- Hana (10/5): - Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Our room got upgraded when we checked in and it was gorgeous. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of options and food was delicious. Staff was lovely and helpful and made check in and check out process very easy. We will be back next time for an extended stay
- Allison Ruth (10/5): -

- bahareh (10/5): - The onsen, the location, the food... this hotel is perfect, i will go back for sure.
- Nora (10/5): - Best hotel we stayed at during our trip!
According to the website, our room was renovated not long ago (and we saw that they were renovating the outside pool area as well).
The hotel is very close to the train station, we just needed to cross a bridge.
The staff is very friendly.
There are little corners in the hotel to make memento for yourself or as a present - origami, little wooden cubes infused with different scents, stamp on fine Japanese paper.
We loved the layout, the size, the cleanliness of the room, and especially the view from our room / big balcony!!! Even the futon mattress was comfy!
There are unisex kimonos provided that you can wear in the hotel.
The amenities, infrared sauna, indoor and outdoor onsen, and the cedar smell of the wooden outdoor onsen bathtub were all really nice.
The breakfast was superb with loads of options.

- Yossef (9/5): - The room, the food, the crew, free onsen. 7 eleven available. It was about 40min from gora.
Most of the tresterunts and shoops are close after 1800.
- Natalie (7/5): Great location and breakfast but lacking some modern hotel facilities - Location is excellent. 5 minutes by foot across a bridge from the train station. Close to the bus connections as well.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and buffet style so portions are unlimited. No fitness room or gym. All hotels these days should offer this. They have a karaoke room and mahjong room but no place to exercise
The shower in the bathroom sprayed everywhere and made quite a mess

- Ilan avi hai (10/5): Excellent place to rest - The size of the room.
Good breakfast.
The location is great.
The onsen is excellent.
All is excellent , i recommend. All is good.
- Duncan (9/5): - Great location, fantastic room (we got upgraded), great bar and food
- Lucas (10/5): Muito bom! Voltaria! - Limpo, organizado e bem localizado Não poder usar o onsen público devido as tatuagens.
- Wren (10/5): -
- Helen (6/5): good location, weird hotel - good location
staff friendly onsen dirty - we got really sick after this for weeks
rooms tiny
bathroom small
strange lobby
- John Tomasov (9/5): - Stayed in (renovated) main building Japanese western style room, type B, river view, non smoking. Room was very spaceious with large tatame area. Bed was fairly hard otherwise was great space with excellent view. Conveniently located walking distance to Hakone and station with ample parking close to hotel. Buffet breakfast had plenty of Japanese and Western options but was very busy when large bus groups were staying at the hotel. Great public onsen onsite with indoor and outdoor baths. Would stay again but a little pricey. Hard bed, busy breakfast area, lots of tour groups passing through
- Manu (7/5): Not a fan of the property but location was very good - Location The overall look of the hotel lobby was very average. The loo’s were very basic
- Doris (9/5): Great comfortable hotel - Great location

- Thushaniya (10/5): -
- Seung (10/5): Perfect Getaway! - Location as well as facilities including onsen and great breakfast. Perfect and wonderful getaway! Everything was great.
- Pei Yuan (9/5):
- Michael (10/5): Highly recommended - Very clean and tidy with spacious rooms
- Kevin (10/5): Great - Then location was perfect. The baths were cool- we would recommend booking a private one. A stranger ordered drinks to our room and the staff had trouble grasping or believing that it wasn’t us even though the signature was legibly not matching our names which was a little annoying.
- Joanna (10/5): - Location, onsen, breakfast
- Zahra (9/5): -
- Shervin (9/5): Great location ,Great character - Location
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Katerina (9/5): -
- GBMN1 (8/5): -
- Nam (9/5): Overall a good place to stay in a super central location- great for exploring Hakone area - A nice classic hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great! Seemed a little overpriced for the value, but I guess Hakone is expensive in general. Such a big hotel would’ve benefit from having a small gym room. And the laundry room had only one washing machine which also looked very outdated - we didn’t trust doing the laundry there.
- RajivT (8/5): Conveniently Located and Awesome Views - We stayed here for one night on out trip through Japan. Very conveniently located with a 5-minute walk to the train station and main town. The hotel also has an Onsen and Spa, although the massage was at best mediocre. The Onsen is excellent. The vibe is very Japanese and speaks to the spa/relaxation side of things. Our room was in the main building and quite big. We would recommend this hotel.
- WEI-AN (10/5): -
- Bich Thuy (8/5): - The location and the onsen. The staffs at the reception did not help to fill the form with the luggage transfer.
- Rebecca (9/5): -
- Taka.Hori (10/5): -
- Facundo (10/5): Inmejorable - La ubicación, vistas e instalaciones
- Jagna (10/5): A great, comfortable stay. - It was a very comfortable stay in a lovely surroundings with kind, helpful service. Thank you.
- CHIA-CHING (9/5): -
- Marcelo Salhab (10/5): -
- Tutto Niente

- Yaeko (9/5): -
- Shirley (10/5): Loved our stay hot spring baths very relaxing - Relaxing and views Breakfast busy
- Peter (10/5): -
- Allan (9/5): - Excellent very large room , half Japanese!
- Patricia (10/5): -
- MINORU (7/5): -
- Laia (8/5): - very good location, just 2 min walk from the train station or the bus station. Restaurants on site were very good (we tried the French cafe and the Chinese restaurant). Also the breakfast buffet has a very big food and drinks selection with plenty of japanese and non-japanese options. Room was excellent, plenty of space and storage room. Private onsen was a bit disappointing as we expected something cosier/prettier. Did not visit the general one
- CCT (10/5): -
- Manuela (7/5): -
- Alicija (9/5): - Excellent location and breakfast!
- doron (9/5): -
- Glenn (8/5): - Hotel location is very near the hakone-yumoto train station. Public onsen bath is very spacious.

- Ashley (10/5): It was a fun Japanese experience! - We loved how close it was to the Yumoto Station. The traditional Japanese experience with the room, and our additional services of the Japanese dinner and private onsen were so fun! It was nice having someone who spoke a little English to help with the dinner portion.
- Jaden (10/5): - Conveniently located by the train station. Great view of the river!
- CORTESE (10/5): -
- Lkhagvaa (10/5): - onsen and sauna
- METEHAN YAŞAR (10/5): -
- CHENG HE (8/5): -
- Alessandro (10/5): Perfeição. - Perfeito. Estava perfeito.
- isobel (8/5): Very handy to have he town nice clean plac - Beautiful position
- moira (9/5): -
- Sharpe (6/5): - Location was convenient and size of room was great. Private onsen was amazing. Rooms although big were tired and the photos didn't match what was offered.
Breakfast was terrible from the flow to the quality of food. The Chinese restaurant food was bland and average (staff were amazing) The hotel doesn't cater for allergies without 3 days prior notice which is disappointing when promting themselves as an international big hotel.
