• Donna (9/5): Great value and location - Location was perfect for us. Our room was actually two rooms and two bathrooms which was a nice surprise. There was a terrace which was a perfect spot for our group to meet. The pool needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was good but pretty much the same everyday. The beds were very firm.

• Roberta (7/5): Ok for a short stay but lacks personality. - Nothing really stood out about the hotel. It was older and basic. Breakfast buffet was just ok, staff were excellent and helpful. I wish the breakfast included ordering eggs/omelets cooked fresh. Instead fried eggs and hard boiled eggs were left out on a plate/bowl. Also my room was not checked or cleaned by housekeeping, despite my 3 day stay.

В санузле можно было бы сделать подсветку у зеркала и полочки для зубных щеток, паст и бритвенных принадлежностей. Ожидал, что в номере будут одноразовые тапки, их не было. Про wi-fi я так и не понял, то вроде работает. Через какое-то время не работает. Подключаюсь заново - работает. Потом опять не работает. Хорошо, что был свой интернет, хотя с ним тоже были какие-то чудеса. То работает, то нет. А на другой день всё работало.

• JorCR (7/5): Fue un hotel para una noche de tránsito. - La chica de la recepción fue muy simpática en el chek-in. Un hotel bastante cera de los punto interesantes de la ciudad. El comedor del desayuno es poco acogedor y el desayuno estaba muy justo para los estándares de los alojamientos visitados.

• Margaret (9/5): I like the Rich hotel very much and plan to come next year with friends again. - Yes I liked the breakfast and the location. There was a very good choice. The fried eggs were possibly a bit under cooked which runs the risk of food poisoning. The staff at Reception were very nice and helpful. The staff in the dining room were also nice and helpful I was on the ground floor the light was not good in the room. I would have prefer a second or third floor room as I had last year as it was brighter

The breakfast was basic and even though there were a lot of options, it didn't really taste good. My room had a strong odor coming from the bathroom so I had to keep the room window open if I opened the bathroom door.

• Giacomo (2/5): Struttura datata e poco pulita! - Le camere erano vecchie, mal tenute e soprattutto poco pulite, dando subito una sensazione di trascuratezza. La colazione è stata pessima, con poca scelta e qualità scadente. Inoltre, l’ambiente generale non era dei più piacevoli, spesso frequentato da persone maleducate che rendevano il soggiorno ancora meno confortevole. La piscina!? Non la puliscono da quando è stata costruita, alghe e sporcizia ovunque.

• Francesco (5/5): Da non ripetere. - La colazione è l'unica cosa che salvo del nostro soggiorno. Ricca e abbondante, servita in una bella sala. Dopo una settimana di esplorazione del Kyrghizistan cercavamo un hotel con piscina per ricaricare le batterie prima del lungo viaggio di ritorno: quello che non avevamo considerato erano le alghe sul fondo e l'opacità dell'acqua. La camera abbastanza fatiscente, la doccia aveva un'anta rotta (pericolosissima) e le coperte erano sporche. Senza contare che è stata la notte più costosa nelle due settimane di viaggio in Asia centrale. Assolutamente non consigliabile

Hotel is clean and staff is nice and ready to help with whatever is needed, they also provide bottled water and shuttle service is really fairly priced, so overall good experience. Breakfast was not the greatest but was overall ok. Pool was closed at the time of our visit. Hotel is not so close to city centre, but is close to Osh Bazar. Rooms are quite basic, but clean.
