I liked the very good smell on the floor when I went to my room. I like the walk in shower with good power and heat. The temperature when I entered the room. At this time of the year the AC shouldn't be on. one elevator was temporarily out of order. Not much restaurants near by to reach by walking.

Modern feel ... like a private getaway spa. I want my house to look like this :) Grits and cheese on breakfast bar were very tasty and hot. Pet friendly! The breakfast - this is the second Home2Suites where the meat is shaved so thin that it dried out and tasteless. The stacked tray arrangement for the featured hot foods makes it difficult to get the food out. We do not like the pump yogurt machine. Much rather just have individual to-go cups. We had to pump it too many times for any yogurt to come out. Food in the case was lukewarm instead of hot. Elevator outage :(

- Johnson (10/5): Augusta stay - Convenience to restaurants, shopping, expressway We have 2 small well behaved chihuahuas that together only weigh 13 pounds. The fee for animals was the most I've ever paid to have them travel with us at $75 for one night's stay.

- John (4/5): - Unfortunately my co-worker went into her room and there wasn't a light fixture in the bathroom. They were sold out so she couldn't be placed in another room. The clerk admitted they shouldn't have put her in there. They attended to solve the problem by bringing a lap that she plugged in the way. This WAS NOT good as a woman needs the light and mirror for make up and hair. We will NEVER stay at this property again!!!!!

- Kevin (9/5): I don't have to devote much attention or concern about my stay. It's always neat, clean and comforta - Homes2 is always a good clean stay with comfortable beds and room. The kid or person in the next room was slamming cabinets at 3am. I banged on the wall, and they got the message.
- Elkan (6/5): Disappointing - Bedrooms were fine, clean, comfortable. Location was ok. Lift didn’t work, pool didn’t work, breakfast was grim - one morning we were told the yogurt had run out.Staff were unenthusiastic -eg no apologies or even sympathy offered for broken lift.
- Bruce (1/5): Not terribly happy. - The weather was nice I arrived but was not warmly welcomed. I believe the staff might have been overwhelmed with other matters. Once the staff member realized I had been waiting, she explained that the elevators were not working and the building's Wi-Fi was down. Due to my late arrival, we had no other option but to stay. My mother, who uses a cane to get around, found the trip to the second floor quite challenging. I asked if we could be accommodated on the first floor, but she was unable to assist us.

- Vernita (6/5): Energy Off At This Location - Location close to the places I needed to go to. It had elements of pet hair because I was itchy, sneezing, coughing and had a headache while in the room once I got outside I was OK. Had requested in my profile 2xs no room with prior animals but still got a room with traces of animals even heard a dog barking a few doors down later that day. As the host was helping a large group check in a young man had a problem with his reservation and heard the host say that the hotel was full and that he may be moved to another room later but they were staying for about a week or so. So I couldn't request to move once I discovered this on my room. You could hear all types of noises from outside, and hallway to constant walking or child running upstairs above me head. I've stayed in several Home2 Suites from California to the Carolinas and have always had a good experience but this one wasn't too good. I even saw ants on the floor crawling. Photos might not show as well but I have videos that I can't upload.
- B2788RZbeckyc (10/5): The perfect place for your Home away from Home - The best place to stay in Augusta by far! Friendly, kind, accommodating and safe and convenient and comfortable! We stayed a couple of months after hurricane Helene and are now back. We always put family and friends at this Home 2 property. We are back again due to a house fire last week. I literally called from the front yard with the firetrucks still putting out the fire and asked if they had room. They said “send your parents up here and will be waiting for them at the front door” What a gift to have a place to call home when you are out of your home twice in a matter of months. They really care and it shows!

- Charlotte (10/5): - The front desk was SOOOOO polite and helpful! My name is Charlotte and we had the one thing in common. His beloved wife he lost had the same name, as well as his daughter. He was VERY HOSPITABLE! I TRUTHFULLY have never been to any property as nice as he was. Offered me water and coffee. Filled me in on the amenities as well! This man should be part of management if he is not. The check out girl was sweet as well! Thanks for everything! Happy New Year to you all!

- Jared (10/5): Very nice and convenient hotel. - Great hotel and in a really good location. It’s a newer hotel and it has become my go to when traveling to Augusta. It’s right by everything (near Regal 20) so getting to the major streets and highway are all 5-7min away with many food options less than 10min away. Staff is also nice

- Regina (5/5): It was okay - It was close to everything I needed and close to MCG I couldn’t use the virtual key, the door was very hard to open. When I called the front desk with a problem a child answered the phone and no other staff ever came to the phone to resolve the issue.

- Karel (1/5): Dissapointed I could star and even more dissapointed I got charged - Despite the damages in the city after Hurricane Helene there where people at the hotel The hotel couldnt accomodate me given the lack of power and water, despite this I drove to the hotel from Atlanta to personally check it out and formally cancell the reservation. I still got charged for 1 night
