• Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. The villa was really luxurious and the pool kept clean. The villas are set 25min walk from the main Lovina beach area but there are a few bars and restaurants right by the hotel that are fantastic....the warung dolphin in particular.
• Michelle (8/5): Privat og stille villahotel - Villaen var stor og rummelig. Lækker stor seng og stort badeværelset med både spabad og bruser. Stedet kunne dog trænge til lidt vedligeholdelse, men man får til gengæld meget for pengene. Den ligger ud til stranden, men man kan ikke bade ved den strand, så man skal gå lidt længere langs stranden for at kunne bade.

• Lyndell (10/5): - Private pool villa was delightful. Loved our stay. They went out of their way to get me gluten free bread from the local bakery. Delicious breakfast and great location.
• Eunice (4/5): Poor service n facilities not well maintained - We had marino2, a lovely villa, very private n nice. The shower did not work, the bath tub did not drain well. The room was very hot as aircon didn’t work well. The cloth around the bed was dusty n pillows were too high. It was not really clean. No toiletries provided. Breakfast was brought to the villa, they claimed that they called us but we didn’t hear the phone ring. 8am breakfast was only received at 920am after we called them at 850am to ask. The next day we had to leave at 530am n asked if we could hv some fruits n breads n biskets to go n they said NO. The staff were not helpful at all n not service oriented. They cld hv prep apples and bananas n left at reception but they didn’t want to. We asked 3 diff staff n they said breakfast serve at 8am only. Loving to airport was 4 hours drive, we cld hv done with some apples n bananas, simple gesture but the staff refused to prep. N O idea of service n lots of mosquitoes as the drains were all filled w stagnant water n we highlighted this to the staff n they just smiled. We spoke Bahasa Indonesia, so it is not a situation of not understanding. Hotel not on beach front.
• Fuzums (6/5): Pretty from the outside but.. - We stayed for 3 days here and they were average. The resort from afar seems beautiful but when you look up close you find cracks ( Plugs not working, lights flickering at night, main door not closing, ordered room service because the restaurant was not working but due to no house keeping it stayed with us for one day ?) That would have been potentially fine if the front desk staff would have been a bit more informative and helpful overall? We had to ask for extra water, for the room to be cleaned ( ?) , for more information, to wait for them to check the rooms and then we can check out ? ( That was a first) There wasn't much hospitality to be honest from their side except for the staff that helped us out with our luggage and the ones in the restaurant. It felt a bit like a drag to get all information out of them and for them to be hospitable to us. The main thing that I'd like to point out is that they do not have a private beach as mentioned on the website which was misleading and disappointmenting. The beach is 20ish min walk or there is a rocky strand of beach and boats which you can follow to the main Lovina beach. I believe overall the lack of hospitality from the front desk staff ( management and co ? ) paired with the above made the stay a bit sour.
• Fabian (10/5): - Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer, die Villa mit 300 Quadratmetern ist wirklich sehr schön, man hat viel Platz, der Pool ist groß genug, man hat sogar ein Kochfeld und das Bad ist auch sehr geräumig. Gino Feruci ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Anlage.
• Sary (2/5): - そもそも宿泊できませんでした。修理が間に合いませんでしたとのことですが、明らかにグレードの違う別のホテルを代わりに手配していたのはとても残念です。
• Tommy (6/5): Et hotel i forfald. - Det ses at man har haft store tanker om dette hotel, men hvis der ikke bliver vedligeholdt, så forfalder det. Loftet i bruseren var ødelagt, lampeskærmen var smadret, klinkerne er løse ved poolen, vandskader i lofterne, og der var ikke rentgjort ordenligt. Morgenmaden var super ringe, tørt toastbrød, croissant fra en pose, ingen bacon flere gange, en og kun en kop kaffe. Hotellet ligger lige ved vandet, men der er ikke adgang pga. bølgebryder i beton.

