Guest Reviews
- Jonathan (10/5): - Excellent stay, breakfast was great but the night hike made the trip.
- Bob (8/5): - The property was as it was describe. Peaceful and relaxing in the mountains,
- Scott (8/5): Quiet stay in the mountains - The owners of Coffee Mountain are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit during limited hours for face to face interaction. They are quick to respond via WhatsApp. Two items of caution: onsite wi-fi only works in the open-air reception area. There is no wi-fi in the rooms. Also, exterior lights seemed to automatically turn off around 10pm and did not appear to be activated by motion. When returning to my room after using reception area wi-fi after 10pm, I had to find my room and unlock door without light.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Was a pleasant stay. Was served breakfast on the patio of our room. Simple place. Note no hot water. View of garden/mountain.
- Marvin (10/5): Very nice, very comfortable inn in the mountains - This was first trip to Sante Fe and chose the Coffee Mountain Inn due to the photos. The Inn was as nice as the photos. The patio views were even better.
The owners do a great job with keeping everything clean and tidy. We loved the shower! Plenty of water pressure and warm water, things often missing from Panamanian hotels...lol. Breakfasts were great and they were good about providing information about the local area. They also offer some interesting tours. Highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The sunset dinners were the absolute highlight of this stay! The inn itself is a modest but clean and well-equipped building, one story, with views of the mountains. If you want to ride horses, beautiful, well-mannered horses await. The innkeeper, Chaeli, is wonderful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We really loved Santa Fe and our stay at Coffee Mountain Inn added to our wonderful stay in this beautiful area.
Our family of 4 consists of 2 older teens and for this reason, we loved that the internet was slow - this is now something we look for when we travel!
The breakfasts were sufficient to fill us up for the days of adventuring we had in Santa Fe. Beautiful and clean rooms contributed to wonderful nights of good sleeps.
Not the warmest of staff but if you like to left alone it works...
- Heather (10/5): Excellent Hiking in Santa Fe - Great location in a great town. Coffee Mountain Inn was a very comfortable place to stay and their jungle hike was incredible.
- Caroline (8/5): Good value rural Inn. - The area has lots of possibilities and Coffee Mountain Inn is certainly well located. There are only a couple of choices for evening meals in the town and there is no restaurant, bar or cafe at the inn. However, breakfast is provided on your private patio and it is tasty and substantial enough to keep you going for a few hours. The hosts provide hiking and coffee plantation tours which are well worth taking advantage of. For the price it is a very good value for money, and the location is quite beautiful.
- Fred (10/5): Santa Fe hills experience - This is a special place. We stayed 6 nights just to soak up the atmosphere. Santa Fe is located in the beautiful hills, everywhere you go is up or down. We hiked to waterfalls and through the countryside through small villages. There are many forms of transportation, taxis, buses, pickups with seats in the back, and horses. Lots of activity as it seems Santa Fe is a hub.
Wonderful room and daily breakfast. Friendly owners and staff provide all the information you need.
- Michel (8/5): - Small hotel set in nice garden. Location a bit out of town, car is a must. Room quite basic and boring but clean and all was fonctionning well (taps, lights, wi-fi,…). Basic breakfast served on the terrace. Staff was not really welcoming but professional.
- Sergio Rubén (10/5): Vistas hermosas - Un hotel familiar , muy buena atención así que para volver.
