• Bayode (10/5): - I love the space and how clean it was. The ambience was amazing. Though it took awhile before my reservation was identified but from then on it was a beautiful experience and then I met Igor the guest relations manager. Wow! What an amazing guy he is. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. Of course he was my go-to guy since I couldn't speak Piyin. Igor was always there to assist with every of my requests. I wish every hotel could have an Igor. The hotel staff were cautious, friendly and always ready to help. From the front door to the front desk, from the protocol guys to the cleaners, how the hotel achieved such organized operations is so brilliant and am happy to enjoy the top-notch hospitality the operations afford at a price friendly offering. Above all, I enjoyed my stay at Pan Pacific Apartments, Ningbo. It was about the best hotel experience I ever had. And I will keep coming back anytime am in Ningbo. Keep it up guys.

• Ta (9/5): - The breakfast is great and chef Pan and others are very cheerful and helpful serving noodles and other variety of food. The gym has decent size and equipment, dry and wet sauna and a nice swimming pool.

Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise.

Great 24hr minimarket located at the serviced apartments, Great gym and swimming pool. Check out, Receptionist distracted by other guests whilst checking me out, politely tell others to wait in turn rather than walking to the front of the queue! Very frustrating!

• Fabrice (10/5): Fantastic ! Far beyond my expectations ! Amazing structure and services, wonderful staff ! - Amazing location , in the new area of Ningbo . The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The restorant was fantastic , the gym was very nice with excellent machines , I really enjoyed it . The staff was absolutely brilliant . We enjoyed our stay !

It felt safe and secure, great ambience and overall great experience. My only negative was that there was a kitchen but no kitchen facilities, I booked this hotel because I wanted to cook but there was no stove or utencils.

• leo (8/5): Nice place, but not great for town. - Serviced apartment area was a few minute walk from the hotel checkin in a separate building. Room was clean but a bit warn. There were no utensils, laundry detergent or the other things I would expect. Other than in hotel nearest dining was 10 min cab ride at Wanda mall. Not a bad place, but I think there are better choices in town.

• Lance (10/5): Best hotel experience in China - This hotel is only 2 years old, so the hotel is in great condition. I stayed the first night in the serviced suites- beautiful rooms overlooking the river. The gym pool and tennis court are great. The second night I stayed in the hotel regular hotel room, nothing special, but a nice room with access to the same amenities. Hotel staff speaks English and are very friendly and courteous.

• ES (6/5): LARGE Room but smelly and not super clean - Large room with a fridge, stove, and many other items I didn't need. It had a separate living room...it was in Building 2. Not sure if it was an upgrade or a standard room. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It was very late when I checked in, and they didn't quite understand that I wanted them to bring some air freshener. My business partner's room didn't smell like mine, but she also complained that it wasn't so clean. It was fine for 1 night. IT's a very large hotel. Staff was ok...better in the morning time than the night time staff.