Easy to buy from mini mart 5 minute away. Some great restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walk. And best of all right on the beach where to dolphin adventure starts,could do this over & over great way to start the day. Only downside need transport to v
• Jojo (2/5): Run down & infested with mosquitoes - The furniture in the room is old & run down. Blinds are broken and TV remote control does not work. Room is dark & infested with mosquitoes. My husband and I were bitten throughout the night and we checked out the next morning even though we booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was unappetizing and table had ants all over. Whole place was like a 70s leftover. Pictures of the villa were very misleading and never will we ever recommend or come back here.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Leider kein Buffet und shuttle - Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber. Man kann die ruhige Lage genießen. Sind uns nicht sicher ob man Lange im Pool bleiben soll. Das wasser war etwas komisch( hat auf wunden sehr gebrannt). Leider gab es kein Buffet wie bei der Buchung beschrieben und auch das shuttle war nicht da, da der Chef anscheinen mit dem auto selbst nach Denpasar gefahren ist.... Sehr schade!!! Für 2 Tage ok aber länger geht es nicht.
• Marie (2/5): Nie wieder!! - Wir haben eine Villa mit eigenem Pool gebucht gehabt. Als wir ankamen wurde uns schon mitgeteilt das der Pool sowie das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand sei. Wir sollten uns das Zimmer angucken und dann entscheiden, ob wir in ein alternatives Hotel gebracht werden sollen. Pool war voller Algen das Wasser war komplett grün. In der Villa war überall Schimmel an der Wand... deshalb nahmen wir das alternativ Hotel.. dies war leider aber auch nicht viel besser. Dreckig und total veraltet. Zum Glück sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben...
• Malin (6/5): Vill man se delfiner, åk hit! - Som tidigare recensenter nämnt så var det väldigt mkt mygg. Vi hade mögel på hela taket i badrummet, färgen på taket på uteplatsen hängde i stora hok. Väldigt lugnt område, inte alls mkt turister, men desto mer "säljare" som inte ger sig i första taget. Resturangerna runt om var supermysiga, allra helst på kvällen. Mkt livemusik och trevlig personal överallt. Stranden i Lovina sägs vara svart, enligt mig var den mörk, absolut inte svart. Lovina känns som ett ställe där folk brukade åka till tidigare men som har glömts (dött) lite idag.
• Hannah (6/5): Not bad, but... - Honestly this hotel had such potential everything was perfect except for some major issues. 1. Outdoor bathroom. Great in theory. Sucks when its dark. Mosquito's come to the light. Gekko's everywhere etc. 2. Large gap at bottom of the door (about 2 inches). Allowed mosquito's to fly in. And twice my girlfriend saw a rodent in the room. More worrying is that bali has cobras. Cobras eat rodents. Cobra could have followed into room.

• Cindy (6/5): Great for dolphin tour - There were alot of flies and mosquitos around. Surrounding does not have much to see but it is only about 5min to the boat ride for the dolphin tour
• Keldi (8/5): Great villa / poor restaurant - The villa was lovely, nice and quiet and 30seconds to the beach. The pool was great and big especially for a private villa. The bed was big, clean and comfortable. Service for dinner was not good. We sat down in the restaurant at 7pm and couldn't see or hear any staff, the receptionist then told us that the kitchen staff were resting and we could wait in our room until they woke up and she would phone us! We rang a local restaurant and they picked us up :) Breakfast was not the best, only had it the first morning and then went to the local bakery and nearby hotels on the other days. Staff on the whole were friendly and helped when needed. The area was nice and relaxed and quiet but easy to get to town etc. I would stay again if I went to lovina as the villa and grounds were great.
• Rama (6/5): Convenient & Calm place to relax - The overall stay was good. We( Family of 3) stayed for 2 nights, the hotel location is very conveniently located, very close to black sand beach & enjoyed dolphin show, sunrise. Staff was very friendly. Very calm & a good place to relax. But... As the villa is surrounded by greenery especially mango trees, there were lot of mosquitoes, we had used mosquito repellent patch/sprays. The swimming pool was not maintained properly & salty water.

• Jacob (10/5): Fantastisk hotel med super service - Hotellet er fantastisk og vi havde en villa med privat swimmingpool. Meget privat med mure omkring og plads til solbadning og spise ude i haven. Hotellets personale var utroligt venlig og meget hjælpsomme. De hjalp os med at booke madlavningskursus i nærheden og en tur rundt i området. Lige rundt om hjørnet ligger nogle restauranter. Vi spiste flere gange på den der hedder Warung Indra. Et meget lille sted med utroligt lækker og billig mad.

