- Henry H (9/5): Excelente ubicación, precio y limpieza - Desde el inicio del hotel está pendiente de tu llegada, siempre en recepción son muy amables y las habitaciones son amplias, tienen elevador y desayuno gratis donde tienen un balcón con una vista espectacular hacia La Paz. La habitación cuenta con un calentón y la cama súper cómoda. Todo el staff siempre es muy atento.

Nosotros reservamos dos habitaciones, una sin vista a la calle y otra con balcón. Les recomiendo que si tienen la posibilidad reserven una sin balcón porque el ruido de la calle es mucho aunque la habitación esté bien y esté linda y tenga buena vista, El ruido persiste hasta después de medianoche.. Álvaro nos atendió muy bien, fue muy útil porque nos dio recomendaciones de dónde comer, y qué líneas teleférico agarrar, a pesar de qué salíamos muy temprano rumbo al aeropuerto, se tomó el tiempo de pedirnos un taxi y darnos unos snacks para llevar. Las habitaciones con balcón, estábamos en el quinto piso y hacía bastante ruido, aunque sólo era hasta la medianoche

Café da manhã mediano, com o básico dos itens. Chegamos um pouco antes e nos proporcionaram entrada um pouco antecipada ao check in. Internet instável.

The people on reception were really helpful and accommodating. - Kathryn (9/5): Good value hotel in centre with welcoming staff - Such a lovely friendly, welcoming man on reception when we arrived tired from a long night bus journey at 9 in the morning. He let us check in and have breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with hot shower. Very good buffet breakfast with eggs, fresh fruit, juice etc. Hotel is very good value. You hear noise from outside because it's echoey. But earplugs are the solution.

- HYUNWOO (9/5): 라파즈에서 편하게 지냈던 숙소 - 위치가 너무 좋았습니다 마녀시장과도 가깝고 샌프란시스코 성당과도 가깝습니다 주위에 약국과 마트도 있어요~ 엄청 편하게 잘 지냈습니다 히터가 간이 이동식 히터라 좀 시끄럽고 불안합니다~ 조식은 좋았지만 종류가 조금은 아쉽네요~

- Sandra (9/5): Melhor hospedagem de todo nosso passeio - Excelente localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. No início pensamos que ficar no centro seria perigoso, mas foi muito tranquilo, e facilitou muito nossos passeios, por estar muito bem localizado. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e servido no terraço, ambiente super agradável. Quanto à equipe, espetacular, quanta gentileza, estão dispostos a nos ajudar a todo instante, e muito pacientes conosco :-). Estão de Parabéns Não há nada que não tenhamos gostado. Recomendamos fortemente.

- Diana Patricia (6/5): - Localizado en el centro de la ciudad, con una terraza agradable y un buen desayuno, el restaurante también está muy bien Reservamos una habitación con camas gemelas, el espacio es tan reducido que fue casi imposible colocar las maletas sin incomodar la entrada, la habitación no tiene ventilación y el baño tampoco, por lo que la habitación mantiene un olor a cañería que se vuelve bastante incómodo.

Falta cortesías como botella de agua y tes o café en las habitaciones.

Staff at breakfast was very nice and polite, at reception pretentiously polite. I stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them were very small, stuffy, no windows, no air. Too small for one person and the rooms were supposed to be for two persons. At the end they also charged for "stained sheets". No more explanation, no photos, they just said it was reported. I wonder why they did not wash the sheets.

Staff molto disponibile. La mattina dovevamo ripartire presto e ci hanno preparato la colazione da portare via e prenotato il taxi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la cassaforte e sono venuti a sistemare in due minuti. Un grande punto di forza è la terrazza all'ultimo piano, con veranda e vista molto bella sulla città, dove si fa colazione e si può anche bere qualcosa

- Kristjan (6/5): Great location, friendly stuff, poor ventilatsion. - Great location, very friendly staff. Due to a restaurant positioning and the unique way the hotel ia designed our room had constant cooking oil fumes coming into the room. Since the room window is also only into the hallway and not actually to outdoors we could not open that for fresh air as the hallway was filled with the cooking oil fumes from the restaurant. And also, only coffee with sugar was available, no alternatives. .

Bitte deutlicher bei booking.com herausstellen: 2-Bettzimmer nur mit Fenster zum Flur, daher kein Tageslicht und keine gute Luft Zimmer mit Fenster nur mit französischem Bett und klein. Wir konnten dies auf dem Foto unseres Zimmer nicht erkennen und es stand auch nicht dabei.

- Leanne (8/5): Recommend for location and comfort - Great location and comfortable. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop. Great service. They even picked us up from the airport at 4am to take us to the hotel no charge. Little noisy in the front room. Would suggest ask for a back room

- Simard (9/5): Super séjour à la Paz. - Hôtel très agréable et bien placé. Le petit déjeuner était super avec beaucoup de choix et une super vue. Le personnel est très disponible et sympa. Quelques travaux le matin pendant notre séjour.
- Abel (6/5): Hotel sin muchos lujos recomendado para conocer la zona centro - Hotel en zona céntrica de la paz perfecto para conocer el casco antiguo y la vida de la ciudad. Habitación cómodas sin nada que destacar. Lo mejor la atención del personal aunque es cierto que depende mucho del turno de trabajo que te toque 🙂. Tiene desayuno pero es bastante normal aunque es siempre de agradecer que lo ofrezcan con el precio de la habitación. Por relación calidad precio es un buen hotel. Hay un patio interior por el que se comunican bastante los ruidos.

- FEDERICO (7/5): Buena opción - Está muy céntrico, con una terraza para un rico desayuno. Limpio, acogedor. El personal es muy amable. Si las habitaciones dan a la calle, el ruido del tráfico puede molestar.

Great showers with instant hot water were much appreciated. Very convenient location - short walk to Witches' Market. Gave us breakfast to go for an early start.
