• Nicholas (8/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was very good. Rooms were spacious. Due to the mistral we had to have our shutters closed all the time as there were no hooks to hold them open which was a shame.

• Susan (10/5): Domaine de Cabasse - Domaine du Cabasse was a wonderful place to stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the vineyard. The service was great. We had three breakfasts and two dinners at the hotel. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the vineyard’s selection of their own wines. It made a great hub to visit other wineries and small villages.

• Mr A J (10/5): A lovely stay among the vines - Domaine de Cabass is a lovely place to stay. We had detached room with a spectacular view over the vines to the village of Sèguret. The room was comfortable, the shower-room delightful. We had a really splendid and imaginative evening meal and a generous breakfast. Everyone at the Domaine was friendly and helpful. It is certainly a place to which we will return.

• Raymond (8/5): Bien, sans plus - Belle demeure entourée des vignes du domaine. L’accueil est professionnel, sans être chaleureux. Notre chambre était propre, spacieuse et très calme. Le point à améliorer est sans conteste le service, en particulier au petit déjeuner. La présentation des produits est vraiment inacceptable pour un établissement de ce prix: charcuterie et fromage en tranches empilée sur un plat tel que sortis du paquet de la grande surface (il faut se battre pour détacher les tranches...), confitures ´bonne maman’ ... bref,une présentation peu appétissante: à améliorer. Situé à côté de Séguret, dans une région viticole, il y a de quoi faire pour les amateurs de vin..,, et de ballades dans les petits villages aux alentours.

• Leonard (10/5): A great place to stop in Provence. - My wife and I planned a little road trip after spending a few days in Nice. Seguret was to be one of our stops. My wife found Domaine de Cabasse on Hotels.com. It was a great stopover. The room was beautiful with a private balcony looking out on the vineyard. The bathroom was very modern. The property is very well maintained and the housekeeping is excellent. We had dinner in the dining room and were very pleased. Likewise, breakfast the next day was very complete. We found the pricing to be fair, as well. The next day, it was a quick drive to Orange to visit the Roman Theatre, and then on to Avignon for the night. Would we stay at the Domaine again? Absolutely.

• Steve (8/5): Lodging Great But Restaurant Needs Work - The setting in a vineyard was exactly what we hoped for. The room was very nice and the front desk person friendly and helpful. We were excited to est at the restaunt, which seems to be a new addtion . The meal started nicely with an amuse bouche and our glasses of wine arriving promptly. Although when we tried to order a bottle of one of the winerie's wines we were told they were out. That seemed a bit strange. Then we waited for an hour to be served our food. We weren't sure why, since couples who arrived after us did receive their food. Finally we told the waitress we had been waiting for an hour and were hungry. She apologized and the food was delivered shortly after. The food was good but not outstanding. And it was pretty expensive. We also noticed that some of the tables had lit candles while some of us had unlit candles. Perhaps they are still getting the hang of running a restaurant. The restaurant experience kind of sabotaged an otherwise delightful stay. Bottom line, the lodging is great but the restaurant needs work.
• William (8/5): - Everything was wonderful--especially Lavinia-except for included wine tasting. The young woman was sweet, but knew nothing about wine--and gave minuscule tastes. She seemed reluctant to give any tastes at all. I think someone knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wine should be in that position. That said--accommodations were very nice, and Lavinia was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Loved walking into the village from here.
• J&B (8/5): Escape in the Country - Wow. After spending 10 days in Côte d'Azur and Provence, we loved the quiet rural sophisticated setting of Domaine de Cabasse. Lovely renovated room with great bathroom and comfy bed. We enjoyed walking to town through the vineyard and exploring Seguret. A dip in the pool at the before dinner provided a refreshing break. Only regret is that we didn't book more nights at this hotel.
• Don (10/5): First taste of Provence - Location was out in the countryside - in a vineyard, actually. Ambience very peaceful. Rooms were furnished simply with a feeling for the location. Meals were delicious, service was all one needed. Bathrooms were modern, shower excellent. We would stay here again without thinking twice.
• Klaus (10/5): Mooi en gezellig hotel midden in eigen wijngaard - Mooi gelegen te midden van eigen wijngaard op een prachtige plek, met zicht op Seguret (een van de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk). Een rustgevende plek, echt om de drukte achter zich te laten. Prachtig groot zwembad, ruime kamer met mooie badkamer, comfortabel bed, goed ontbijt, degelijke keuken voor lunch en avondmaal. Als wijnliefhebber die alleen reist apprecieerde ik het ten zeerste dat bijna alle goede wijnen van het domein niet enkel per fles maar ook per karaf van 0,5 liter te krijgen waren. Ook gratis ruime parking. Een aanrader voor wie houdt van rust in een mooie omgeving.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Un havre de paix au milieu des chants des grillons - Accueil sympathique et rafraichissant notamment par la présence d'une piscine bienvenue au coeur de la canicule. La chambre était à la hauteur de nos attentes avec en plus des attentions particulières. Durant tout le séjour, le personnel a su trouver les mots et les gestes pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Des étoiles qui sont mérités.

• Ed & Cindi (10/5): Great hotel in the country! Friendly owner. - This hotel was wonderful. The hotel room was large with a great bed and huge bathroom. Much larger than other rooms we have stayed in while traveling in France. The view was superb as we looked on the nearby village of Segret (probably spelled it wrong). And the travel through the country to get there was also wonderful. We went through the small town of Sablet on our way to the hotel. Then we visited Vaison de la Romaine. We wanted to visit the Roman ruins. However, we did not know that Tuesdays was the day that the entire town has their market. Interesting to see, but lots of people. If you are going on Tuesday, get there early so you can get a parking place. Back to the hotel. We ate dinner outside. The food and service were great and the meal was reasonably priced.

• Jack (8/5): Nice hotel in Dentelles region - Only stayed one night in July 2012, but found this to be a very pleasant place. Just outside the hilltop village of Seguret, which one should visit. Nice inclusive wine tasting - the rose was very nice on a warm summer day. Dinner at hotel was very good. Breakfast was just OK, and there was little service for the buffet. Our room looked out at the vineyard. Excellent choice for couples and wine buffs.