• Katharina (10/5): Lækkert hotel i Lovina - Vi boede 3 nætter på Gino Ferucci og var helt vilde med stedet. Vi havde egen privat pool så vi var ikke på stranden. Service var helt i top, de arrangerede både cooking class og heldagstur for os og alle var søde og hjælpsomme. Restauranten var ikke noget særligt med vejen ved siden af hotellet var fuld af lækre og hyggelige restauranter. Vi spiste på warung Indra to gange, billigt og alt lavet fra bunden. Vi har været meget tilfredse og kommer gerne igen!

• PEIHSIN (10/5): 私人泳池 - 我們的房型裡面有私人泳池，水溫適中。在去之前就很期待泳池，果然不失所望!房間很大，空間很多。衛浴設備還有露天的，很棒!那裡服務人員人都很好，看見你在搬重物會來詢問你，給予幫助。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay at Lovina - Our stay at Gino Feruci Villa Lovina was great. Staff is very friendly, the villa is nice (getting a bit old but still nice). Very conveniently located in Lovina, the villas are very close to the beach. Villas are great, pool is nice, breakfast is correct. Nice stay!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Fawlty Towers - This hotel has excellent potential. The bones are there, unfortunately it is general maintenance (gardens not weeded and unkempt? in Bali??!!) which brings it down. For few guests there seemed to be a lot of staff yet none of them were gardeners or maintenance and the rooms only need a good days attention to be great. Rotten wood decking and lack of cushions on outdoor chairs, couches and daybed are a real letdown. On the up side, the pools were huge and sparkling clean, the chef was excellent and the manager quickly and effectively sorted all our tour requirements.
• Verified traveler (8/5): sehr hübsches Hotel direkt am Strand - War mit meiner Freundin für einige Nächte während unserer Balireise hier, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Essen, Getränke, Zimmer sehr schön und das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand. An der Rezeption (wo teilweise sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen wurde) kann man direkt verschiedene Ausflüge (Schnorcheln, Delfintour, Roller mieten, Tagestrips) buchen. Alles in allem ein sehr nettes Hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good service - Me and my wife stayed there for 2 nights and we experienced power failure on the first night but the staff was very fast to respond. They change our hotel room due to wiring problem in the first room. The environment is good but lots of mosquitoes so remember to close the windows. The chairs outside of the hotel should be nearer to the beach
• Verified traveler (8/5): Mooie rustige villa met eigen pool - We hebben 3 nachten doorgebracht in deze villa. Villa met eigen pool en zeer prive. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien en een mooi terras. Badkamer kan echter wel wat ventilatie gebruiken. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en na een vraag is het zo geregeld. Villa's zijn wat afgelegen van Lovina maar toch voldoende restaurantjes. Mensen in de omgeving zijn wat opdringerig en blijven bij je om wat te verkopen!
• Cynel (8/5): villa privée très sympa en bord de mer - Villa privée très sympa. Nous sommes resté 3 nuits, c'est suffisant pour découvrir lovina et sa région.
• Synvis & Mats (6/5): Här finns det förbättringar att göra - Vi lockades att boka det här hotellet då det såg flott ut på bilderna, men de speglade inte riktigt sanningen. Konceptet med egen villa och pool känns lyxigt men ingenting kändes riktigt färdigt. Infarten till hotellet var en jordig väg och det fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet. När jag skulle dra upp persiennerna så gick de sönder och hängde på trekvart. Jag uppskattar dock närheten till naturen och att jag fick se en Tokaygecko i uteköket. Poolen kändes inte riktigt fräsch, den hade en slemmig beläggning på väggarna. Vi valde att lämna hotellet en dag tidigare än vad vi skulle.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not worth the "discount" - "Free" wifi in "all"rooms... But can only get network at lobby. No hot water on a cold rainy day, reason given was use of solar panel... Breakfast was quite bad... Had a friend who stayed same hotel same room a few weeks ago. Apparrently no improvement since then. Staff were friendly enough but nothing seems to get done after feedback.
