- Jenna (4/5): - Pet friendly hotel that had big rooms. Breakfast was great. I stayed for 6 nights and felt it was a good place to stay until I interacted with their staff. They are not rude but use the excuse that they are ‘new’ so that their staff may make mistakes. After cleaning the room, I noticed the 2nd room key was missing. I had left it in the wall on purpose. When I asked them to bring it back, the employee used the key to open the door without knocking first! Not thinking twice if there were anyone inside the room!!! Even if there were not someone inside, they should still knock. As per the LAW, after check in, no one is allowed to enter without permission. I told this to the counter and they said their staff was ‘new’ and that they were sorry. That’s the same excuse they used when I asked about a previous issue, which I won’t bother to mention. At first I thought, I would love to stay here again. After that interaction, I wouldn’t feel safe to stay there again.

- I Ting (6/5): 寵物友善住宿 - 值得讚許的是寵物友善旅館！寵物只需收清潔費$300，算是滿合理的，櫃檯服務人員人很好，服務挺親切的，房間空間大小也滿舒適的，兩人一隻狗不會覺得擁擠，唯獨房間的環境整潔不怎麼好，地板跟床單也不是很乾淨，另外有件事情很可愛，房間內的冰箱和飲水機是一體成型的設計，第一次看到這樣的冰箱，很省空間，但相對冰箱就很小，好在服務櫃檯人也很好，可以提供冰箱寄冰服務！旅店也提供停車補助$150，這點也滿佛心的，如果是停旅店附近的停車格可以全額補助，或是旅館有配合的停車場，如果不會很在意環境的，是滿適合有毛小孩的爸媽的。
- LI SUNG (10/5): Convenient hotel with good buffet breakfast - I stay at this hotel quite often. It's conveniently located (15mn taxi ride from Taichung train station, 20mn from the interciy bus terminals at Chaoma. At the bus stop in front of the hotel there are also buses that go to many parts of Taichung including the train station, Yizhong shopping area and Fengjia night market. The hotel is aging a little bit but still nice and comfortable, with everything a traveller would need. The buffet breakfast is very good, mostly Taiwanese food but also toast. The hot dishes are different from day to day. There is also a self-service laundry that costs only TWD30 for washing and another TWD30 for drying, washing powder is graciously provided at the reception. There is a small outdoor parking behind the hotel, and when there's no space left, you have to drive to a nearby parking (the hotel refunds a max. of TWD150 per day for the parking fees).

A small short point is that the aisle between end of bed and the wall with tv is very narrow. As the aisle is the only route to the bathroom, it is very inconvenient, need to bend every time otherwise bumping the tv.
