- Mdm L (8/5): RECOMMENDED - Location is perfect - Good Area - very close to the old town but in a peaceful spot without the disturbance of crowds. Minimart downstairs, Food places nearby. Pharmacy within 2 minutes. Location is excellent. Room was large and spacious. Balcony, though small is enough to sit in and watch the street. 1) Stairs only. No elevator. 2) Water not warm enough but maybe I didn't operate it correctly.

- Phil (8/5): After a bumpy start, we would recommend a stay at the Thanh Binh Central Hotel. We have no idea what the Thanh Binh 2 Ho - We ended up staying at the Thanh Binh Central Hotel instead, so I can only comment on that. Very nice room with huge bed and an impressively sized bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and a sensible price. if we were going back to Hoi An we would go to the Thanh Binh Central Hotel. Very handy little shop called Moon Milk on the street corner. A short walk to the pretty part of town and the river frontage. The mural of the Japanese covered bridge at the end of the pool is was actually nicer than the real thing. We landed on a (relatively) cold and rainy evening and took the long taxi ride from Da Nang airport. The driver had a bit of difficulty locating the hotel as it was in darkness and closed for maintenance. We had received a message saying that they would sort out suitable accommodation on arrival but had not really known what was meant by that. There was a notice on the door saying to go to the Thanh Binh Central Hotel instead, giving the address. A sketch map would have been useful! It turned out to be literally around the corner and a very nice hotel. The gentleman on reception took us up to a room, leading in and coming back out very rapidly. Obviously there was some kind of problem, and he wished to be professional about it. He rushed off and quickly came back with another key card. We were ushered to another room, which was clearly an upgrade. Whilst it lacked a couple of things (such as a toilet roll, which appeared the next day), it had features such as a private balcony and a massive bathroom. To the credit of the manager, he took an inauspicious start and left us feeling that we had done well in the circumstances.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 受付時、まず予約がとれていないと言われ予約の紙を渡しても15分位時間がかかった。 帰り際に水代無料なのにお金を要求された。 部屋のエアコンの水漏れがずっとしていた。 カードキーで部屋を開けるのにエラーが起こり、5分位、毎回待たされた タクシーをお願いしようとしたが、受付のお兄さんに吹っ掛けられたので止めると言ったのに英語が通じなかつたのか、呼んでしまい来たので、かなり安くするから乗ってと言われ、それでも乗らないと言われ、助けてと言うので、こちらがタクシーの運転手に事情説明と謝罪をさせられるはめになった。 次回は使わないです。

Only disadvantage if you book online they always give you room without balconey. Better go at hotel see room and book. Overall hotel is good, recently done renovation.

- Joshua (6/5): Bad wi-fi - This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time the wi-fi really bothered me. Most of the time it didn't work or was super-slow. When my parents needed to switch rooms, they were put in one that had no wi-fi reception at all. I need wi-fi to work, and my parents need wi-fi to stay in contact with me and with their family (since they failed to get a local SIM while in town). Other than that, it was all good, and the rates here are extremely reasonable, but this aspect needs improvement.
- donghyun (6/5): 구시가지와 가까워 좋네요. - 호이안 구시가지와 가까워 위치가 좋았습니다. 그런데 방에 모기가 너무 많고 시끄러워요. 밤비행기라 호이안 구경하고 2시간 정도 쉬려고 예약했는데 아이 추가 비용까지 받아서 ㅠㅠ 자는것도 아니고 조식도 안먹는데 좀 봐주지. 배낭여행객들에겐 괜찮은데 가족여행엔 비추에요. 우리처럼 잠깐 쉬는거면 몰라도 숙박을 할거면 돈 좀 더 내고 더 나은곳으로 ㅎㅎ... 직원들도 별로 친절하지 않아요.

- Rosa (8/5): Room big, location convenient, - Convenient location to the old town, and walking distance to the Unesco site, old town, and plenty to do, but remember from which entrance you enter from as every corner seems to look alike otherwise you end up walking all over the place, but this is a town with many road intersections leading back to the hotel . If you come from a country that is not used to car and motor bike horning at every corner, which can be a deafening when on the street.
- Samantha (4/5): Not worth the money! - We were pretty underwhelmed by the Thanh Binh II; the staff were unhelpful and the ("deluxe") room was very basic (air con barely worked, bathrooms seemed more like public ones than private, quite dirty in general and the bed was very uncomfortable). It did have a small balcony which was nice, but this is the only thing that made it all "deluxe", and I personally would have preferred that the room be of a better quality. We were allowed to go to the more expensive sister hotel next door for breakfast (which was just ok) and to use the pool (which was nice) so that was a bonus, I suppose. the location was good, just a few minutes walk from the old town, this was the best thing about the hotel for us. I wouldn't stay here again, it was overpriced considering how basic the rooms were, we've stayed in much nicer rooms for a similar price elsewhere in Vietnam, and have also received much better customer service too!
- Thomas (4/5): Et slidt hotel - Vi boede på to forskellige værelser, da airconditionen ikke kunne nedkøle rummet. Værelse nummer tos arcondition var lige så dårlig. Morgenmadsbuffeten var acceptal, men blev triviel i længden. På hotellet ved siden af. Poolen var acceptabel, men var også på hotellet ved siden af. Personalet var generalt dårlige til engelsk. Vil ikke anbefale hotellet til nogen.

