- 竹柴 (10/5): また泊まりたい！！！ - お部屋もすごく綺麗で、スタッフの方もすごく親切で過ごしやすかった！ 誕生日だったのですが、タオルアートやらたくさんサプライズがあってほんとに素晴らしかった！ おもてなしがほんとに行き渡っていてここのホテルはとても素晴らしい 今回は1泊だったが次は連泊で泊まりたい！ 朝食もすごく美味しくて11ヶ月の子供もいたが食べれるものもあって嬉しかった！ 特になし

Lobby lacks luxury as it is crowded. I think the check in management needs to improve as there is a tendency to sit the guests
- Spring09 (8/5): 快適で満足した宿泊になりました。 - 朝食がおいしかったです。 部屋の設備も、テレビなど最新の家電が配置されており、休憩に動画配信を見れたのはよかったです。 バルコニーも夫もこどもも出てはリラックスできたようで楽しそうでした。 コーヒーメーカーがありましたが、部屋に置いてあるコーヒーカップでは小さく、コーヒーはカップギリギリ、すすぎ作業ではお湯があふれてしまいました。 もう少し容量が多いカップがおいてあればよかったと思いました。

- JUNKO (5/5): シギラグループと言うことに期待しすぎたな。 - スタッフの方が親切な方が多かった。 景色は綺麗でした。 プール付きのヴィラに泊まったのですが、プールの底に使用した歯ブラシが落ちていました。 子供が泳いで見つけたのでフロントに連絡したら、取りに行きますねと言われ外国人のスタッフの人が取って、すみませんでしただけでした。 正直安くない宿泊料金でこのような対応はとても残念でした。 ホテル自体も古いため多少の汚れなどは仕方ないと思いますが、食事のテーブルの花に蜘蛛が巣を張ってカトラリー入れまで繋がっていたのには驚きました。 朝食も小さい子が居るのに席を分けて案内されたり階段がある少し離れたテーブルに案内され子供が食事を落としてしまわないか心配でした。

The staff was very thorough in explaining the many amenities and activities available. Although I didn't get the opportunity to try the shuttle or tuktuk service (I enjoy walking places) I saw other hotel guests utilize it and it seemed very nice! In general, everything was good! I didn't use the coffee maker in the room because breakfast was available, but I didn't see a decaf option, perhaps I missed it. It would be nice to have, but that's not really a demerit.

- Maria (9/5): - Un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour aider. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage ! J’ai trouvé que le prix était un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations, et certaines finitions dans la chambre pourraient être améliorées. Cependant, dans l’ensemble, c'est une belle expérience et je garderai un bon souvenir de mon passage.

- Eriko (9/5): リゾート感たっぷりで特別な時間を楽しめます！ - 宮古島は5回目の旅行でした。 いつも10月のところ、今回は初めて9月に訪問させていただきましたが、毎日天気に恵まれ、海のレジャーもたっぷり楽しめました！ 4泊での滞在のため、ホテルでの時間も大切にしたくプールヴィラに宿泊したので、お部屋のプールでも気が向いた時に遊ぶことができ、娘も大満足でした。 また、娘のバースデーを控えていることを事前に相談し、こまめなご連携をとってくださって、当日素敵なサプライズでお祝いをすることができ、特別な時間になりました。 お忙しいところ細やかなコミュニケーションを取って下さった宿泊部の方、ケーキを作って頂いたパティシエの方、アレンジメントをご準備いただいたお花のご担当の方、お部屋までサービスいただきましたゲストリレーションの方、本当にありがとうございました。 おおむねとても満足しておりますが、Wi-Fiのセキュリティがちょっと不安でした。そして少し通信環境も不安定だったような気がします。 また、シャワーのお湯の調整がやや難しかったかなと感じます。

Other accomodations look poor in maintenance and are building an new hotel (in front of 1 accomodation)so make sure you Chose the right accomodation. A lot of difference! But they are making investments comparee to the rest of the island. Still best choice of brand with access to many restaurants, beach and swimmjng pools (and great golfcourse)
