- Chlaris (8/5): - 비발디파크에서도 동떨어져 산 속에 위치하여 한적하고 조용하며 프라이빗하다. 방2개에 각각 화장실이 있어 편리하고, 주방이 있어 유용했다. 실내와 테라스 모두 충분히 커서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었고, 난방과 온수 시설도 잘 작동하였다. 욕조에 워터젯이 있어 더 좋았다. 주차공간도 동마다 있고 넓어서 편리하였다. 조식 식당은 할인되어 좋았고 가성비가 적절하다고 생각한다. 직원들은 매우 친절한 편이었다고 생각한다. 부지가 넓기 때문에 시설간 이동을 차로 해야하는데 조금 번거로울 수 있다. 편의시설이 거의 없기 때문에 아래 비발디파크에서 모두 해결하고, 씻고 자러 돌아오는 식이 된다. 1박을 연장하여 총 3박을 했는데, 중간에 하우스키핑을 해주지 않아 좀 당황스러웠다. 필요한 것(타월교체, 커피, 생수)은 요청을 해야 한다. 이에 대한 안내가 있었는지 기억이 나지 않는다. 하우스키핑을 안 해주니 쓰레기를 치워주지 않으므로 체크아웃할 때 쓰레기를 스스로 가지고 나와 지정장소에 버려야 하는 것 역시 당황스러운 점이다. 이런 것은 오히려 숙소의 격을 떨어뜨리는 것이라 생각한다.

Watching New Year’s Eve fireworks from our balcony as a family of four was intimate, cozy, and truly special. Highly recommended for families! 🥳 A small, constructive suggestion: the pillows are a bit small in size. Having four pillows per bed would make the sleep experience more zen and support deeper, more restful sleep.

While coming we travelled all the way from the first sono hotel with 4 trolleys and while returning even though they said they will provide shuttle bus, we couldn’t catch bus with the luggage trolleys.

- ducky (8/5): - 숙소가 깨끗하고 시설도 조용하고 좋았습니다. 예약전에 전화로 문의했을때는 스키장으로 가는 셔틀버스가 한시간에 한대씩 운행한다는 이야기를 들었는데, 체크인할때 물어보니 극성수기 시즌에만 버스가 운영한다고 하더군요. 그래서 이곳에서 스키장까지 이동하기가 조금 번거로웠습니다. 그리고 주차장이 조금 협소했습니다.

- Eun Jin (9/5): Buena Vista pero habitaciones un poco antiguas (aunque bien cuidadas) - Habitaciones amplias y con buena distribución, cómodas incluso para un grupo grande. Todo el complejo y las habitaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Entorno agradable y cómodo para viajar con bebés. Instalaciones del resort (piscinas, zonas de juego, vistas, ocean park, kids cafe) ideales para vacaciones en familia. Personal amable y check-in/check-out rápidos y sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones Silver y Gold no cumplen del todo con las expectativas en relación al precio, por ser un poco antiguas. Colchones antiguas. Lo que mas me decepcionó fue que casi no ofrecen artículos para bebés, y solo proporcionan una barandilla para la cama. Intentamos reservar con antelación artículos para bebés, pero nos dijeron que “no se podía proporcionar”, lo cual fue muy decepcionante.. Algunos recorridos dentro del resort son largos y poco prácticos cuando se viaja con bebés así que nos fue un poco incómodo. La frecuencia de los autobuses lanzadera es baja lo que puede ser incómodo para grupos grandes.

- Wing (8/5): we should have stayed in Seoul City - the place is serene and in the mountainous region with fresh air. the rooms were comfortable and well maintained and modern looking and yet with a château ambience the internal transport system, the lack of sign board and help on the transport system from this village to Sono Belle was rather frustrating, we wasted 2 and half hours trying to get to the other side and no one could hekp explain it properly in English or willing to help make sure we can reach to the other side, they all just pointed to veery bad information board and says it is all there the schedule and where to wait for the bus.

- Kim (8/5): Very good - Room was very spacious. One pot, one saucepan was available for cooking If you are visiting for skiing, note that it is a bit of a walk to the slopes. Parking is quite difficult if you are bringing your gear with you and there isn’t a way that we found to “pay to secure” your gear overnight at the slopes. If we went back I don’t think we would stay at this particular location for skiing just because of the difficulty of transporting our gear and parking. There were other hotels closer to skiing that would have been better. If you are going for the indoor water park this hotel is closer and may fit your needs better. The pool at the hotel isn’t free- it requires a per person cost to get in the pool.

- Jun (5/5): Not So Comfortable a Stay - Other than the spaciousness, nothing particularly left a good impression. The cleanliness was not very satisfying, and overall, the visit was disappointing. Improvements are needed. Other than the spaciousness, the overall experience was disappointing. First, the layout is inconvenient. To get from the lobby to the room, you can’t go directly—you have to go down again and take another elevator, which is very frustrating. Also, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed a lot of hair on the bed, clearly showing that the cleaning was not done properly. The floor was also covered in stains, and the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. Additionally, despite the large space, there were no staff members around to provide guidance, making it even more inconvenient to navigate. These issues definitely need improvement.

Better than Sono Tower B that we stayed in a few years back, - room theren was more basic, check in was quite chaotic and a hassle as staff did not understand English. Need to take shuttle bus to the ski slopes but they provide free shuttle bus that comes every few minutes. Just that bus is a small van, so if it fills up fast and just have to wait for the next one.

- Shahril (6/5): All in all, love the place if you're into relaxation away from the Vivaldi Park excitement. - Stayed at village block H at sono felice village. The apartment is big and accomodated us well for 5 family pax. Love the view from the balcony. Amenities is great with the kitchen and also the utensils are available. For village is really great if you like peace and quiet and away from the Vivaldi Park. Wake up to a great view and also fresh air calmness!!! If vivaldi park is your priority, stay at vivaldi park and not here unless a) you have your own transport or b) vivaldi park is NOT your priority Few things fell out of expectations a) Logistic. If you don't have a car then request for a block that's nearer to the reception as you will check in there and will have to bring your luggage to your block. My block H is just nice to walk however if you've smaller children and big luggages do get a nearer block. I didn't ask about transport to bring my luggages to my block but do ask if you've a lot of baggages b) Staffs. The staff helped me as they could but maybe due to language I got few miscommunication. Example, last day wanted to go Vivaldi Park, and wanted to keep my luggage at reception, one lady told me I can't and have to bring to Vivaldi Park locker room and keep there, and when I came the next morning, a gentleman told me I can store the baggage once I check out at the reception. Saves me lugging around the luggages for my last day in vivaldi park snowyland c) Van Shuttle. Staff didn't explain to us properly or provide a schedule on shuttle schedule as other resort would provide and had to translate my request. Generally, the shuttle runs hourly basis starts from 830am and runs till 950pm from sono moon. Also please note, 1230 to 130 (or 230 I think) no shuttle since it's lunch time so do plan your visit if you want to go vivaldi park. Also it's not a lot of people so we always get the shuttle, can't imagine if it's peak season and you have to wait few shuttle to get on it. d) Amenities. Small matter to me. I booked for 5 packs and they gave me only 3 towels. But reception was prompt (after few translation to explain I need a towel) to provide the towels
