Wir hatten die Honeymoon Suite gebucht, wurden jedoch im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert, dass die vorherigen Gäste ihren Aufenthalt verlängert hatten. Daher wurden wir in eine andere Villa umgebucht, die zwar größer war, für zwei Personen jedoch eher unpraktisch und weniger passend.

Villa is beautify decorated and very comfortable, you feel relaxed and can make yourselves at ease on arrival. Choengmon beach is Samui’s most beautiful beach, restaurants for al tastes available here. Shuttle service to beach and back is complementary and no wait. We highly recommend the private chef service, an outstanding and beautiful experience. Thank you for a wonderful experience again and see you on our return from Loh Tao island.

We loved the convenience of the Golf Buggy taking us to local restaurants etc. We were in the honeymoon cottage to begin with and loved the plunge pool on hot days, very refreshing. We were upgraded to a villa due to a cancellation by another booking. This was an exceptionally kind offer and the villa with private pool was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our 2 weeks in Koh Samui and it was made extra special by all the staff. Having to leave this perfect place.

We loved our stay and felt very welcome as we had known them from previous stay, thank you. A delightful and memorable stay and an island we fell in love, so we did of our short stay at Paradise Island Estate where we will return.

Sara (10/5): Beautiful villa in a great location with wonderful staff. - Palm and team were absolutely fantastic - they could not have done more for us during our stay. From arranging trips or taxis to messaging to see if we needed anything. If you are looking for a relaxed but luxurious break on a beautiful island this is for you. We would love to come back and do everything we didn't have time to do! The beach is a short walk away however Palm will arrange a lift there and back if required. The villa was immaculate and everyone on the team was friendly and incredibly helpful. Great location, only 20 mins from the airport, 10 minutes walk from large selection of shops, restaurants and the beach. The team will clean your villa every day, if required and cleaning and maintenance are done to a very high standard. Water/tea/coffee are replenished daily which was a big bonus. You made our stay on the island so special and very happy - thank you. We'd love to come back and stay with you again! There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay. I would only point out that due to the beautiful greenery and position of the villa, there wasn't much sun on the terrace after about 3pm however with the beach so near we enjoyed an afternoon stroll and spent the afternoon's there if we wanted more sun and enjoyed everything the beach has to offer. It is the most beautiful beach with a friendly, calm atmosphere.

Pool was very nice and trees provided shade if preferred. Stairs required caution as top step is higher than the rest, a second bannister would help.

Gal (9/5): Very recommended - Great facilities, very kind and welcoming staff. They can make a very good breakfast though it’s pricey for a family of 5 (500 THB per person). All doors have safety locks to prevent kids from reaching the pool or exit the villa.

Bilal (10/5): Great Villa, great location, great pool, great service - The villa is large, private and with a good size pool which was warm. Each room was of a good size. The staff were very helpful especially the manager called Palm. They assisted in getting us taxis, hiring cars and booking tours and were flexible in making arrangements around our schedules. 10/10 for the service. Everything was good. I would book this villa again.
Laetitia (10/5): Luxurious stay next to a quiet and calm beach. - This is an amazing villa, thoughtfully decorated and will all comfort possible. It is a short walk from the beach but the staff will also drive you there and pick you up in their cart. We couldn’t not fault the staff or the villa for anything, such a luxurious feel to our stay! The swimming pool could be slightly less deep.

Made our trip to Koh Samui excellent!!! Great location close to Choengmon Beach. Steep hill to get to the property BUT didn't effect our stay as there is a shuttle to and from the beach for free provided by the hotel!

Glenn (10/5): Really relaxing and a great villa for families. Roomy, with great airconditioning - Staff at the villa where exceptional. Very friendly and always keen to assist. They checked in with us regularly and brought us fruit platters and chocolates. The pool was amazing to have with kids, and the cool breeze on the hill where the villa was situated was amazing, really comfortable.
Kate (10/5): - The "honeymoon suite" was an entire villa. Perhaps I didn't look at the pictures close enough, but I was so surprised to have the whole home to myself. Tai and her team met me for a warm welcome and laid out beautiful flowers in the entry. The kitchen was large and seemed to have all the essentials. The home was very quiet, I slept deeply. I only booked one night as a fix before going to the airport the next day. As soon as I arrived, I wished I'd booked a longer trip! I would definitely visit again. One note - there is no reception/office, so I don't believe they can hold your bags past the checkout time.

