- Alka (4/5): 3* Average place to stay and is certainly not a 5star - Breakfast was good. But the place was very noisy and rooms have no sound proofing. Lots noisy guest and cross room noises can be easily heard. Feels like you’re sleeping on a road side place. Sound proofing of the rooms; wash rooms can be better. Tea coffee service in the lobby will be strongly recommended.

Y ver películas en hindi no era muy agradable. Baños limpios, el secador de pelo tiene muy poca potencia. Dormitorios limpios y con aire acondicionado. Camas cómodas y acogedoras. I actually stayed here two years ago as well, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The service, comfort, and atmosphere are truly exceptional. In fact, I ended up extending my stay three times because I simply didn’t want to leave. That says everything! I will definitely be coming back again. - Tara (6/5): Excellent staff and clean hotel but room for improvement regarding the facilities - The staff was excellent — genuinely friendly, professional, and highly motivated to solve problems. Also the breakfast buffet and in-room dining were very good: delicious food and, again, excellent service. The cleanliness of all the facilities was also good. Several things did not match the price level: • The façade looked run-down and poorly maintained. • The Wi-Fi was very weak — I couldn’t even send or receive pictures without waiting several seconds. • The air from the AC smelled moldy. • The locker light stayed on 24/7. • The toilet seat was worn out and should be replaced. With some maintenance this hotel could easily return to the standard that would justify its prices. It feels like the real issue is a lack of investment, which is not the staff’s fault.

The bathroom / shower has a glass wall into the bedroom. For a 5 star hotel, you have to pay extra to have even biscuits from the "minibar". The air conditioning could use a filter change.

My family recently spent five nights there, and we loved our stay. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. A special mention goes to Ms. Manisha from the Food & Beverage team, who was outstanding. She, along with all the other staff members across the hotel, were consistently courteous and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience.
- LondonSleeper (2/5): Far Below 5-Star Standard - We stayed at the Park Plaza hotel for one night and were extremely disappointed. While the hotel initially seemed acceptable on arrival — not luxurious, but fine for a short stay — it quickly became clear that this is not a true 5-star property. The condition of the hotel is very poor and clearly in need of a full refurbishment. This became obvious as soon as we entered our room. The room maintenance was unacceptable: A strange smell, thick dust throughout, particularly along the headboard and surfaces, and visible stains on the headboard itself. Although the sheets were clean, they had multiple stains, including what appeared to be blood, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom also felt dirty. The soap dispensers and shower fittings were rusty, the sink tap was loose and misaligned, and the toilet flush repeatedly got stuck, causing the water to run throughout the night. The television offered very limited English-language channels, mostly news only. Unfortunately, I became extremely ill with food poisoning while travelling and urgently needed rest before our flight the next day, so we did not complain at the time. However, had we been staying longer than one night, we would not have remained at this hotel. This was honestly the worst 5-star hotel we have ever stayed in. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and overall condition place this hotel closer to a 3-star standard. It is extremely frustrating to see properties marketed as 5-star when they clearly do not meet those expectations.

- Ekkkk (4/5): Tired, needs a refurbishment - Firstly, the team who work at the hotel are fantastic, from the managers to the security guards, everyone is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is way below par, the rooms have a damp problem. We stayed twice rooms 607 and 709, once at the start of the holiday ( I did complain to my tour provider, Exoticca, but they wouldn't move us) and again at the end. The rooms smell fusty, the paper is peeling off the walls, and in some cases, it is nailed back in place. The overall rooms are tired with stains on the carpets, bed runner, and cushions. There are scuffs everywhere, rust, and mould on the blinds, just overall not a nice experience. The location is also poor as a long journey from the airport and to restaurants, and there is also no bar, you can only have a drink in your room. Overall, a great team but needs a refurbishment.

- sopheariths2025 (8/5): Guest from UNESCO participation - It was quite a great experience staying in the hotel as it was recommended by UNESCO for the participants in the 20th session of the intergovernmental committee for the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage in red fort Delhi. The service are great especially the breakfast! I ordered masala dosa every day until when I came to the restaurant they ordered for me! Thank you Ronita and others from the restaurant for providing good services to all of us! Thank you Park Plaza! Until next time.