- 행복한세상 (6/5): 호이안 구시가지에서 가까움 - 호이안 구시가지 근처와 신카페가 가깝다는 장점이외 별다른 특징 없음, 호텔 방 크기는 무지하게 큼. 익스페디아에서 예약하고 갔는데, 퇴실시 직원이 호텔비 청구, 어이 없었음.... 직원들 친절하지도 않음....
- Cecilia (6/5): - Big 4-person room but the layout was very strange. One room for shower, one for the toilet and there was a bathtub in between with no walls or door. The sliding door to the toilet was broken so you had to lift it up and could barely close it, which made a lot of noise when trying to close or open it. There was also no lock on the door. Otherwise the room was clean but a bit noisy. The location was pretty good with walking distance to the central part of town with many restaurants.

Great variety and helpful staff. Cleaning staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately reception staff at times seemed dismissive, when asked questions. Don't know if it was due to different languages. Apart from that great hotel.

- Nojirin (8/5): ホイアン旧市街のアクセスへ便利なホテル - 念の為に、エクスペディアのホテルバウチャーを印刷したのを携帯しましたが、フロントで名前とエクスペディアでの予約をした旨を伝えたら、難なく部屋に入れました。料金の中に朝食が付いていましたが、朝食はこのホテルではなく、系列店のタイビン3ホテルでの朝食でした。と言ってもタイビン2ホテルから、そんなに離れておりませんので、別に苦でも有りませんでした。朝食はフロントでクーポン券を貰って、タイビン3ホテルの食堂に提示する方式です。喫煙者にも配慮されたホテルで、室内禁煙の部屋でも表のベランダではOKでしたから、特に困りません。お風呂とシャワーも有り、お湯の出もそんなに悪くありませでした。 料金相応のホテルでしたので、顧客側が過度な要求をしなければ、それなりにイザコザ無く過ごせます。エアコンもキチンと動いており、部屋の広さの割りにはエアコンのサイズが小さいので、涼しくなるにはそれなりに時間がかかりますが、ちゃんと冷えますから、特に不満は有りません。

Good location for budget hotel. Hotel itself looked in need of a good update. There was no room safe despite one being advertised. Breakfast was taken at sister hotel a short walk away & was reasonable.

Als wir noch eine nacht länger bleiben wollten erzählten sie uns die lüge, dass das hotel bereits ausgebuht wäre u im internet zu dem preis nicht mehr verfügbar sei, daher können wir es nur für einen höheren preis verlängern. Einen tag später überhòrten wir haargenau die gl aussage gegenüber mehreren gästen. Das personal war unfreundlich und zum frühstück musste man in ein anderes hotel gehen. Das buffet war vielfältig und die lage des hotels in der nähe des zentrums u der altstadt. Die zimmer waren sauber u geräumig.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfectly fine - Our room, 301, was large and bright. The hotel is quite nice but the breakfast and the swimming pool are not at TB2 but at nearby TB3. A 30 second walk but not convenient if you are the type of person who likes to wear your swimsuit when going from your room to a morning swim. Breakfast is decent, especially for a cheap hotel. Location is nice, close to the old quarter and close to several of the restaurants that Vietnamese people recommend to each other.

- Khum.wa (6/5): - It is very near the old Hoian city but is not expensive. The room is very big and clean, but the staffs seem not friendly. The breakfast is a few choices.
- 六地蔵 (6/5): 古い良きホテル。 - ちょっと古めかしいが、広い部屋で清潔。バスタブがある。通りに面しているので一階は通行人が気になる人はカーテンが必須。一応囲いはあるが、夜間は丸見え。カーテンをすれば問題なし。 朝食はすぐ隣の系列ホテルでバイキング。ダナン空港までの車も手配できた。

Beskrivelsen af værelset sagde dog med udsigt til byen - vi boede i stueetagen og havde udsigt til en vej. Der var ikke varmt vand i bruseren, og hotellets ansatte virkede ikke til at ville hjælpe os særlig meget med noget som helst. Morgenmaden var udmærket.
- Manu (6/5): Ok für ein paar Nächte - Wir waren für drei Nächte in hoi an. Das Hotel lag Zentral. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Kleines Manko, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Bad und frei hängende Stromkabel. Da war wohl mal eine Lampe. Würden dort wahrscheinlich wieder übernachten.
