- SALINA (9/5): Love the stay - Convenient location and walking distance to Kuliner Ria Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza. Hotel is clean and abundance of buffet spread for breakfast. Staff are very polite and helpful! No fridge, no hairdryer and our toilet roll wasn't replenish.

- David (4/5): Uitgechecked - Was allemaal erg vies, zowel de gangen als de kamer. Vieze muren en beddengoed was ook viezig met vlekken. Wij zijn naar een ander hotel verderop gegaan, Bumi hotel. Heel veel beter!!! Bij booking geld teruggevraagd , maar tot nu toe niks gehoord. Hotel wilde ons wel gewoon terug betalen, maar dat kon dus niet omdat Booking er tussen zit… al 3 dagen niks van gehoord Vies

It was way too crowded at breakfast time in the dining area and a lot of food ran out and we often had to wait for the food replenishment. Safe deposit box, tv, tv remote control, etc should be checked before the guests came in to ensure they work properly.

- Maria (9/5): Great location and value for money - It is now our go to hotel every time we visit Surabaya. The location is amazing and the facilities are good for what you Clean room. Also special highlight for the housekeeping staff who always very friendly. Great view if you stay in the higher floor. Small room and bathroom, but I think it's fair with the price the ask.

- Nicholas (7/5): Moderate your expectations - The beds and pillows were ultra comfy and on the softer side which i loved. Also, the location is convenient. There was an issue with the light in the toilet on the first night but the receptionist sent engineers which fixed it up in 1 hours time. The second night, there was a power trip in my room and everything went off. had to go downstairs to get it sorted out but that took longer and the receptionist was not too fluent in english.

- Donna (6/5): Receptionist is not doing their job - The wall has lots of scratches and the floor is rough and old. I got some view facing the main road. That is a nice one. Really enjoy the view at night. There were waiting times to request for toilet paper. They just seems not doing a good service. Also, there was one time a driver ask the receptionist to call my room and they said no such a name stay in the hotel. This is ridiculous. The second time a driver ask the receptionist to call me and they did not call me and the driver had to wait for 3 hours at the lobby because he thought I was not ready. Can you believe that...3 hours? A really bad example on how the receptionist neglected their job and not even called my room. Can a management explain what is going on here?

Hotel is located near Tunjungan Plaza. However my electric kettle was faulty. The shampoo & soap provided also smelled like dish soap, so i was glad i brought some on my own.

Kudos to Rezky (works at the restaurant) who was always busy during breakfast time to keep the dining area clean and always offer us for coffee with his smile. Kudos also for April (housekeeping service) who was always kind and with big smiles keeping our room tidy and clean during our stay Sep 23 - Oct 1 in room 903.
- I Ketut (8/5): Hotel bersih di jantung kota - Hotel ini mempunyai nilai plus karena lokasi di jantung kota dan dekat mall, bahkan dengan naik becak banyak lokasi makan dimalam hari, selain itu hotel juga bersih, sarapan enak, dan staf menyambut sewajarnya, cuman dengan harga segitu masih minus untuk luas kamar dan parkir.

Selain itu lokasinya juga cukup dekat dengan Tunjungan Plaza, salah 1 mall besar di Surabaya, hanya kurang lebih 7 menit jalan kaki. Pilihan sarapannya pun cukup variatif bahkan bagi anak saya yang punya kecenderungan susah makan. Kamarnya pun nyaman & cukup luas. Secara keseluruhan, nilai yang dibayarkan sangat sebanding bahkan bisa dibilang cukup murah untuk layanan yg tersedia.
