The flyscreen in our bathroom upstairs was broken and at night we couldn’t turn on the lights or we would have lots of insects coming in. There were also a couple of resident spiders which had made big spiderwebs around the window. The seat cover of the toilet in the same bathroom upstairs wouldn’t stay up so it will always come down on your back when sitting down.

Kids loved In house swimming pool and spa too. We lived in a 2 bedroom townhouse. Kitchen bin was partially broken and some the dining chairs was loose which could have been improved but it did not affect our holiday vibe as we ate less in the room.

- jodie (4/5): Was over priced for level of service and cleanliness - The location was nice and central, the heated pool was enjoyable Room wasn’t very clean at all, kitchen and lounge room floor were very dirty, very sticky could tell they havent been moped in a very long time. Underneath sofa cushions also full of old food, crumbs and dust it has not been vacuumed regularly. Sofa very old and uncomfortable only place it should be is in a council clean up along with the coffee table. Other lounge chairs were unclean they need a major steam clean. Chipped crockery, knob off fan dial. Faulty DVD player with only scratched dvd’s

- Clare (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Port Stephens - Location is fabulous. Just a 15 to 20 minute walk into town (cruises, shops, ferries etc). Very easy to get to other locations by car too. The remote control batteries may be dying as we had issues turning the TV on. The TV is also not connected to the wifi network to then login to our own streaming service (it is a smart TV) and we failed to connect it to the wifi ourselves.

- Iping (8/5): - Location Rey good Only because our main bed had to be fixed we repaired the slates under the bed there was that many fallen down the first night, it took us a hour as I couldn’t keep holding up the mattress as it was a bit heavy for us. Batteries in the remote in bedroom tv didn’t work So we couldn’t us that one Plus the shower dripped all night both nights we Turned of the taps as tight as we could ,but still dripped. The lady on reception desk on sat was so nice put batteries in the remote plus got onto it to have be fixed. But other than that unit was lovely Just a bit of maintenance required As we payed good money for the 2 nights I would recommend the motel It just happened when we stayed
- anthony (3/5): - We arrived at 4 pm and checked in. We then found that the apartment had not been serviced and one bedroom had used sheets still on the bed. We then had to wait for an hour for staff to arrive and clean the apartment. Next morning I had a fall in the shower as the bath shower has no safety mat and was very slippery. I fell and bruised my hip. I could have been seriously injured.
- Lina (7/5): I would come back but hopefully to a cleaner apartment! - We are a family of 5, 3 little kids. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant on site! Friendly restaurant manager. The location is great for the shops and the beach too! The apartment and rooms weren't cleaned well. The tables, chairs and couch felt dirty and grimy. We all needed to keep our shoes on as the floors were yuck too. I had to sweep a few times but by no means was that good enough. The drain in the bathroom was blocked so brushing teeth there was so gross!

- Lauren (8/5): Great family stay in Nelson Bay, close to everything or with everything you need in the complex. - The Loft apartment was spacious and in an ideal location. Close to the beach and main area of Nelson bay. We had everything we needed. The pool was the highlight as the ocean was freezing, it was a nice temperature to play around in for the kids. The apartment was overall pretty clean however there were a lot of spiderwebs in and behind the windows particularly upstairs, just in need of a brush off. Got a bit noisy on the Saturday night, the walls were quite thin. We could hear the neighbours going up and down stairs quite loudly, it sounded like they were in our apartment. Not a bother enough to our overall stay though!

Clear communication prior to check in , price point was cheap for the 1 night stay for the 2 bedroom townhouse, heaps of space!! Suited the 4 of us perfectly 😊 we didn’t use the pool but we saw a lot of other ppl having fun in the pool. Clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation! Would highly recommend to anyone needing accommodation in the area. Nil

Apartment was a good size. Run down, cracked tiles, smelly plumbing, broken chairs, extra blankets clearly used by previous guests, filthy venetians, all mismatched plates, cups and cutlery. Just not the standard you’d expect for the price.