Mia (10/5): Relaxing gateway in the heart of Choeng mon. - Nice and cosy place. Lots of space and privacy, and we really enjoyed it with full heart<3 The house has a caracter, beautiful and comfortable. We had our own swimming pool which our son loved so much! Upstairs we had two big separate bedrooms with own bathrooms (Tv´s provided) and downstairs a room with two bunk beds (beautiful and wide ones with own bathroom), and a nice tv chilling room. We had a big kitchen, where to cook and if we didn´t feel like cooking or going to the near by restaurants we ordered Grab to the house gate- very handy! You don´t need to go anywhere if you just want to chill at the house. Our host was Pinky. Amazing warm hearted person. She mastered everything. She was always available, through WhatsApp. Her staff was very kind, they did amazing job with cleaning. They provide cleaning every day if you need, with water and tea/coffee capsules provided to the house for your use. At our last morning Pinky and her staff came to the house and brought us pancakes and it was such a warm gesture. We left to Mae Nam and when we left the house, we told Pinky that if we didin´t find a home like this, we would return. And 4 days later we did;) Restaurants, shops, massage, Muay thai outdoor gym walk by, 7-eleven and Tops, walking 10 minutes. Also daytime we could text Pinky if we needed her ride somewhere nearby. The house is on the hills, with own private land, gates and guard at the nighttime, so you are very safe and secure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Timo (3/5): Poor - It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work for several days. In the master bedroom, which was repaired, only the second hot one was sleeping in +30 heat. The water circulation in the swimming pool didn't work for half the trip. Expensive, but the house had already seen its time. For that money, everything has to work. The sacks were traveling all over the house, the sockets were working as they were and the lights were flickering. the water was also out for one evening and they were repaired for many hours.

We were visiting for a part of our 2 week honeymoon and they made us feel so special and extreme welcome. We should return with family as the villa is large and can host large families.

Buabowon (10/5): absolutely recommended! - Everything was beyond perfect. 3 of us chose this accommadation to stay for our short holiday for five nights. The place itself is enormous, well decorated and in good condition. All the staff: Kate; Pinky; and the rest of the team were always there to support us 24/7, though some problems occured but the team solved it promptly. The accommodation is also located in a lovely area - less overcrowded, and lots of good restaurants nereby. absolutely recommended.

Paul (5/5): Great staff, but overpriced. - It is very private, indoors and out. Pinky is great and housekeeping was very organised. Communication was excellent. Like many recent reviewers, I had the expectation that the property had facilities similar to a hotel. It doesn’t. There are none. The villa is very dated, the kitchen was falling apart. What I really didn’t like about the property, is that even though it’s very close to town, it’s an extremely arduous walk due to the hilly position. it isn’t suitable for anyone who isn’t able bodied.

Kate (10/5): Charming and relaxing stay - Beautiful resort with unique privacy and services close to beautiful Choeng Mon Beach. Staff lead by Khun Pinky are very responsive and catered for our requests. We had a wonderful massage at our Suite, we hired the Private Chef for a romantic dinner by the pool and the Thai food experience was first class. Thank you for this unique experience. We will visit every time we come to Koh Samui and would like to thank you for your service.

The Villa did not have a lot of shared services and amenities listed on their page including breakfast buffet and a play area for children, restaurant, spa to name a few The estate is nice but not as advertised. Not worth the price given the many issues we encountered. there are many options on the island.
Shivani (3/5): Not worth the money, go somewhere else. - Little to compliment given what was advertised compared to what the estate really had to offer. Does not include the amenities and services listed. Would not recommend for families with children as the villas are not child safe. No play area indoors or outdoors. Breakfast not included despite being advertised. No bar or restaurant on site as advertised. No spa on site as advertised. No jacuzzi/hot tub despite being in the two largest villas they had to offer. Poor communication from owner and concierge. Despite supposedly being open and running for a decade this place was not run like an experienced business. Would not recommend.
Sally (1/5): Very disappointing - The property was very tired, eg. The kitchen cupboards were chipped, the windows didn’t fit well so all insects and geckos came in.. There was no hot water. And when we finally got hot water, it went intermittently between scorching hot and cold. The pool area was very small and completely shaded. We had to get a taxi everywhere, there was no view,it was up a steep hill which some taxis would drive up and others wouldn’t. The staff were friendly until we said we had a problem and then they made us feel we were being difficult. The beds were v uncomfortable. The staff kept turning the air conditioning off . The air con was not efficient and so it would take a while for the rooms to cool down again.
Calvin (9/5): Great private villas - We got an upgrade to the 4-bed villa for the first 3 nights. Amazing views from the master bedroom. Pinky and the staff were so helpful - they will take you down to the shops in the golf buggy or to/from the beach if you are feeling lazy. Beach is only 5 mins away and we preferred Choeng Mon beach to the larger/busier Chaweng beach.. Lovely location - very peaceful, but near to restaurants and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool was great for the kids. They must fog quite regularly, as we never even saw a mozzy whilst there! Overall I would highly recommend Paradise Island Estate. The villas could do with a little bit of maintenance (eg tired kitchen cabinets) and although the kitchen was equipped, you may struggle to cook a large meal (though we ate out most nights). But these are minor points. The pool at the 3-bed villa had no shallow end - to be aware if you have small children (but ours 4/8 enjoyed it).
Adi (9/5): Great place, excellent service, amazing pool - A quiet, beautiful and private place with a guard at the entrance. We were upgraded upon arrival to the large villa (we booked a honeymoon room) and received a beautiful, huge villa with an amazing pool. The house and the pool is very clean, there is with a mini bar with full of drinks, and cheap. Pinky, the hostess, is very nice, helps with anything needed and the service is excellent, fast and always with a smile. We had a lot of fun. A few minutes walk away there is several amazing temples A little old . You must have a motorcycle/car to get around the area.

