber nicht.... mit Kinder sicher schwierig hier Ruhe zu finden. Der Strand ist das einzig überragend tolle an diesem Hotel...

Man konnte alle Geräusche, Gespräche etc. hören.
