• Shital (10/5): - This property is right by the cable car line. Easy access to main square. Hotel staff is amazing, there are few flaws of the hotel but staff are positive and friendly to accommodate guests request. Marcelo at the front desk is amazing.
• Shital (10/5): - Nice property centrally located. Good dining options. Spa was disappointing. We took complimentary 30mins spa service and one more treatment which was wrong call. They have spa at the hotel but I do not recommend, never have I felt so worse after spa day. Staff are nice but not well trained for spa services. Overall we had pleasant stay, besides spa. Bonus point they have free flowing tea and hot water.

We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. We also had a lovley massage in their spa which was great after our long flight.. highly recommend!

• Paul (10/5): La Paz Base Camp - The Stannum is a modern hotel inside of a high-rise attached to a mall near Spoachi, La Paz. It's very conveniently located near a cable car (teleferico) station which work like a subway system to get you around this mountainous town. The hotel is very accommodating. Take advantage of booking airport transfers through the hotel as well.

Even when we unexpectedly got stuck in the elevator (an issue beyond the hotel’s control), they responded promptly and went above and beyond by sending a thoughtful plate of appetizers to our room as an apology. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the vibrant and unique city of La Paz, Bolivia.

• Imad (10/5): - Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel.
• Imad (10/5): - Very quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. It is conveniently located close the the blue cable car line, less than 2 blocks away. There are multiple restaurants around and within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helped coordinate some tours for us. The three names that I’d like to highlight are Marcelo and Abigail at the front seat and Gabriel at breakfast. Enjoyed the stay there and extended it by an additional night.

Strange that it’s located in a high rise building occupying only two floors (5 and 12), but very secure. Modern decor. Staff offered free packed breakfast two days when we left very early for tours. Enjoyed my stay!
• Jim (10/5): - We enjoyed our stays at Stannum. The included breakfasts were a great plus. The front desk people were very helpful and cooperative, especially Abigail and Josue. They helped us arrange excursions which turned out great. The hotel location was excellent for accessing the teleferico system and close to two malls including a supermarket. The dry sauna was nice to have also. We would surely stay again as well as recommend to others.
• Heather (10/5): - Stannum Hotel is in a great location and right around the corner from the blue gondola station (the city’s transport). The staff is extremely helpful in booking airport transfers, rides pretty much anywhere you’d like to go, and exchanging money. They all also spoke English fluently. The breakfast was also good - your typical higher end breakfast buffet. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re heading to La Paz!!
• Marcos (10/5): - This hotel was great. It’s conveniently located near the cable car station. For 3 Bolivianos you can go anywhere in the city. My room was very spacious. The bed was super comfy and I had unbelievable view. The only room for improvement is the shower’s low water pressure and the low light in the toilet. I highly recommend this hotel. I will surely stay here again. Special shout out to Karla, Abigail and David. They made my stay super special.
• oliver (10/5): - One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in by far on all my travels globally. Marcelo on main desk is super happy and friendly, as well as the lady who helped me with cable car tickets. The breakfast is brilliant extremely attentive staff and the bar on the 12th floor is very chilled out. The rooms are super comfortable and I highly highly recommend this hotel, bonus you have access to a free gym which has everything and close to the cable car into town.

These people sincerely want you to have a good time with them and whilst in their city. Super clean, comfy and nice hotel in a good area. Highly recommended.

• dursun a (10/5): The Best - The hotel and staff are absolutely the best. We are a world traveler and stayed in many hotels, but we never had the kind of service we had at Stannum. Carla and Abigail are the nicest people we ever met in our lives. Due to change in our flight we arrived early morning to Stannum, but they were able to arrange a room for us which we needed after almost 18 hours flight. Carla, Abigail, David ( at the restaurant) , the hotel manager and all the staff we met showed us a lot of respect and kindness. Housekeeping is also excellent and every morning they cleaned the room and changed the towels. Stannum is located one of the safest location in La Paz near American consulate. It is just a few minutes away from cable cars for easy transportation around the city. It is in a very convenient location to markets, restaurants, shopping center, bars etc. The breakfast is excellent, it’s open buffet, but you can also order omelets, pancakes etc. They also serve dinner at Tera restaurant and food is excellent with very reasonable prices. Dave ( David) will make everything to satisfy you. Today will be our 6 th night and will stay an additional 2 more nights, a total for 8 nights. Each day and night we have experienced was better previous stays. We especially feel that Carla and Abigail are family members. They also surprised us with a welcome dessert with our native language of Turkish. We love everything and everybody about Stannum.

In an excellent location, easy to catch the cable cars and in a very safe area. Easy and safe parking. Connected to a small mall with a great movie theatre. Loved our stay. • Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic stay, great staff - Had a lovely 4-night stay in room #508, king bed, jacuzzi tub, Mountain View, with breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything in good working order. Due to design there isn't a desk but two chairs and a small table. I had a Zoom event and could have used a desk, but there is a business center to use. Only improvement is to add a few more hangars and one more robe for couples. Breakfast each day was very good and plentiful. Lots of eggs options made-to-order, coffees, tea, juices, pastries and fruit. Really liked the pancakes. Notable staff who made our stay are Carla, Abigail, Ruth, Maya and Gabriel. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Hotel is in a great neighborhood location at Multicine and only a few steps from the Linea Blanca (Arce) and Linea Celeste teleférico stations. Hotel will loan you a rechargeable teleférico card that makes riding very easy! $3Bs to ride, $2Bs to transfer on same ride. Very clean and safe and amazing views! When visiting La Paz take a Red Cap walking tour and eat at Cocina Popular and Gustu. You won't forget them.

Restaurant food and service was excellent, all the staff were very helpful especially the lady who helped with taxis and trip to lunar valley. We stayed 4 nights and used as a base for day trip to Uyuni. Would stay again.

Lovely views from your 12th floor room. Rooms are bit small not a lot of space in the bathroom for your travel bag or the room for suitcases.

• Richard (10/5): Top Choice for Business or Leisure Travelers - The service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff are very attentive and helpful. The cleaning staff did a great job preparing the room as well. The location of this hotel can’t be beat and boasts a great atmosphere. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay again.
