Shannon (4/5): Should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, the one across town. - The breakfast was horrible, we were expecting to have the regular hotel breakfast not a sit down in the dark restaurant. had to get up and get our own creamer and sugar for our coffee. I guess that's how they treat the guest with a voucher. could have gotten the king size bed I originally requested, we don't get to sleep on a king often and my husband is a very tall man. the breakfast could have been a lot better.
David (9/5): Great place to stay. Hope to visit Johnny's Steak House for the steaks during another trip, Well d - The counter staff was great in check in and check out. The room was spacious. Our breakfast was great, but the wait staff was stressed due to a larger number of customers than what they expected. The Banana Bread and crispy potatoes was REALLY GOOD. The height of the toilets. It is a long way down there for an old man to sit sown.

Robyn (8/5): - The shower could use some CLR scrub, but water pressure was great! The pool/hot tub area was Way over chlorinated. Our eyes burned before we even opened the door. Sadly, we could only take it for 5 minutes.

Verified traveler (8/5): Please get new curtains that can close. - Everything was great, hotel staff were very present and we thankfully were able to check in a little early which we were very thankful for! The coupon for bogo drinks at the restaurant was very nice as well. Shower was hot and there was dove shower materials available to use for free which I appreciated! The only thing I wish was different were the curtains. The black out curtains weren’t able to be closed so the sun came in at 7am and woke us up earlier then we intended (3 moms on a get away without children and were really looking forward to sleeping in!) But over ash beds are comfy and the hotel is extremely clean.

RYANNE A (4/5): - The hotel and room were lovely. However I had booked a specific suite (nearly 3 weeks before my arrival) and the receptionist called an hour and a half prior to check in to tell me it wasn’t available and they had assigned me a room that did not meet our travel needs- we had 3 people and needed one bed in a separate room from the other and they offered a single king room and breakfast. After nearly arguing with the receptionist when we got there, they were finally able to get us a room with two beds, but there was no separation. We were told the reason why the initial room wasn’t available was because it was under scheduled maintenance. As someone who booked the room several weeks in advance to be told we have to switch rooms an hour and a half prior to check in is terrible- we should have been told as soon as the maintenance was started that we would have to change rooms, and if they were genuinely starting it the day we arrived they should have either postponed the maintenance or not let me book the room in the first place. We were able to make the weekend work however we are extremely disappointed in this holiday inn. We have stayed at other branches with no issue until now.

Rebekah (10/5): Handicapped accessible room info - Very convenient location off freeway; very clean and comfortable; I had handicapped accessible room with king bed: beautiful, large bathroom with separate tub and XL walk-in shower. Be advised entry to shower is not lip-less and will not accommodate a roll-in wheelchair, and it is a regular single shower door width. The shower itself is very roomy and deep inside. Narrower tub with jet spas, horizontal grab bars on both sides of tub, and one vertical grab bar on wall. Very nice comfortable bed and spacious room. We did not eat meals here d/t having other plans, so cannot review that. I will come back again.
Timothy (4/5): Probably would not select this location again. - Very clean. Friendly staff. Refrigerator was NOT turned on. My granddaughter did not realize this when she put items that needed to be refrigerated in it. The toilet also clogged up in the middle of the night. NOT pleasant.
