It would have been better if there's a wifi password in the room or reception phone number just in case they forgot to gave the wifi password like ours. No floor mat in room, tiles were slippery when wet from bathroom

Good choice of TV/film options too at no extra costs. Good breakfast each morning and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient for all amenities too. We will go back again.

Overall, we had a good experience and felt that we got great value for what we paid during our two-night stay. What we loved: •The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. •The place is quiet, clean, and perfect for a short escape. •The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. •The Filipino-style breakfast setup (like a simple buffet) was a nice and unique touch for an apartelle. •They were kind enough to lend me an iron free of charge, which I really appreciated. •The location is a big plus—very near SM, the plaza, and the church, which made it convenient to get around. What could be improved: •The building could use a little refresh—maybe some repainting to make it more inviting. •It would be helpful to have a small fridge in the room for food or drinks. •Room slippers and an iron should be standard inclusions. •Additional lighting options in the room would improve the overall ambiance. •The bathroom drainage (CR) needs to be checked, as it wasn’t draining properly during our stay.

The rooms are clean, the pillows were soft and plump. The welding noise can be heard from the nearby machine shop even though it was near midnight na.. also, my friends had a room where the heater of the shower is not working.

The room had an AC constantly running that after a bit of fiddling was silent yet provided adequate cold to allow us to rest. • Rodson (3/5): Poor - The location is great, right in the downtown area. There was a power interruption during my stay, but thankfully, the hotel has a backup generator I was disappointed with my recent stay, as the hotel was not as clean as it was during my previous visit before the pandemic. The bathroom tiles desperately needed a thorough cleaning—using muriatic acid could help remove the stains. As for breakfast, while it's complimentary with the room, the quality of the food was poor. I’d recommend eating outside for a better experience.

• Juanito (8/5): I am Happy , comfortable and contented with my 5day stay in said hotel. - It is very near to the main streets of Bacolod like Lacson Street and also walking distance to SM Mall and other places to go. It is quite old but well kept. It has long stairs goong to the second floor. I have to carry up and down my golf set which was quite heavy but good thing hotel male staff help me carry my set.

There’s also an in-house laundry and they can have your clothes ready in 2 hours. The room allocation we had on the 2nd floor is not getting enough water supply for shower in the middle of the day. The breakfast is basic, and all processed hotdogs and canned spam and eggs

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again.

Toilet floor is too flat for water to drain properly. There was always a pool of water in the toilet area as well as the shower area. Even the lavatory does not drain quickly. Free breakfast was so-so, usually canned stuff like corned beef and sardines and processed meats like hotdogs and sliced ham.
