Very clean and organized!!! I would stay again for the morning breakfast ladies!! Thank you so much for being so kind to a lonely women eating breakfast alone for Easter Morning. • Roland (7/5): Have been here a few times before. Its ok stay for the price. Security of property needs improvement - Location was good. Breakfast was adequate. This was the 3rd stay here which is a favorite location in this city. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Security doors at end of hallways did not work correctly. The same situation exists from the last stay 4 months ago. End of hall security doors will not close securely and the door access control does not work. I also did not appreciate the frequent, early, and multiple checkout notices by text and email stating its time to checkout and to enter the expected time of checkout. This was very annoying and made it an impersonal interaction which is rude and should not be done this way all for the sake of convenience.

Microwave didn’t spin on the inside, Smelled like mold when it was hot . There was scum on the bottom of the soap dispenser in the shower.

• Lauren (3/5): The staff is 10/10 but the hotel was 3/10 - The staff there is fantastic! Everyone was very kind and helpful when needed. We had some pillows with stains on them, there were roaches throughout the room (mostly the bathroom), and the room was really humid. The humidity in the room made sleeping very uncomfortable, even with the ac turned down as much as possible. Overall the cleanliness lacked.

Furniture had stains which makes it seem unclean and room was outdated. Lighting in bathroom was just ok. Toilet stopped up and no one on site to fix until 9 am. No plunger available. Husband got fixed.

Spacious show was awesome! I did have a cockroach in the bathroom and the bathroom finishing were rough also the toliet water pressure and sink were low.

Cobwebs and gunk all over the lamps, TV remote is broken. Office chair all ripped up, bathroom faucet sprays everywhere.

Apparently it was annoying for her to have to redo my key. My bathroom door had a hole in it and the wall around the shower was full of dirt staines.

I understand updates need to happen but it was just unexceptionable to have such dirty rooms. The chair was so stained up I refused to sit. I couldn’t feel like I could take my shoes off without catching something. We ended up leaving and requesting a refund. So gross.
