Please go before you book.The rooms were unclean and I had to check out. I didnt stay and they still didnt provide a refund. This is not recommended for families. I am really stunned how this hotel is rated so high.

• rishikan2023 (8/5): Birthday Party - I hosted my daughter's first birthday party here at Chairman's Club Sahakar Nagar only to be extremely satisfied with the team's cooperation. Food buffet was exceptionally well organized and served to all our guests although our guest list exceeded more than what we guaranteed. Taste of food was very good. All our guests complimented about the taste. Thanks to Shankar and team who managed food. My heartfelt thanks to Nathasha who was my main point of contact for organising everything, from Decor, hall, food, emcee, kids entertainment packages etc. Nathasha has been very kind and patient in listening to my needs and accommodating where possible thereby leading to a grand success of our event. One star minused for not having a mirror in the room provided for wash n change, however its a very negligible point, for all the good mentioned above, I'm sure Chairman's team is working on it. Thank you!

One can enjoy the Snooker experience too. This location suits for your Business as well as for Relaxing moments... I am frequent flyer.....First Time in Bangalore I enjoyed the experience as I visited Bangalore many times. Stayed in 5 Star Hotels too. But why I prefer this because I spent time playing as well as office job. This means its like leading our daily life but not in our home.... town. • Poluru66 (10/5): Best place for medium size functions - Recently we celebrated Haldhi and Mehendi functions of our daughter. Its value for money..Ambience and food were very good. Staff are very cordial. Ms. Natasha was there to coordinate and taking care of all logistics and even minor needs. Rooms are also very clean. Would be a great place for family outing. Easy access with ample parking..

The food was tasty and good. The staff are very courteous and helpful. In particular, Pallavi was very helpful. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided.
• inareshmatta (10/5): Amazing Place and Stupendous Hospitality - Best Hospitality. Had an amazing day out with my Team, it is indeed a niceplace to have fun with your Team. Food was brilliant, delicious and hygiene. Games : You have tons of games to play , basketball, cricket badminton, chess, carrom you name it they own it. Most importantly I loved the Hospitality here provided by the Manager Rajendra a huge shout out to him. I Highly recommend this place for the care and support this Manager gives to all his guests.
• 408ranjanim (2/5): THIS IS NOT A RESORT, ONLY A SMALL HOTEL - If you want a break away from the city, to go to a resort with lots of greenery and vast space, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The entire premises is very small and cramped. Though the photo shows the pool to be outdoors it is actually indoors. The room was near the exhaust which constantly made noise and let out the smoke from the kitchen to our room balcony. The wifi will not work and you will have to call them multiple times to get it working. The did not care to inform us that we need to take down the wifi voucher code for each day and we were struggling trying to connect to it, when we had important work. You have to ask repeatedly for the TV to be made functional and for an extra bed though it is part of your package. They did not recharge the TV properly and channels stopped working the very next day. When the bed finally arrived, it was without a cot. Did I pay more than 10K to sleep on the floor? The room's bathroom door does not lock, there is no handwash or sufficient soap, towels given. The pasta tastes like it was made a year ago. The staff is clueless when you ask for oregano. We had to eat outside for the remainder of the trip. The intercom stopped working in the room. The spa staff themselves told me the space is not comfortable for women so I could not get a massage. I booked a room in the resort as it has a spa attached. There were lizards and bugs in our room and balcony.

• jandhyv (8/5): Nice budget hotel close to the airport - An excellent hotel for low budget travellers, both for business and touring. The breakfast gets passing grades, other than the made to order eggs and dosas. Dinner menu is excellent providing a very well prepared choice of South Indian cuisine and a more limited authentic North Indian cuisine. The facility has a great pool and workout facility, but internet connection can be iffy. Rooms are generally very spacious and the value for money is excellent!
• Not Provided (4/5): Definitely only 2 stars max. - The room was a let down, outdated, room & washroom need a renovation. For me definitely only a 2 star. The other facilities looked ok for me. Room service was good. Food served was really good. To summarise lots of potential because facilities are there but renovation to be done. I have tried a few hotels in this area and all show same rating as Chairman's resort but compared to those this one was a let down.

• Venky (8/5): Great hotel in a new suburb, close to the airport - I had a wonderful experience, given that there was a reasonable choice for breakfast, good facilities for swimming or squash or for working out. I had problems getting the internet to work since the evening staff did not know about providing even the passwords. The base room is very small, so I moved to a suite for $30 more per night and the suite is quite spacious and clean.

• Manjit (6/5): My first time at Chairman's resort - Bengaluru - I will give you my first hand experience, no gimmicks, marketing or made up information. This should help majority of you out there, I think. I wasn't aware of the 12 noon check in and 12 noon check out rule. When I landed in Bengaluru at 2 am, obviously I made it to the hotel around 4 am with all the airport check out and commute (25 mins) from Airport to Chairman's resort in Sahakar Nagar. Since I had the reservation for the day I arrived at 4 am, I wasn't able to check in until 12 noon without paying one more day's room cost. So basically from 4 am to 12 noon and from 12 noon to next day 12 noon - (2 days charge total) Keeping in mind that booking through Expedia, the Hotel has limited options to give you since bookings through Expedia are more cheaper than a walk in booking (if rooms available). Studio room rates: Walk in or call in booking direct with the resort : Rs 2500 + 24% tax and Expedia booking was Rs 1950 (including all taxes) Since I was there at 4 am, I agreed to pay one day charge up to 12 noon same day and I actually needed to check out by 6 pm as per my schedule so the staff was kind enough to charge my only for half of the post 12 noon rental. Since I booked through Expedia, they charged me 1950 for 4 am to 12 noon and 1000 (1950/2) for 12 noon to 6 pm. The complimentary breakfast was very good since it was outdoor across the front lawn and good menu as well. Summary: It was a pleasant and carefree stay, staff was really co-operative and helpful.

The wifi was complimentary and worked very well. Lots of facilities like gym, Indoor swimming pool, badminton court, pub, restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Real value for money.
