Most annoying was the lack of any kitchen utensils in the room despite the fact that it had a microwave. Travelling with a dog so wanted to heat up food. The additional charge for the dog was too much given the calibre of the room.

• Haley (8/5): Close to everything - The kitchen is really handy. I loved being able to take my pet with me. Beds were really comfortable. Some of the finishings on the room were broken and but dated.

When i could not open the key box ibasked for her help and she considered it as a really difficult task for her. She is not supportive nor friendly at all. Will not book this place in future.

• Vicki (5/5): Comfy bed. Needs some maintenance. - The room was fairly clean and beds were comfy. Free WiFi, very hot water. Everything you need in the room or available in the kitchen. The pool is pleasant enough. Air conditioned, so lovely and cool. Decor is dated and in fair condition. Shower leaks and the screen is so high its like a sauna in there. The water is slow to drain so pools at your feet before it escapes the broken drain. The first two nights we had the door bell in our room which woke us several times before we could work out where the extremely loud melodic noise was coming from.
• Maureen (8/5): A pleasant stay overall - Stayed here overnight on our way up the coast. Turned out to be a good choice, the room had all we needed. It was clean, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. Parking was a bit tight, a bit close to other guests cars when loading and unloading, but not a real issue.
