- OHTEDDY (7/5): 뷰만큼은? 뷰만큼은! - 뷰 원툴입니다. 뷰가 모든걸 해소해줘요. 아침햇살 예술이고 바다 파도치는게 예술입니다. 오래되긴했지만 광장에서 사진찍기 좋고 건물들이 스페인느낌나고 좋았어요. 송이빵 백앙금 맛있음. 서비스는 4성급이라보다는 3성급 느낌. 체크인할때는 뭐 그러려니했는데 체크아웃할때는 보통은 안부를 묻거나, 괜찮은지?, 다음에도 방문해달라는 식의 의향을 묻던데 ㅋㅋ 체크아웃하세요? 끝났습니다. 아쉽더라구요. 나갈때 작업하는 직원분이 가벼운 인사해주셨는데 그게 제일 서비스 좋아보였어요. 쉐프스키친 디너도 일시적이지만 안하고 아쉬웠습니다.

- DONGJA (4/5): - 패밀리 리조트를 이용했는데 온돌방 벽지가 오래되어 아래쪽은 떨어지고 중간중간 울룩불룩 한 상태로 룸 관리가 안된 것으로 보였고 침구류(요)는 너무 얇아서 불편했음. 2박을 했으나 청소 서비스는 없었고 룸내에 개별 청소가 가능한 용품도 비치되지 않았음 베란다 방충망은 오래되어 뜯겨져 있었고 방충문과 샷시문 모두 뻑뻑해서 여닫기가 매우 불편하였음 욕실도 패밀리룸에 맞지않게 너무 작고, 화장실쪽 바닥 배수가 잘 되지 않았으며, 욕실화 바닥에 난 구멍으로 물이 스며들어와 불쾌했음. 룸에 생수도 비치해주지 않고 수건도 작은 사이즈만 제공되어 열악한 환경으로 다시 가고 싶은 생각이 들지않음 또한, 주차장이 룸과 바로 연결되지 않아 우천시 이동이 불편했고 주차 공간이 부족한 것도 많이 아쉬웠음

- dong won (6/5): 노후화된 쏠비치양양 및 서비스개선 - 이번 부모님과 함께 가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다.. 오래된 탓인지 룸자체가 허술했습니다..날씨는 추운데 창문에서 바람이 너무 들어온타에 부모님께서 감기가 걸려서 집으로ㄷ 돌아갔고 직원들 서비스도 다른호텔이나 리조트에비해 불친절하였습니다.. 그리고 호텔로비에 있는 커피숍이나 코지하우스에는 직영으로 하지않고 외주를 주셨는지 너무 불친절하고 음료나 음식하나 먹는데도 시간이 너무 오래걸렸습니다

- Ho Mu (4/5): 명성에 비해 실망스러운 경험 - 가성비가 주변 숙박시설에 비해 그리 낫다고 할 수 없습니다. 4인 이상이 묵으시는 것이 아니라면 다른 곳도 알아보시는 것이 좋습니다. 외관은 멋져 보이는데 내부가 낡았다는 느낌이 있습니다. 해변도 프라이빗 비치라고 하기에는 민망한 수준이며 군사지역이어서 밤에는 출입 불가입니다.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 에어컨 켜기 싫네요. - 티비장 먼지, 에어컨 먼지 많아요. 화장실 수압이 너무 약해서 1층 공용화장실 이용했어요. 문밖에 지나가는 사람들 소리 너무 잘들려요. 전날 묵었던 한화리조트 설악이 너무 좋았었나봐요.
