Guest Reviews
- Carol (1/5): I did not stay at this Hotel and did not get a refund for it being closed. - Nothing. It was shut down due to a fire. I did not stay there. Had to find some place else to stay. It was not open to public is under construction due to a fire.
- Aaron (4/5): Sad - The bed was good Wasn’t able to check in till 5 pm because rooms weren’t clean. Place was run down. Breakfast was disappointing.
- Donna (8/5): - Breakfast was not good. Coffee was cold.. bring renovated do restaurant and pool were closed. That should be said when booking,
- Smith (7/5): - The beds were comfortable breakfast was great staff was willing to accommodate our needs
- Murray (8/5): -
- Yellow Hammer (10/5): -
- Sunil (6/5): -
- Jenifer (2/5): Disappointing - Good location nice pool Front desk personnel was poor. I requested conjoined rooms and called two days before and made a reservation and they were still unable to get me them. They said it wouldn’t be a problem but clearly no one made note of it and they made me feel stupid like it was my fault they couldn’t accommodate. The WiFi would only work with a Wyndham account. They closed the pool Saturday morning till noon when check out is at 11.
- Ashley (1/5): - Location
- Randall (5/5): -
- Chasity (10/5): -
- Carl (5/5): i wont be back unless no other place to stay. nicer places at same price - dirty furniture
- Canisha (1/5): -
- Steve (3/5): -
- Shane (4/5): - Location Hard beds. Horrible breakfast. Hair on pillows bed and on the tub tv remote was broke
- DMTJTT (5/5): -
- James (7/5): - Comfortable and clean rooms! Sauna was incredible! Staff was nice! Hot tub not working! Room 151 the tub was turned off so tight I thought it was going to break before I got it on! Pool was pretty cool!
- Mike (6/5): -
- Jodie (7/5): -
- Harry (8/5): -
- Katiya (7/5): -
- Elizabeth (7/5): - Nothing to say. We came in late, slept and left early. Beds were comfortable enough. Room door was hard to open/close. Old and shifted. Compartment Coffee was horrible! I guess it sat there all day.
- Tracy (7/5): - We stay at the Ramada because the location and pricing is fairly good. The property could use some updates..the rooms are not the cleanest and they do show some wear as it has been a busy older property.
- Brad (1/5): - WELLLLL....NOT MUCH. Didn't care for the part where i was in the pet friendly room less than five minutes, smacked a bug movin across the floor towards the end of the bed which i thought looked a lot like a roach. Smacked it and took a picture. My phone told me it best matched an "asian cockroach". Tried to be nice and explained to the guy at the desk that i was sorry and just wanted to cancel for fear of having something like that hitch a ride home with me in my bag and infest my house. He said "ok we haven't even charged your card yet." However Booking.com did. I have called booking.com twice now. They have supposedly contacted the Ramada by email 2x to ask them if it was ok to refund me and apparently have not gotten a response. This all happened December 13th 2025 and it is now January 12th 2026 and there is no refund so far for a room I did NOT stay in!!! Don't really know for sure who to blame on not getting a refund. Booking.com or the Ramada itself. Either way, now im definately irritated and this is the review they BOTH get! Will NEVER use Booking.com again and definately won't call the Ramada when i stay in Bismarck ever again!!!!!
- John (7/5): Could have been better - Pool and breakfast How the room was advertised
- Carol (10/5): -
- Jim (9/5): Very comfy with yummy breakfast. - My favorite spot to stay in Bismarck. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Carpet is due for replacement. Breakfast is great. Scrambled eggs and sausage with cold food options. Worn carpet
- Shillingstad (8/5): -
- Londa (9/5): We enjoyed the quietness, breakfast and pool. Staff were very friendly and polite. - Ability to accommodate my family in a last minute bind.
- Long (7/5): -
- Rebecca (6/5): -
- Lisa (5/5): -
- samantha (5/5): it was ok not the best or worst - staff was the best part the hallway rugs are very dirty and we only had a sheet a light cover breakfast waffle maker needs replaced even the spray didnt really help much but they were better then cold eggs
- Justin (5/5): -
- Jordan (9/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Derek (3/5): -
- Cynthia (1/5): - Key cards did not work, no towels, toilet did not work, second room was dirty
- Doug (2/5): - The property was in disrepair. Bathroom was disgusting with broken tile and plumbing. Shower head broken and sink had broken parts. Rust in the floors and outside door locks were broken. The only thing that would fix this property would be to implode and replace.
- Edward (6/5): - Needs to be updated and better cleaning, staff was super friendly and helpful not bad for the price:
- Denise (4/5): - Toilet didn’t work properly. Floor was dirty. Cigarette burns in the chair.
- Rich (4/5): - An old property with a very poor entry presence. Rarely felt less safe in a hotel parking lot.
