Spülmittel und Geschirrspülmittel in Grosspackungen ist viel billiger umd weniger Müll! Viele Gäste in einem Apartment, sehr laut,Türen knallen, im Pool viel Lärm und reinspringende Jugendliche!

• Mark (8/5): - Very nice apartment in great area. If you are on top floor, it’s a bit of carry for luggage. Internet/wifi was spotty. We would recommend staying there though and enjoyed it very much. Pool/hot tub was awesome and clean. Spotty wifi .

• Tony (10/5): A great stay in a very comfortable and convenient location. - The location is perfect for us. When you don't wish to take the short walk to the beach, the pool is perfect. Steve is very helpful should you need any advice. No issues at all!

Close to surf club and lovely cafe at the end of the road which is right across from the beach. Good amenities - kitchen, laundry facilities, bathrooms x2 and lounge. Swimming and spa pools available and secure garaging excellent. Nothing but some salt and pepper would have been appreciated
• Natalie (7/5): Was the perfect location for our needs. - Loved the location, loved the lock up garage. Being on the first floor with my children was great The beds were very springy and the quilts were stained. Also the floor was very slippery when coming back from the pool or getting out of the bath or shower. I cleaned a spill on the 3 seater lounge from my daughter and while cleaning I noticed mouldy congealed what looked like milk as I cleaned. The fans in the bedrooms also did not turn on and the clock in the kitchen needs replacing as I changed the battery only for it not to work so I took my battery back out.

Location was excellent short walk to the beach and cafes. Gardens were great it was a real holiday experience. The stairs ha ha though it kept us fit.

• Natalie (10/5): We love Montana Palms Resort!! - Thank you Julie and Steve for the most amazing mini vacay we’ve had for years!! I almost didn’t book this place after reading some people’s reviews, the building may be a little older but the apartments are so well appointed and absolutely spotless and the location is incredible and completely unaffected by the Gold Coast Highway road work chaos that’s going on right now. The pool is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous Mermaid Beach is not even 100m down the street with various places to eat and coffee. Absolutely everything was provided in the apartment and the provision of beach towels was also appreciated as we spent most of our four days in the water! The secure underground parking was also a plus, especially when driving a rental car and worrying about leaving it in the street. I can’t even think of one thing that could have made the stay any better, I loved it, my kids loved it and this is my new go to when hitting the Gold Coast in future, I’m not even going to look anywhere else! Value for money isn’t even comparable when you know what you get in all of the run down, dank Gold Coast motels that would have been more expensive than this and a lot less secure and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate to book Montana Palms, 5 Star, in my opinion!!

Also some of the whiteware needs replacing. Stairs, difficulty getting suitcases upstairs from the garage to top floor. Stay was for 7 nights but no replacing of towels.

I was able to have 2 cars in the basement carpark You can feel the springs in the beds and there’s only aircon in the lounge, not the bedrooms. A couple of live cockroaches were found. The fans wouldn’t stay on during the day, kept randomly turning off even tho we made sure to never touch the timer.

• Stephanie (2/5): Will not stay again - honestly worst place we have stayed. - Pool was nicely shaded, and the location perfect. Our apartment was dirty, with tiles in kitchen having residue on them, hair in both showers and toilet, and dirty linen. Floor also hadn’t been cleaned properly as I found a hair pin. I had to wash dishes before we could use them. Dining room floor tiles broken, one had attempted repair but repair was broken, and one tile was completely loose and I caught my foot on it. Main bedroom fan was possessed, with the light/fan turning on/off of its own accord all night. Whole apartment could use a repaint. I understand the area is dated accomodation, but you can be clean and well maintained which this was not.
• Lou (8/5): Very satisfied, thank you for a lovely stay. - Location was exceptional, close to Surfers Paradise etc and a moments walk to the beach. Complex was nice and quiet, kids loved the pool and spa. Only feedback I have is that due to our unit being on the corner of the complex and not having a unit to one of the sides the 2nd bedroom that the kids stayed in was extremely hot due to the sun blasting through both windows.

Both were walking distance for my young children and I . The tram stop was also within walking distance and very easy to navigate and use the public transport system. I liked to use the kitchen to cook meals so that we weren't eating out every meal. It would have been really helpful to have had use of things like cooking oil and salt/pepper so I didn't have to buy those for a short stay.

• Xin (9/5): Perfect affordable resort in ideal Gold Coast location - Brilliant location and beautiful neighbourhood. Excellent sized family apartment with all mod cons and lovely swimming pool and loungers. Less than 5 minutes walk to terrific Mermaid Beach, cafés, Surf Club, bakery and supermarket. Very handy bus stop nearby with very quick link to Tram, PF Mall and Broadbeach attractions. Pretty much perfect for our stay, but wifi could be more stable.

We bought our 3 year old niece a karaoke machine for Christmas and a man who identified himself as the manager knocked on our door and angrily told us to be quiet. She was singing Moana and it was 7:15pm on a Saturday night.

Car parking was underneath the block. Steve the manager was amazing to communicate with. Its about 100m to the beach and 40m to the bus stop. The metro is being extended down and will soon stop right at the bottom of the street. Being out of surfers was a bonus. Kids were able to chill.

Poor WIFI, lots of stairs and no lift, only one air conditioner with just ceiling fans in the bedrooms made for stuffy nights, old white goods could do with an upgrade, bins were only accessible via public footpath and not clearly marked

Cheap uncomfortable older style spring mattress. Dirty mirror. Noisy aircon noise if you open the sliding screen doors at night. Fly screens need replacing.

• Beth (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Proximity to the ASMY Gold Coast studio for my yoga teacher training course. Lovely fresh breeze that cooled the entire apartment. No need for air-conditioning. A short walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Great bed. Carrying my luggage up stairs to the third floor. No lifts. No-one offered to help me. Lack of on street parking to unload and then load my car easily as the garage does not have internal access to the building. Cigarette smokers at the entrance to the staircase meant I had to inhale secondhand smoke to get to my apartment.
