- Derek (8/5): A pleasant hotel - I enjoyed my stay here.
My bedroom was large and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice though I didn't try the restaurant for dinner as I was visiting friends and they preferred to take me local places.
The hotel was clean and friendly.
Would go back again if I'm staying in Warri.
- OMOZOJIE OKOBOH (9/5): Great place, expensive food. - It's clean and easy to locate The food is overly expensive..also the tea/coffee selection in the room is not the best

- Eyekay Igbinovia (9/5): - Easily accessible, the hotel is very clean & tidy and well lit. My family and I had a very relaxing stay, though short. The staff were accomodating and willing to help. It would be more convenient not to put chairs in certain designated areas just for aesthetics if people should not sit on them. It is rude to tell people who are a bit exhausted from a journey with children to get up from a chair after being seated.

- Ufuoma (7/5): Fantastic for a short stay in Warri. - Clean and fresh feel. Loved the pool for the kids.
Good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful restaurant staff. The decor wasn’t quite to my taste. I think they need to get a modern (and probably western/European hotel interior designer to advise them.
Front desk staff were good but could be friendlier.

- MATHIAS (10/5): - Excellent hotel. The location, ambience, cleanliness, etc all work well. I only suggest that hotel staff stop begging customers. Almost everyone I encountered found a way to beg me money. It was quite challenging.
- Ajit (2/5): Horrible Management Experience - The issue with contemporary hotel management lies in the failure to honor advance bookings made by guests. On two occasions, the hotel relocated my reserved room from the main building to the hotel extension.
The unfortunate aspect was that the air conditioning never effectively cooled my room. Paying around $85 per room night with the air conditioning not functioning is simply unacceptable.
The hotel management attempts to reserve the main building room for guests arriving on the same day without prior reservations in order to charge higher rates to those customers.
I have learned my lessons on two occasions, and I will not make the same mistake again.
- Emem (4/5): Definitely needs to be upgraded - The continental restaurant was great The food was terrible at the buffet and the smart tv did not work
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional, memorable, of international standard. - The breakfast was excellent, with various mouth watering, delicious choices of dishes to start the day. The ambience, setting, and staff attention made the eating experience a luxury. Nothing
- Hilary (9/5): Superb -
- Akponovo (10/5): - The hotel is in a safe environment and easy to access. Excellent hotel staff with very good buffet style breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended hotel. Marriott Bonvoy members can redeem their points to lodge in the hotel.

- Adepeju (10/5): Exceptional - Superb and safe place Limited options in the restaurant
- Richard (8/5): Safe, beautiful & generally friendly staff. - Security No active gym
Staff didn’t calculate my whole payments from day 1 and had to call us when we were away for the activity we came for.
- Otomewo (10/5): The hotel features a beautiful property, attentive staff, - During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful property, the attentive staff, the delicious food, and the overall experience. The property was well-maintained and had wonderful amenities, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the food served was delightful. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. It would have been convenient if each room had a microwave for guests to reheat leftover food, but unfortunately, they are not providing this service, which is disappointing.
- Benjamin (8/5): I have a very good experience the security guard and police officer were very nice - my expectation was met The food was a little bit too much
- Musa (8/5): Very good -
- Ikechukwuka (6/5): Payed more than budgeted - The facility was okay Prices changed everyday
- Victor (7/5): Good -
- Kuskus (7/5): Good - "The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The internet service was a major downside—it was almost unusable, which made it challenging to get any work done during my official trip."

- Offong (9/5): Good facility and excellent service - It was largely finished by 8:30/9am The name has changed but the food remains the same!
- Godson (1/5): Bad - They operate a policy outside the guidelines on the app. They insinuated that I will be charged for the full amount even if i cancel before the date. The messaged me that my reservation is not guaranteed.
- Ajit (8/5): Comfortable Stay - I have previously stayed in the hotel under BON management. Under new management, the rooms have been fully upgraded and there is more light than before.
In contrast to other hotels in the area, the breakfast is continental and accommodate requirements from international travelers.
Though there were challenges created regarding during my check-in, I was assigned a suite room for that night, which was a nice gesture by the hotel management that saved me a lot of hassle going through the cancellation and struggling to find new hotels at night.
- Stephen Ovadje (4/5): Hotel falls short of Protea brand promise - Overall, customer service was very poor from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. The room had some water damage, the hot water didn't stay warm for more than five minutes, and the rollaway bed which we paid N10,000 for was actually a twin mattress which was placed on the floor. There was some false advertising with regard to the prepaid breakfast buffet; although we specified that there were two people in the room; we were asked to pay for one breakfast - N4,000.
