Das Personal war ziemlich verpeilt und wir mussten bei Main checken und 1 Stunde rechtfertigen wegen meiner Buchung ob wir die Zimmer jetzt für vier Personen haben oder nicht angeblich wurden nur für zwei Personen gebucht aber ich hab alles angegeben ich kann mir nur erinnern ich hatte die Bestätigung mit der Buchungsnummer und es gab auch keine Frühstücke obwohl ich diese eigentlich angegeben hab.

• Christina (7/5): - Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief leider nicht reibungslos. Obwohl wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten, wurde uns zunächst nur ein Zimmer zugeteilt. Beim Auschecken kam dann zusätzlich die Aussage, dass eine Person angeblich nicht angereist sei. Insgesamt gab es daher leider mehrere organisatorische Probleme.
• Anna (8/5): Für den Preis wirklich super! - Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, es gibt zwei Pools, super Frühstück für 10€. Der Aufzug ist angsteinflösend und ich konnte die Gespräche die im Gang und im nächsten Zimmer geführt worden sind mithören.

• Kai (6/5): Für ein paar Tage ok - -günstiger preis und nähe zum Strand -gutes Frühstück -gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Taxi von und hin zum Flughafen und gute Busanbindung ein paar Schritte weiter -Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in großen und ganze sauber, für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist es okay -Gepäckaufbewahrung wenn man vorher ankommt ist super -online Checkin ist fürchterlich, Vorallem wenn dann trotzdem alles noch nicht klappt und es dann ewig lang dauert -Zimmer war eigentlich um 12 fertig aber man darf trotzdem erst ab 14 Uhr einchecken -Freundlichkeit ist so naja von einigen Mitarbeitern -irgendwie hatte abends keine Bar offen -bei Ankunft lungern vor den Eingang ein Haufen Leute die Bier „saufen“ und schon 1,8 in Turm haben -ständiges Gebrülle der anderen Zimmern von Balkon (das ist eben Mallorca…) Für 2-3 Tage ok, länger wer es aber nicht meins. Das Hotel müsste saniert werden, das hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich.

Klo war kaputt dementsprechend hatte das Zimmer auch danach gerochen. Duschen konnte man auch nicht gehen da der Duschkopf kaputt war… Wir hatten einen Fernseher im Zimmer der leider nicht funktioniert hatte…

• Fletcher (5/5): Should get a refund tbh - Had a nice breakfast and breakfast staff friendly. Very noisy with 18 year olds banging on door in middle of the night singing and carrying on. Until around 5am! Staff taking forever to sort any issue and blaming on previous staff/owners. Lift very slow and always queues

• Alison (6/5): Ryan air hotel - Good location Clean All I can say is this is the Ryan Air of hotels. No frills Check in is chaos. Done online where you navigate several pages. Took 20 mins. The internet is poor. Well non existent You have to pay €5 for a pool towel which isn’t refundable I appreciate this hotel is predominantly used for hens stags however chanting at 7am in the morning from your balcony with music blaring out possibly needs to be addressed. You pay for what you get

• Gerard (8/5): A good hotel and nice staff overall good value for money - The Staff are very friendly, I had breakfast which was included and really good selection of fresh produce and the hotel was cleaned everyday buy the staff which were very hardworking No facilities in the room, I.e. Kettle coffee etc, not even glasses also location is a bit on the outskirts of town

Klasse Lage um zu Fuß feiern zu gehen 🥳 Das Frühstück war recht gut, aber das Personal kam beim Andrang kaum nach. Grölende, lärmende Hotelgäste die sich leider am frühen Morgen nicht ansatzweise benehmen können.
• Elisabet Mónica (7/5): Buen hotel pero no para una estancia tranquila - Excelente ubicación cerca de la playa al igual que las instalaciones y el desayuno. Muy buen trato del personal de DÍA. A la noche y madrugada es un descontrol de gente ADULTA alcoholizada que grita y despiertan a los que no utilizamos un “adult freendly” para eso. Lo peor es que cuando se llama a la recepción de noche……nadie responde ni se hace cargo
