You can see across the Tuscan countryside it was perfect. Special thanks to Pietro for being so welcoming and supportive on our first day doing the Via Francigena - we got engaged this week too! No notes, we loved it!

The bites caused severe itching, pain, and visible marks which affected me physically and emotionally during my trip. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially for a hotel stay. - Paolo (8/5): Paolo from Australia walking the Via Francigena - Beautiful town, very close to a stunning church, bars and restaurants. Little miss attitude on check-in, helpful enough with a taxi request, I guess, but that's Italy, beautiful one day, and you deal with people with attitude the next. Remembering, they only work for 1200 Euros a month, so I let it go and didn't let it spoil an otherwise great Via Francigena walk.

TV nuova ma rotta, stanza grande con illuminazione irrisoria, non era una suite in quanto il locale era unico e non diviso in due. Bagno da sistemare Prezzo molto alto rispetto alla qualità della camera e dei servizi.

Large lady at check in was delightful Dark room with light bulbs out. Tired bathroom with low pressure shower. No lounge area in hotel, basically just room Had to ask for blanket for bed No room amenities, ie bottle opener, coffee etc. air con noisy and not effective. All the staff except lady mentioned above were disinterested.

Possibilità di cenare senza spostarsi. Per viaggi di lavoro è un pò fuori mano. Colazione con poca scelta.

- Luca (9/5): Nel complesso un posto molto buono e accogliente - Personale disponibile e cortese. Vista ottina dalla camera. Bagno spazioso e pulito. Colazione ottima. Camera silenziosa. Per via della ZTL e dei cantieri è stato un po' complicato da raggiungere. Lo staff si è comunque dimostrato molto disponibile, preparato e soprattutto paziente nel fornire le indicazioni necessarie. Fastidiosa la spia verde della lampada di emergenza che durante la notte (per ovvi motivi) rimane accesa.
