- Adrian (8/5): Pleasant weekend stay - Beautiful cottage, immaculate, very high standard of finish, everything you could need Location is on a very busy main road, traffic noise quite significant until the early hours, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s not for you, unless you take earplugs

- Lynn and Robert (10/5): 2 night break with family 3 double bedrooms each room had entrance suite shower toilet bath sink. we are grandparents w - everything just as described in information just perfect nothing to say about the property. but you pay up front for the holiday thinking you have paid it all only to find on booking in at the reception area in the mayfeild pub to pick up keys you pay a deposit for damage incurrence. we stayed 2 nights at the lodge in seamer only to find we had to pay £100 deposit for 2 nights. we have been back 4 days now and still not received this back into our account. the pub is not named in information regarding picking up keys only described as a number in address. both these things should be detailed in all information to guests who book properties. very confusing for people.

Cavernous gap between beds great if you don’t like your wife but not for me. Really uncomfortable and not acceptable. Would not stay again for this reason alone. Sofa not much better.

- Johanna (10/5): Fantastic cottage, great location and facilities - Great location, high standard of decoration. Lots of little extras included. Shower head needs changing to a round head. Current one is too small and doesn’t mix water properly. Bathroom floor also needed a better clean. Lots of hairs around the corners and edges of the bathroom.

We only spent a night but will look in the future to spend longer. We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation email. Nothing at all

Location was brilliant and the p - The property was exceptionally clean, Perfect for 4 people, Beautiful bedrooms with en-suite in both, Lovely kitchen area with all your essential appliances. Local shop that sells all your needs 2 minutes walk away, Pub next door, Fish and Chip shop a few doors down, Beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t find a single fault with the property.

Unfortunately we were asked for a £100 deposit bond which has still not been refunded 4 days later. This is disappointing as we are regular visitors and previously we have just had to leave our card details as security. We don’t have to do this anywhere else.

The woman said this is standard when booking through 3rd party and it would be in my confirmation details. I completely understand why this is done but there is no details about this confirmation.
- Connie (10/5): Brilliant! Home from homes. - What a lovely property. It really felt homely and well catered for. The beds are SO comfy, the area is nice and quiet too, the dogs is comfortable and the kitchen is well kitted out. The back garden was all enclosed fully so my dog could finally go out without a lead on (this is so rare for holiday properties) would definitely stay again.

There was a lovely little private courtyard outside, containing several pots still in flower (October). It really was a delightful place to stay.
