• David (10/5): The hotel is in a great location. My room was large and bright. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. - The hotel is in a great location, very close to many major attractions. My room was large and very comfortable with a huge window overlooking the street. It was a light , bright room. The bed was super comfortable . The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. They always did their best to answer or respond to any questions or queries. If you got to breakfast a bit later, there was often not a lot of choice or food remaining.

In the second one, the bathroom's floor was dirty and looked molded. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

• Michael (7/5): Good - The Hotel has a great location! The Bazaar is a couple of minutes away and most sites of interest are within walking distance! No comment as everything was OK!

• Hawaiiguy808 (10/5): Good hotel, good location, friendly staff - Good hotel with free parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks good English. There is a small free parking lot with the hotel. They allowed us to keep the car there after check out for the afternoon. Breakfast has a great variety of food. Location is walking distance to town (15 minutes or so) and right next to the old bazar area.
• Prajjwal (10/5): Comfy, centrally located hotel. Good value for money, - The staff was very nice. The receptionist Mitko, was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Thank you for you hospitality and kindness. Can't comment on this, as I didn't stay long enough.

• Ivo (3/5): Poor - This hotel has a great location very near old part of town and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately the rooms in a hotel should not be as they are in this hotel. Both hand soap and shower gel dispenser were empty. The room was turned to the main road and the windows did not seal so there was terrible noise from the road. The TV did not function. On the right bed I could not find the off switch, so I had to unscrew the light-bulb. Next day I found the switch. It bas behind the bed and almost un-accessible.

• Michael (6/5): A PLEASANT STAY! - THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT! MOST PLACES OF INTEREST ARE NEARYBY AND IN EASY WALKING DISTANCE! THE BAZAAR IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES, THE STONE BRIDGE IN 10 MINUTES AND CITY CENTRE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. THE TV WAS OUT OF ACTION FOR 3 DAYS DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH THE SIGNAL!

• Mojca (5/5): Passable - close to center very basic breakfast... very very warm rooms....the air conditioner doesn't work well and can't cool down...if you set it to max, it's impossible to sleep because of the noise...but you can't cool it when you're not in the room. 1 day before arrival, they called me to say that they had overlooked that I had booked 2 rooms and that they did not have free time on both days. But then they made arrangements and moved us to another hotel the next day

The hotel is very clean, various choice for breakfast, very friendly staff. The highlight was the complimentary welcome basket. Keep it up!
