- Bikramjeet (7/5): can consider staying again only if they assure about the problems we encountered are solved in future. - calmness, view and ambience, room service was also good. the room we stayed had a faulty washroom. the seat was not balanced. the water from shower disn't properly drain. water came out whenever we use shower. moreover the other room which we booked had a smoking smell, after complaining they gave us some other room in lower category and no discount was offered on that. there was a night fly in the room as well. foul smell of drainage was also there in washroom. told these things to hotel staff as well while checking out.

Breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and the combination of Indian and continental food was exceptional. Staff was very courteous and accommodative. Plus their evening performances were very entertaining. I would highly recommend this place for families. They do not accept international credit cards, which is a big hassle for tourists visiting from outside of India. Wifi service needs improvement.
