• Sung-Hee (6/5): Discrepancy btw Hotels.com’s ad and actual hotel’s - There were several things that didn’t match what was advertised on Hotels.com. For example, there were no blackout curtains, so I was forced to wake up at 5:30 AM due to the sunlight. I went to the front desk to see if they could change my room, but they told me that all rooms have the same type of curtains. They suggested I try sleeping in the second bedroom, since it doesn’t have any windows. However, I still couldn’t sleep well because the door to that room doesn’t close properly.

Nous avions une gold suite qui n a de gold que le nom . Les chambres sont vieillissantes . La tapisserie se decolle , les salles de bains avec des poils et des cheveux. Pas de peignoires , pas de pantoufles, pas de brosses a dent ni de necessaire de toilettes. Si vous etes allergique aux acquariens je déconseille.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 엘리베이터와 객실의 거리가 너무너무너무 멀고, 욕실에서는 지린내가 너무 많이 났고 애들이 소리 지르며 뛰어다니는 로비에서는 락스 냄새가 너무 많이 났어요. 전반적으로 냄새가 불쾌합니다. 갖춰진 편의시설 중 하나인 파스쿠찌 직원은 손님이 오건 말건 신경도 쓰지 않고 더테이블의 피자는 재료가 없는지도 주문한 지 20분 만에 체크해서 딴 거로 메뉴 바꿔 달라고 요구합니다. 마음에 들었던 건 오로지 조식 뿐. 이 근처에 이만한 리조트가 없으니 이 가격을 받아도 장사가 되는 거지 그렇지 않았으면 망하기 딱 좋을 만큼. 여기에 두 번 오는 일은 없을 것 같네요.

• Benjamin (9/5): Suprising stay and really stunning nature around - The view on the top of the Hotel, as well as on the beach, was stunning. Really kind staff and many-sided activity possibilities. Breakfast was OK for that price. Nothing special, but not bad. Our A/C was broken. It was not that hot, so it was not a big problem. But on a summer day this could have been quite annoying.

• Stephane (8/5): A very front sea hotel with amazing water park - While the room was spacious, the layout left something to be desired, and despite the hotel's luxurious exterior, the interior design felt a bit outdated; however, the incredibly friendly staff and exceptional seafront location were definite highlights. The hotel's amenities, including an impressive internal water park, various restaurants, a game room, photography services, and supermarkets, were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the heated swimming pool in October—a fantastic family-friendly feature. Additionally, for those renting a car, the hotel offers very convenient parking facilities. -The room layout left something to be desired -The outdated interior design of the room
