• Amitabh (9/5): Very good hotel at great location - Best part of the hotel is that it has large rooms with desk and office chair to work from. So excellent if you are on work trip or need to work from a hotel in your own room. WiFi at the rooms is not really that strong to use if effectively. Would be better if they improved the strength and bandwidth of WiFi.

Don't expect much - Proximity to the marketplace Good staff Breakfast was good - no proper signboard to figure out the place - very average place to stay - it's an old property - rooms are cramped - only veg - stuffy feeling in the rooms

• Roshan (6/5): Nice Hotel with Zero Hospitality Experienced Staff - Super easy to get to because it’s right near the junction, and honestly the hotel was pretty good. The rooms were nice and clean too. The breakfast wasn’t up to 3-star standards, and that’s something the hotel really needs to work on. The shower heads are old and the water flow is very poor — a major drawback, especially since it’s the only shower outlet. The sink tap also sprays water everywhere due to the pressure pump, and a better tap model would solve this immediately. The biggest concern, though, is the service. There was no welcome, no assistance with baggage, and the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in the guests. No smile, no courtesy — just a mechanical check-in. These are simple, fixable issues, but they make a big difference to the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the location and potential are good, but the basics need attention.

• Rajesh (10/5): I booked 32 rooms for 3 nights for the marriage ceremony of son Very good support from hotel staff - Delicious breakfast with many varieties. Good ambiance with a very attentive service is the attraction. To get 100% Veg with so many options gives a homely feel. Many of my guests were non onion garlic eater. Hotel staff arranged the food specially for our guests the taste was so good that all my guests so happy and surprised that how the management could arrange and handle the 3 nights of stay (75 guests) without any trouble and interruptions. Highly satisfied with the support and the service This hotel has got only one lift which is a limitation during rush hours. Need to wait long.

• Pranay (1/5): BEWARE. The staff may accuse you of consuming their PEANUTS although you haven't consumed. - Nothing The hotel manager accused me of using Rs. 84 worth peanuts. When I said I didn't consume any and let's go to the room again then he apologised saying sorry it was a mistake. I wonder if this is their staff trick to earn peanuts from peanuts when the guest has paid thousands to stay at their hotel.

The cleaning and door staff were really helpful. The soundproofing cut out almost all of the traffic noise. The air conditioning was good too. The reception staff were mixed. One (the old man who was generall yon in the morning) was really helpful while the younger staff were not.

THE RECEPTION STAFF ARUN WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND EVERYTIME COMPLAIN ABOUT THE VISITORS POLICY. HE WAS AT THE RECEPTION WHO CHECKED ON MY ARRIVAL. NEVER MENTIONED ANY HOTEL POLICY. BUT AS DAYS WENT BY HE STARTED HARASSING ME AND MY BUSINESS COLLEGES ABOUT HIS HOTEL POLICY. THAT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS OF HIM TO DO. ALSO, SOME OF MY STUFF WENT MISSING FROM MY ROOM. NO HOT WATER - I HAD TO MAKE A CALL EVERYTIME TO ASK FOR HOT WATER. I AM FROM USA AND I SHOWER TWICE OKAY 👍

Breakfast could be more varied and generous (similar dishes for the six days we stayed there including pasta alfredo, mac and cheese, and mixed vegetables next to a few hot Indian dishes, fresh dosa, watermelon and cornflakes).

Room service was also tasty (but a bit expensive). If you're given a room in the centre of the corridor, change it. Or, request a room not in the centre. You hear the breakfast being prepared even from several floors down. It's extremely loud. I got woken up every morning at 530-6am.