As I left earlier than I said I would they ask why; I said there is bad smell impossible to stay. So she came to the room to check and with a straight poker face she said she does not smell anything ((: and for that I am writing the bad review. U should have apologized I did not ask for a refund all i wanted is you acknowledging the problem and fix it for next customer
Asmerom (10/5): Exceptional - Upon arrival, we were instantly made to feel at home with a warm welcome from all the staff, especially Kate and Pinky. The villa looked picture perfect, exceeding our expectations; a truly beautiful place to stay. For the 4 nights that we stayed, we were looked after by Pinky; She is an incredible woman who manages all the villa’s. We exchanged numbers on the first day and she was always one text message away if we needed anything, whether it was grocery shopping or to book an activity, or in our case organise an entire surprise birthday. Pinky was attentive and caring, always doing her absolute best when approaching any task. Pinky truly is an exceptional women and can be whole heartedly trusted to make your stay incredibly lavish and fun! We will definitely be returning once back in Thailand! Thank you.
Olivia (10/5): Secluded paradise in Koh Samui north coast - The stay was unbelievable. I have stayed in the bigger houses before, but this was my first time in the honeymoon suite. It was just so perfectly secluded with a pool and jacuzzi bath in the garden area, along with a BBQ. I will definitely be back again. The host Pinky was amazing and helpful, anything we needed, she organized for us!
Henrik (9/5): Superb - The cottage was really cozy and the garden in the middle of wonderful nature. The staff really made us feel at home during our vacation. Transportation to the beach was done every day in no time. The private pool brought a really nice and private atmosphere. In the evenings, the friendly orange cat often came to make a closer contact. I recommend the destination especially if you like your own peace and nature. There were some issues with the water pressure, but the staff did everything they could to fix it. Special thanks to the maintenance man.
Jasmine (10/5): Amazing Stay - Pinky was absolutely amazing she was so welcoming and helpful. We booked the Royal Private Pool Suite and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The pool area was fantastic with an outdoor dining table and lots of sun loungers. We loved the high ceiling in the entrance hall and it was very tastefully decorated. We had an absolutely amazing stay and we cannot wait to return to this property again! My only complaint is that the curtains in the bedroom we slept in were a little too small for the window. This is very minor and would not impact me returning!

Michelle (10/5): Private luxury accommodation! Pure perfection for couples or families! - We stayed in 2 of the villas during our honeymoon trip: the Honeymoon Suite and one of the 3 bedroom villas. They were exceptional! Very spacious, very private, tastefully decorated in a traditional Thai style. There were ample facilities and towels and toiletries. The villas are perfectly situated with restaurants, 7-11 and bars close by. It was a short moped ride into Chaweng, and we managed to ride the whole island from this base. The staff were fantastic - we had our own host (Banana) who was very attentive. This resort also has the worlds happiest security guard!!! There was daily cleaning available, and the pool was cleaned several times a week. The whole place spotless! We will not hesitate to book this luxurious property again next year! Everything was perfect! We loved it all!

Walker (10/5): A Thai gem. Nisah, will make your stay unbelievable and worth every penny spent. - Fantastic property. It looks great on the pictures so it’s hard to tell if it’s marketing or the real thing. It’s the real thing. Rooms are spacious, private pool for relaxing, enough space for friends, family or business guests. Staff was nothing less that stellar. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms and common spaces which is not always the case in Thailand. 10 of us spent two weeks in Thailand traveling around and this was the last stay before leaving. What a great way to end the trip. Booked the 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom villa for a guys trip. Everyone was able to get their own room which was great after sharing a room for the beginning of the trip. Nisah coordinated a private dinner in house with 10 courses and two chiefs. Hands down the best meal of the entire trip. Getting in and out was a breeze, able to use grab and other taxi services without issue. Property has onsite security making everything feel very safe. And each house is equipped with a safe to lock valuables. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice retreat away from the chain of hotels. This gives you a private experience that’s still close to everyone you want to do at a price that isn’t restrictive to the masses. The location is an extra 5 minute drive to the main tourist beach area located on a private road. You’ll have to provide breakfast yourself or have it arranged however the houses we booked had full kitchens making cooking a simple task. Honestly nothing bad to say about this experience and that is echoed by 9 other people with very different tastes and preferences.

Melodi (10/5): 5 stars stay - We arrived late last night and were met by Nisah. We had a wonderful night, she brought some food for us from a local restaurant which was excellent as we arrived late. Accommodation was very comfortable and stylish with beautiful gardens, very private. The beach is paradisiac and swimming is superb as white sands and no corals ir rocks. Service was first class as were driven by a large golf cart to the beach and picked up. We highly recommend and will return after our visit to Koh Tao. Thank you for an excellent stay.
