C'è tutto il necessario: due docce, una vasca stile giapponese, la lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento, la cucina, la sala comune, manga e libri da poter consultare, guide della città in tante lingue da poter prendere. La posizione è ottima e la stazione più vicina di Miami Senju è ben collegata. Lo staff è gentilissimo e le stanze sono comode. Forse i cuscini sono un po' troppo duri! 🥹

• Jeffrey (10/5): Comfortable stay in a calmer part of Tokyo ran by friendly staff, would recommend for the value. - Situated in a nice quieter area of Tokyo, not too far away from the local train station, the staff were friendly and hospitable. Room and hotel was clean, with all the facilities and amenities for use, and extra points for the bath where you could book for private use. Due to the small size of the room, I did not have a chair/stool for the table.

• MAEDA (10/5): ぐっど！ - 東京のホテルにしては安かった！ ホステルだと女性のみの部屋にすると男女共用の部屋に比べて二千円ほど高くなるため、どうせならと個室のこちらにしました。 風呂は共用といいつつ予約制なので貸し切りだし、ゆっくりつかれました！ レビューにあった通り、洗面所や風呂など掃除もきちんとされていて綺麗でした！ キッチンも使えてお茶も無料でした！ 漫画も少しあります！ 共有部にパソコンもあって、調べ物とかもできるのかな？わかりませんが。 部屋はまあまあ狭いです！寝るには充分ですが。ベッドよく入れれたな！って感じ！ あとちょっと駅から歩くなーって思いました。東京ってこんなもんなのかな？

• Ha Thao (6/5): Good value. - It's good value, the staff is super helpful and friendly. They let me leave my luggage before check-in time and even helped a bit with bringing them upstairs to the room. There is a kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle and a microwave so we can heat up our food and have nice cups of tea. They also let me stay in the lounge after check out so we can eat breakfast. There is a bath on the ground floor that you can actually reserve a spot for your room and avoid taking bath with strangers which is nice. The room is quite small. We barely had any space to open our luggage. But it is Tokyo so understandable. The hall is quite small, there are 20 something rooms on one level which seems a bit too crowded. I can hear people talking and walking across the hall all the time. It is a fair bit of walking to walk to the closest two stations but the walk wasn't too bad to be honest.

• 당근 (10/5): - 도쿄에서 이 가격에 싱글룸 마치 사막에서 오아시스 발견한 느낌이다. 홀로여행하는 사람한테 적극 추천한다. 캡슐룸보다는 나으니까. 생각보다 시설에 깔끔했다. 딱 잠만자고 나가는거면 추천! 나는 공유자전거로 이동했기때문에 교통편에대해선 불편한 점은 없었다. 10분정도에 지하철도 있고 3분거리에 공유자전거가 있으니 이용해보길 바람 직원도 친절함 다음번에 이용예정 방음이 잘 안됌 하지만 코골이 이런문제는 아니고, 심야시간에 짐정리하기엔 쉽지 않음

The location is 10 minutes by walk to the train station. They let me checkout even late. The price was also very reasonable. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center as the train takes up to 50 minutes.
• YunAn (10/5): 簡單舒適享有安靜的個人空間，又香香的溫馨小旅店 - 它位在住宅區內寧靜的巷子，小小的但內部設計讓機乎每間房都享有大面對外窗，看了評價說用背包房的價格卻擁有獨立空間，下次還要選這間，我完全同意！它把氣味打理得非常完美，不論是走道、房間、廁所、廚房，每一處都是怡人的乾淨氣象，大概是我住過所有旅店裡氣味最舒適的一間（甚至可能會有點懷念）。小小的旅館卻一點也不含糊，廚房備有免費的咖啡粉和茶包，也可以炊食，更精喜的是還有一個有點大的澡堂可以在門口登記使用時間，一人獨享。床和枕頭對我這個容易落枕和腰酸背痛的人來說是很好睡的，棉被也很暖但又不會像一般旅館的棉被睡得滿身大汗，總之是一間在我心中有點完美的旅店，下次絕對還要再來住！

• AKI (4/5): 狭いし宿泊費も上がっているせいもあるからなんだろうけど、次はないかなぁ - 駅からは近くはないけど、別に普通に歩いて行ける範囲。チェックイン時、感じの良い男性が一通り説明してくれ、スーツケースも持って部屋まで運んでくれて助かった。 連泊したが、2日目遅くなり、シャワー室が24時間使用できるとのことで、シャワーを利用したが、シャワー室は髪の毛が大量に落ちていて床はビチャビチャ、シャワー室内も黒カビだらけで気持ち悪かったのと、部屋が音が響きやすく、物を落としたり遅い時間の話し声や笑い声で2日とも眠れなかった。

The bathrooms and toilets are modern and were also clean at all times. There's even the option to reserve a private bathtub. There is a communal kitchen, several refrigerators distributed throughout the house, and also several toilets distributed throughout the house. The area is very quiet, but you have to walk a few minutes further to the nearest train station or shopping facilities. My single room was really very small. It's really not meant for anything more than sleeping. There also wasn't enough space to open a medium-sized rolling suitcase.

• JEONGCHEOL (9/5): 조용한 동네, 깔끔함. - 독립된 공간이 제공된다는 점에서 가성비 최고입니다. 조용한 동네 분위기와 편의점과 마트가 있어서 가벼운 쇼핑도 가능합니다. 미나미센주역까지 10분정도 걸리는데, 개인적으로는 동네구경하는게 좋았어요. 역시 나무바닥으로 인한 소음입니다. 방 자체 방음은 어느정도 되는데, 밖에서 사람들 이동하는 소리가 다 들려요. 저는 둔한 편이라 잘 잤지만, 예민하신 분들은 힘들 것 같아요.

The two bathrooms (toilets, in particular) offer very little privacy and are shared with very many guests which can lead to queuing during mornings and evenings.

The house is very clean and has everything you might need, comfortable beds and enough baths that I never had to wait, plus there's a tiny restaurant around the corner Masa, that is I really loved especially if you havent tried Omurice. -

• Sebastian (9/5): - Preis unschlagbar, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Lage war auch recht gut, liegt in North Asakusa, zu Fuß ist man in 10min an Minami Senju von dort aus kommt man gut nach Nippori/Ueno und Tokyo Station. Zimmergröße ist normal für den Preis. Zum öffnen von Koffern musste etwas umgeräumt werden. Ist aber an sich kein Problem. Eines muss man wissen, in der Unterkunft sollte man an seine Mitbrwohner denken und sich auf den Fluren bzw. generell im Zimmer etwas leise verhalten, vor allem in den Fluren ist alles sehr hellhörig. Zum Beginn waren wir hauptsächlich mit anderen Japanern in der Unterkunft, da ging es Lautstärke mäßig, irgendwann kamen Amis und Italiener dazu die sich nicht mehr an den Verhaltenskodex halten wollten, dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Alles in allem eine wirklich nette Unterkunft für den schmalen Taler, gerne für Kurzaufenthalte wieder.

Both regular shower cubicles and Japanese-style baths are available. Staff was friendly as well in showing me around. The kitchen could be bigger and more user-friendly. The location is good if you are OK to take public transport, as it is of course, further out from central Tokyo. Lovely neighbourhood though!
