Loved the fact that it’s a former perfume factory which has carefully transitioned to this beautiful hotel. The room was exceptional: modern, professionally appointed furnishings overlooking a tropical courtyard. Spa services were fantastic. Location was perfect. Nearby the canal restaurant area and 10 min walk to subway. Service among restaurant and bar areas was a bit inconsistent; sometimes great, other times it felt as though we were being ignored.

Localização legal para quem quer essa região da cidade, zona muito gostosa, restaurantes perto. Academia pequena mas suficiente. Bar do rooftop gostoso mas poderia ser melhor! Restaurante do hotel fecha 22:30, chegamos 22:29, estava cheio, cozinha operacional e nós negaram atendimento. Pedimos room Service, porém comida fraca, além de pouquíssimas opções. Equipe podia ser mais dedicada.

- jr1962 (10/5): Great hotel just outside the city center - My wife and I only stayed one night while passing through Milan but we very much enjoyed the hotel. It is a very unique property built in a refurbished warehouse or factory but is very modern, clean and airy. It is close to the city center but feels miles away and is much calmer. Our room was very comfortable and both room service and breakfast were first rate. The service from the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Fabrizio and the valets -- I'd been injured a few days earlier while skiing in the Alps and he could not have been more helpful getting us (i.e. me) to and from our car with our luggage. He was a Godsend and I will be eternally grateful (and, yes, I'm feeling much better, grazie mille, almost 100%).

Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar served great drinks, nice music. The only little issue was with the power in the room. The key used to activate the sockets and tv was temperamental and required several goes to activate even when inserted in the correct direction.

- ericajZ5635UP (10/5): Don’t Let the Reviews Fool You… - Don’t let the reviews scare you off. Our experience here was genuinely lovely. It’s a beautiful, unique property that feels unlike anything else and isn’t too far from Milan’s city center. Our room was bright with natural light and impeccably clean. A breakfast buffet is included with the rate, though we did not get a chance to try it so I can’t speak to that. If you are looking for something with character, charm, and like perfume, I would recommend staying here.

- Sabine (10/5): un très bel hôtel bien situé à cinq minutes des quais pour passer un excellent séjour . - un très bel hôtel avec une suite magnifique, tout le personnel est à l'écoute du client, très sympathique, très souriant. on a pu échanger en Français, l'hôtel est situé à 5 min des quais et de tous les restaurants, le petit déjeuné est top !!! le restaurant de l'hôtel est top également. Le prix de la suite est justifié par rapport à tous les services. Un grand merci à tous pour la réussite de notre séjour. Concernant la visite de la cathédrale DUOMO avec accès au toit, il faut réserver les billets longtemps à l'avance. RAS

- Keith (9/5): As usual, it has been an understated comfortable start to our next journey. - It is always the people that make our stay so enjoyable. This time was no exception. There was nothing we didn’t like. The only sad note, was that while we were there, the rooftop bar was not available. This is a very minor observation, as it had no impact on our otherwise beautiful stay.

- Nicola (10/5): Stylish and super comfortable - A beautiful, stylish hotel in a great area of Milan, very cool.The service was amazing, everyone very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a large room as we have our 11 year old with us- the room is super-clean and very well designed with the best bathroom and largest bed. Honestly we didn’t want to leave!We used the gym and rooftop bar, both great. Breakfast also lovely and plentiful.

- leslienorman1 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - Fantastic Hotel for Milan. Great location with great restaurants in the surrounding canal area. Easy access to the Metro, trams and buses. A very welcoming, clean hotel with fantastic rooms. Breakfast is outstanding!! Lovely staff all round.

- Alessia (7/5): …mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. - Le parti comuni sono moderne e luminose . Si tratta di una ex fabbrica di prodotti farmaceutici. Gli spazi,quindi sono davvero ampi. La colazione e’ varia e di ottima qualità. Il ristorante e’ accogliente anche se purtroppo quella sera era pressoché vuoto. La palestra e’ carina. L’usciere è stato molto cordiale. Le camere sono piccole ed il courtesy kit povero.Data l’impronta che si e’ voluta imprimere all’hotel, avrei gradito trovare più campioni di essenze da provare perché sono una grande amante dei profumi e perché che ci è stato illustrato,al nostro arrivo tutta una storia sul nostro temporaneo alloggio. Nella struttura e’ presente uno shop di profumi ed essenze create da nasi importanti.E voi direte che avrei potuto provarle lì e poi comprare. Avrei voluto comprare. Malauguratamente lo shop era chiuso in orario di apertura e nessuno del personale ha saputo aiutarci. Forse al gerente non interessa abbastanza curarsi degli ospiti!

- Delian (4/5): Malheureusement je ne peux pas recommander ce hôtel. - Le lobby est très grand mais pratiquement pas chauffé. Au mois de mars il fait froid dans cet endroit. D’ailleurs c’est pour cela que la réception est dans une pièce fermée, ça ne fait pas un vrai hôtel. De plus, il n’y a pas de café, bar dans ce grand espace, t’as l’impression d’être dans un espace fantôme. Il n’y a pas des fenêtres dans les chambres. Il y a des puits de lumière, mais avec une toile que tu ne peux pas bouger. On ne voit pas le soleil dans la chambre, on dirait une prison. On ne peut pas avoir un café, une bière, un sandwich, les clients ne restent à l’hôtel que pour dormir.

La propreté était très moyenne, un bruit assourdissant toute la nuit des aérations, je suis pourtant peu sensible au bruit. Rapport qualité très moyen. Le nombre d’étoiles est surestimé

- Andrei (6/5): - Bathroom The only thing I didn’t like was the ceiling windows. They let in a lot of light, so it’s not very comfortable to sleep. The light comes directly into the room at night, and in the morning the sun wakes you up early. I personally prefer a completely dark room for sleeping

- Maria Rita (10/5): Elegant, spotless and comfortable. - The hotel is brand new, elegant, and beautifully designed. The rooms are bright with natural light everywhere (something quite rare in Milan). Everything was exceptionally clean, and the quality of the towels and bed linens was outstanding. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the minibar was very complete. It was quiet most of the time, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff was simply amazing: attentive, kind, and professional. I was genuinely surprised by the overall experience. In the evening, I found a warm letter along with panettone and prosecco in my room. That gesture made me appreciate even more the attention to detail and the lovely team behind it. Location is perfect! Walking distance from the most important spots like bars, restaurants and sightseeing… But far enough to escape from the crowd. If there is anything to improve, I didn’t have time to notice during this stay. Maybe during a longer visit in the future. Everything was truly perfect.
