- Gregory (6/5): - The Seoraksan area around Del Pino is beautiful, with many hiking and sight-seeing opportunities available. The hotel has a variety of onsite dining and entertaining amenities. Travelers from Western countries may find some of the quirks of Korean luxury hotels surprising, if not off-putting. For example, the hotel room shower is part of the sink area, meaning the bathroom floor is always wet, and the bath towels are the size of American hand-towels. And in fact, rooms don't have the kinds of luxury amenities one might expect for the price. Note, also, that access to the onsite pool and hot tub are not included in the room price.

- Taijin (8/5): 뷰는 좋지만 침구 냄새 심각 - 울산바위 뷰가 매우 감동적이었고 방 컨디션도 오래된 연식에 비해 깔끔하게 관리되어 있으나 배게와 침구에서 냄새가 심해서 침구 교환까지 했으나 땀냄새 같은 노린내가 계속 나서 잠을자기가 너무 힘들었습니다. 요즘엔 왠만한 모텔도 침구 냄새 이렇게 안납니다. 아무리 뷰가 좋아도 다시 가고 싶지는 않네요.

- CHANGWAN (10/5): - 24년 6월 28일 재개장해서 엄청 깨끗했는데 델피노 소노벨 패밀리룸 기준으로 세면대에 물이 잘 안내려가고 노후 건물을 겉에만 바꾼거라 침대 머리맡에 전원코드가 없어서 폰 충전을 하려면 티비옆이랑 식탁옆에서 해야했고 냉장고가 진짜 안시원했습니다. 그외 룸컨디션은 상당히 괜찮았으며 지하로 연결된 통로로 조식뷔페와 오션플레이를 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다

- 기철 (4/5): - 그냥 밖에서 바라보면 그럴싸한 모습이지만, 실제로 숙소에 들어가보면...많이 실망할 수도 있다. 우선, 시설이 너무 낡고 관리가 잘 되어있지 않았다. 처음 배정받은 룸에 들어갔는데 침대 이불 등이 사용감이 있고 불쾌한 냄새가 진동하여 룸체인지를 요청했었다. 다행히 교체된 룸에서는 냄새는 나지 않았으나, 시설물(특히 TV)은 세월의 흔적을 느낄 수 있었다. 한 가지 더 편의점을 이용할 생각이 있으면 반드시 외부 편의점을 이용할 것을 권장한다. 델피노 내 편의점은 왜 그런지 몰라도 많이 비싸게 파는 것 같다. 이 점은 델피노 관계자분들로 반드시 인지하고 있어야 할 것 같다.
- Verified traveler (4/5): 어이상실 체크인 시스템 - 체크인 단계가 짜증 유발. 번호표 뽑고 기다리면 객실키를 주는게 아닌 객실배정 종이를 준다. 곧 죽어도 3시부터 키를 불출하겠다는 이유로 키는 안주고 객실호실이 적혀있는 종이를 준다. 14시30분이었는데 기다리기 애매해서 사우나를 다녀왔다. 이번에 또 객실키를 받기 위해 번호표를 뽑고 또 대기를 해야했다! 손님 위에 군림하려 드는 체크인 시스템이 짜증을 유발한다. 장거리를 달려온 투숙객들을 위한 배려는 커녕 자신들의 입장만 고수하는 어이없는 체크인 시스템이다. 남의 시간을 그런식으로 허비하게 만드는게 이해 안됐다. 정말 안좋은 숙박경험이었다.

- chungin (10/5): 최고의 뷰를 가진 델피노 - 울산바위뷰를 보고자 산택한 델피노 소노캄 호텔이었습니다. 급 여행 이라 당일날 출발전에 예약하고 아무런 사전 정보 보지 않고 선정한 곳입니다. 한마디로 최고 중의 최고 입니다. 아침에 깨끗한 공기와 반겨주는 울산바위뷰 단, 울산바위뷰라고 해서 모든 방이 울산바위뷰는 아닌것 같습니다. 인터넷 검색 해보니 일찍 체크인을 하면 좋은 방을 받을수 있다는 이야기를 보았습니다. 여튼 방에서 안보더라도 숙소 산책을 하면 어디를 가도 울산바위뷰는 다 보입니다. 너무 좋은 곳입니다. 그리고 조식도 맛있습니다..돈이 아깝지 않은 퀄리티 입니다. 속초, 고성, 설악산 여행을 자주 가는 편이라 무조건 숙소는 여기로 할 예정입니다.