- Cameron (10/5): - Room was very nice!
- Howard (6/5): - Breakfast area wasn't very clean.
- Danielle (6/5): - door we had to slam shut to get it to close.. tv
- Stephanie (8/5): - .
- Haley (6/5): -
- Carol (8/5): - The room was clean and pleasant looking.
We will book Ramada again sometime.
- Lynn (4/5): - Hinge loose on door to room, toilet paper holer broken, charging station cord prongs broke of so didnt work count plug in, tv was disconnected, large stains in hallway on carpet.
- Tye (6/5): - Was a decent stay but the guy who checked us in could be a little more friendly and careful with what he says. Poor bedside manners you could say even though he is obviously not a dr
- Lexis (1/5): Very bad experience - Yes it was a good location and I’m happy they allow pets. Staff was not friendly at all! First put us in a dirty room that was not cleaned not even the bathroom, so me and my partner went back out to ask for a different room he didn’t really want to help us.
- Morris (7/5): I’ll be back - Clean and friendly Poor breakfast
- Brien (4/5): - The hotel is quite run down and dirty.
The pictures in the ad don’t do it justice.
The beds were comfortable but that was the only good thing:
- Angel (10/5): - Privacy
- Lyle (8/5): - Room and bed are good.Shower needs a renovation . Great bar and specials.Service is excellent & food very good.
- David (8/5): - Our second stay at Ramada Bismarck was good. The pool was nice, the beds were comfy. I loved the sauna. The TV/entertainment options were limited. The toilet ran all the time. It's an old property, and needs updating. Everything seems dirty. Evening desk staff guy was not rude, but very awkward. Breakfast was fantastic!
- Duane (10/5): - I like everything about my stay thank you
- James (10/5): - Well run
- Heidi (2/5): - No working vending machines. Room was disgusting- dirty walls, food and garbage still left over from previous guests, shower wouldnt drain.
- Jody (6/5): - We asked for room close to desk when checking in and told us to come back later.
We got the furthest room away by a smoking door which was gross and not locked at night.
We had to drive to front for breakfast because of mobility issues.
The lady did not enter my points card so the man had to later. Bottom of tub was dirty.
Remote did not work properly.
Breakfast was good and the two men working in there were very nice and helpful.
- Chasidy (10/5): - Shoutout to Ariana, she went above and beyond to make sure my family had the best experience while also helping others, she definitely deserves a raise and any place would be lucky to have her around. Other Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay, breakfast was excellent, Ramada overall in some rooms looks like it could use a remodel. Ac when turned on was dusty and heater had a smell to it in the rooms I walked into, curtains had some stains and bed skirt. Carpet in 105 room could be replaced, room had a smell to it. Other than that the room I stayed in was decent and I wouldn’t mind stay again for future says.
- julie (2/5): - The Ramada was dingy, dirty and full of riff-raff. The men walking throughout the parking lot looking threw car windows should have been a red flag, but the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. I slept on top of the bed in my clothes and left to finish my trip at 230am.
- jody (4/5): - Building is run down. Had to play with the door handle to our room just to get it to open. Night attendant had the personality of a rock. Room was clean and the bar staff were efficient.
- William (10/5): - Was clean and comfy
- Henry (2/5): - This property needs major attention. Everything is old and used up down to taping the batteries into the tv remote. Inside and outside is dated and rundown.
- Annette (6/5): - It’s a tired hotel that could use some freshening up. Price is right for a one night stay.
- David (6/5): - Smoke alarm was disconnected. Bathroom sink had a broken stopper. No phone or extra blankets in the room. Peeling wallpaper.
- Susan (4/5): - Room was dark, didn’t feel particularly clean. Stairs were disgusting, bathrooms not stocked. Not well cared for.
- Walter (8/5): - The hallways were dirty. The door to the room was very hard to open. Food on the breakfast barbwas cold
- Janice (2/5): - Property needs a lot of renovation. Very dirty in the hallway and a little unsafe. Some staff members could use a retraining on customer service.
- Pamela (8/5): Decent - The check in and out was fast and easy. All done on line. The room was comfortable but the bath tub drained very slow and the halls needed vacuumed. The room was clean and comfortable.
- Dale (2/5): - It appears that Wyndham hasn't visited the Ramada-Bismarck recently. Front Desk had multiple 3 foot stacks of paperwork all over the place and a dozen empty boxes on the floor, with people sitting around doing nothing. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and sticky. Then we got to the room...the interior curtain had two 8 inch "X" shaped rips, a light shade was shredded, there was so much dust on the air conditioner vent that we didn't even want to turn it on. The television wouldn't turn on, a lamp had a long cord to they rapped the cord around the bottom of the lamp, one bed easily had a 3" lower crater in the middle of the mattress... Why did we stay? We got there after a 10 day road trip at 10pm, so didn't complain and just got out of there in the morning as soon as possible. ps: we also parked in the front of the hotel, even though our room was closer to the back, because a bunch of people were gathering in the back parking lot. This is my first ever hotel review, but I had wished someone had told me in advance of staying there!
