Guest Reviews
- Roland (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty surroundings. Spacious. Quiet. Limited facilities open presumably due to lack of guests. Jacuzzi or indoor Pool not open. Communal fire not on. Limited breakfast. Some parts looking a bit ‘tired’ compared to our stay 10 years ago!
- Raymond (9/5): Superb -
- Leonidas (8/5): Very good -
- R. (6/5): Not customer friendly. Avoid hotel if you can! - The grounds were nice. Front desk employees did not speak English ( late evening staff) and day staff very very little.
Manager was rather rude at times- unapproachable.
She made sure to tell you the rules.
They charged me the full amount of the room for the entire stay. I decided to check out early because of the service and another situation ( roof leak that yielded mold in a bin left to collect the water) in the room- the hotel would not refund me for the last day.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Staff was highly attentive when some inadequacy was noted. When large groups came, attention to us as couple was weak.
- Michelle (9/5): Lovely hotel - Loved staying at the hotel. It is so beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room which was at the back of the property which had a balcony with lovely views of the mountains, ruins and a cow pasture. A very nice way to wind down after a few crazy days in Cuzco. The hotel hosted my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner and did a wonderful job with everything from setting the room to the delicious food we were served.
We had a great experience staying in Pisac at this hotel and would definitely return for a visit in the future. Only complaint was the showerhead in our room had barely a dribbled coming out so we had to shower in my daughter's room next door.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roberto (8/5): Very good - the pool!
the heater in the room water was not very hot
- Dolores (6/5): Pleasant -
- neda (6/5): - I booked this hotel to use the spa but all the amenities were closed and they didn’t even mention it on the website, they still advertise the photos of the spa. There is no wifi anywhere in the resort. The location was great tho with the mountain view.
- Razelle (6/5): Mixed feelings on this location - The room was nice enough but there was no real hot water to shower and the water pressure was very low. I was not given the wifi password. I had to ask where the breakfast was being served. Nothing was really explained to me. The sauna/jacuzzi was not working. This should not be advertised. My son enjoyed the pool and play area so that made up for the negative points
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Todo excelente
- Verified traveler (10/5): Muy bueno!! - Excelente todo
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What a great place to stay if you are looking for amenities. Nice spa, jacuzzi, and sauna. Great access to outdoor recreational space such as basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer, along with play grounds and a huge pool. They also have billiards and ping ping. Just keep in mind the space is free, but there is a minimal cost for equipment, such as balls. The room was comfortable, and they're is hot water after you wait for it to reach the room through all the lines. Very nice staff and I'd go back for another visit. The breakfast was also very fulfilling.
- Carolina (10/5): - viajé con dos niños, el personal muy cordial, preocupados de todo,el hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para viaje familiar
- Julie (8/5): Lovely - Lovely grounds and chapel. Rooms are basic, but just fine. I enjoyed my stay.
- Brandy (8/5): Great hotel walking distance to town square - Great place to stay near Pisac! Lovely hotel great jacuzzi and sauna. Nice location close to town.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel needs work.staff very nice, pretty efficient. Food very good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed. - We had booked another hotel in Pisac (in September 2013), but 1 day before leaving our home, we got an email telling us that we had to make a new reservation because Expedia was no longer booking reservations for this hotel! Hoteles Royal Inka was almost empty, with few guests - a telling sign! The gardens were all attractive and clearly where they spend their money. The room was only adequate. Light bulbs were all fluorescent and exposed in the fixtures. The bathroom walls looked as if there had been some rewiring work done, but the walls had never then been plastered and repainted. There was a weird room with a ping pong table etc. The whole place was basically unappealing, except for the gardens. The hotel was also a long walk from town, which was not revealed on your website! Expedia should have arranged for the first hotel to honor the original booking!!!!! This was not acceptable!
- Fam. vd Berg (6/5): - Nice hotel but for a good breakfast you can better go elsewhere.
Rooms are not luxury but okay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet respite in the Sacred Valley - I very much enjoyed my 4 nights at the Royal inca hotel in Pisac. I am glad I chose to spend most of my peru vacation here as apposed to the noisy and hectic Cuzco. I thought the hotel was very charming. The surroundings were spectacular! At the base of the Pisac ruins, but so quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to downtown Pisac but a taxi ride is an inexpensive 3 sols. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. And the HUGE pool accross the street from the hotel was a pleasant surprise. All in all I could not have been happier with this hotel.
- Sandita (6/5): Clean enough, lovey ambiance in bar/restaurant - The grounds are nice. My room was large and I was grateful there was a heater. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean enough. The bathroom needed a little airing out but everything generally worked OK. The service at the restaurant was good, as was the food. The bar/restaurant ambiance was very beautiful with lovely fireplaces and decor. I would recommend this.
