- achintya (2/5): Not the best for a 3 star rating - A three star hotel should have better facilities!, Rooms were cold in the evening, no place keep your belongings. A little closet smelt bad. Staff was ok. Dinner we ordered was very ordinary. Expedia shouldn’t be listing this hotel as a 3 star at all.
- Matt (6/5): Not bad, but a little expensive for what you get. - The location was good, we walked out of our hotel and went on a walk that took us into the Himalayas (Triund). The sheet and towels didn't appear very clean, but I didn't see any bugs. This place is definitely manageable.
- aprile (6/5): Think twice - On our arrival, the managers told us our reservation through hotel.com was not confirmed - although we had paid online - and encouraged us to pay a second time. We had to call hotel.com - as the hotel managers pretended they had no phone to lend us - and pay 20€ to settle the matter. On the whole, the room was decent - except the humid bedsheets- but the staff wasn't particularly nice and helpful. I would only recommend this place if you can't find anything cheaper and if everything about your reservation is clear from the start.
- Hari (8/5): Fantastic service - We loved our stay at Hotel Omni. The staff were very cooperative and assisted us in all our grievances. The only problem is the cleanliness of the hotel, as the room was like a garbage depot! overall, it was a pleasant stay