- Logan (2/5): - BED BUGS!!!!!!!
- Leanne (8/5): - Liked the restaurant on site
- Bonnie (10/5): We stay here nearly every time we travel to Bismarck. Have always had a good experience! - Easy access to everywhere we want to go.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
We enjoy having the restaurant and lounge in the building.
- Brian (4/5): - Not that clean, dated, in need of renovation.
- Luista (8/5): - We had a good time while there
- Thomas (4/5): - needs updating. room was not maintained. Water was hot. Bed was comfortable.
- Latia (6/5): -
- Rosemary (6/5): - Older unit but clean overall
- Stockert01 (6/5): -
- Vonna (6/5): - Room was clean and comfortable, but needed a little TLC- hairdryer was quickly replaced with one that worked, damaged bathroom door, no phone and loose drywall tape. There were a lot of pets and some early morning barking.
- Barry (6/5): Good, but needs maintenance - I liked the pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was very good. The hair dryer in our room didn't work, and lamp shades were pretty dirty looking.
- Roger (2/5): - This property is a nightmare - filthy and staff who couldn't care less about their patrons. Stay far away from this property.
- Dennis (8/5): - Good
- Harold (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Treated good by the staff and was affordable.
- Donna (8/5): - Room was clean, beds comfortable. Downside no phone in room. Had to walk to front desk for issue
- Tiffany (6/5): - The property is dingy & dirty. It didn't seem like a safe area. The breakfast was stale. Customer service was decent, they had to remove a diaper was left in the trashcan in my room.
- David (9/5): Value and overall stay was good. Would book, again. - Breakfast was very good. The courtesy for us elderly was accommodating, especially the bathroom with the bath chair if needed and the first floor preference that was honored. The radio was not functioning properly - a minor issue...audio was distorted and complicated to use (so it got unplugged).
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel was very dirty from the floor to walls and bedding. We didnt use the shower as there was hair in the tub. If it hadn't of been so late with a food order on the way we would have opted for another hotel. It was extremely disappointing.
- Antonita (4/5): Not so good - Check in was slow and my reservation was not accommodating.. my requests for room specific floor room and rollaway wasnt honored. It was first come first serve. I’m a platinum member. Front desk was rude. There no elevator either. The pool isn’t heated it was cold. Sauna isn’t working either. For my three nights stay I had no clean towels..2 for my room. There’s 4 of us. My trash wasn’t taken and clean towels were t given upon request. Overall it wasn’t a good the front desk didn’t try to resolve any issues.
- Marque (2/5): - Room was latched open upon arrival and room was not all the way cleaned. Only 1 bed was fixed and the other bed was messy still. People were loud in the hall ways all night until the morning. Also the AC did not work
- Holly (6/5): - Pics on site look inviting, however parking lot gross, hallways dirty, indoor construction. Hot tub in room didn’t work- phone is room didn’t work to call and ask for maintenance. Walked across the street for dinner at the 40 and it was delicious.. but came back at 9 at night and the hotel was pitch black outside- didn’t have to use a room key to enter.. it was wide open. If traveling solo I wouldn’t recommend it.
- Michelle (2/5): - So many things…
- Stephanie (4/5): Wouldn't recommend staying here. - Air conditioner worked well. Wall paper was peeling, bed was uncomfortable, old TV, bed frame was broken, some lights were also broken. Had a weird door by the window that didn't open. Windows looked dirty like they had never been cleaned. A lot of old lamps and furniture. This place needs modernization for sure. It's not worth $200 a night at all.
- William (10/5): A Nice Visit -
The entire facility needs a facelift. It's old and run down. It's not what you would expect from a Ramada.
However, the people working there were exceptional. Check in was flawless. The people in the bar were superb and we had a great time.
Would definitely stay there again.
- Alycia (10/5): - Grateful for a safe place to sleep
- Gerene (8/5): Stay - Overall great. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. I came to tell him that our tv, microwave wasn’t working and he was rude rolled his eyes and said to bad. I was floored but just walked away.
- Christina (2/5): I won’t return to this hotel. - The beds were the worst beds I ever slept on. It has taken almost all week for my body to recover. I’ve been in pain from the bed since I woke up there.
- mikebakkar (8/5): Tourist hotel with affordable rate. - Excellent hotel with affordable rate. Good breakfast with local and middle eastern food. Nice and clean room with all amenities. Excellent location for shopping and 25 minutes walk to railway station and Osh Bazaar.
Great check in by Nursultan. Got room upgrade for being Wyndham Diamond
