- 명희 (8/5): - 바다뷰와 넓은 객실 그리고 주방을 자유롭게 사용할수있어서 편하게 음식조리가 가능했어요 두번째 방문이였는데도 좋았습니다 주방이 거실쪽에 있는거 말고 출입문쪽 가까운쪽에 있는구조를 원했는데 거실쪽주방이라 조리시 냄새가 방에 들어갈거같아서 조금 아쉬웠어요

- DIANA (10/5): - Big room with all essentials and a very very beautiful view. The kitchen had equipment to cook and even to bake. I liked the japanese style room because during the day we could remove the futons and get more space, our children loved the tatami. We were able to use the pool in another hotel and since we had a car it was very convenient, otherwise the hotel could have arrange transport in a tuk tuk for free. The pool had an area for small children and it was next to the beach. They also offer free transfer to airport and to other areas of the resort. I would definitely stay here again! It is a bit far from grocery or convenient stores, a car is necessary if planing to go out of the resort area, which we did since restaurants are expensive.

- Veronique (8/5): Beautiful view - Brisa Hotel is suitable and comfortable. The Transport between each hotel was fantastic as It was part of a chain and I’m glad because I got to use the other Hotel facilities when required. (There were no restaurants at Brisa however I was able to use the other hotels. ). Must book.

- Yuko (8/5): Amazing view and services in the resort. - The view from the hotel room was amazing and very peaceful. Right in front of the ocean and we got to see beautiful sunrise/sunset and full moon. The staffs were very helpful and informative. Since it was a part of resort property, The Shigira, they had free shuttles that take you to different hotels within the property. Very convenient. Wonderful services (snorkely, kayaking, etc) and restaurants are in the property as well. It's a worth staying to recope from the chaotic life with affordable price. The only thing I didn't like was the building itself. It was ran down and the rails were rusty probably because of the sea breeze. I can tell it's a very old building.

- FUJIWARA (5/5): 全部屋オーシャンビューでロケーションバッチリだけど、古いホテル。 - 2階部屋でも海がしっかり見えました！ 昔はリゾートマンションだったらしく、部屋は広め、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブントースター、掃除機ありました。 長期滞在の方やファミリーにピッタリだと思います。 建物が古いので、私達の部屋はハズレで 洗面所は下水の臭いがきつく、シャワー温度調整できず。 一緒に行った友人の部屋は全く問題なし。

- TERUYUKI (1/5): 窓がしまらない 最悪な宿泊体験になりました。これが宮古島クオリティなのか。。 - オーシャンビュー ホテルのエントランスだけ綺麗 無料駐車場 とにかく景色が綺麗 バルコニーの窓が閉まらない お風呂の汚れが気になる。 和室で4人は絶対寝れないスペース。狭いし布団がうすい。 不衛生。 気温10度、強風のなか寝れませんでした！このような宿泊経験は東南アジアの安宿ぶりでした。。 貴重品や洗濯物を干しているのでお部屋には入らないようにとお伝えしましたが、しっかり部屋に入っていました。 古いマンションです。エントランスだけ受付がいるだけ。 普段から綺麗なお家で過ごしている方や綺麗なホテルをイメージしている方には絶対に不向きです。 遠方から宿泊する方への配慮とおもてなしの気持ちは０でした。残念です。 値段相応です。

- Takane (10/5): また伺いたいと思う最高の宿泊でした - 洗濯機に簡易キッチンもあり、今回は1泊でしたが、長期滞在にも適していてまた伺いたいと思いました。また、イベント会場から離れていた事もあり、静かに過ごせたのも良かったです。食事場所にもバスで気軽に移動する事が出来て、とても快適でした。 特に無かったです

- AKIKO (9/5): 開放感のある部屋で最高の眺めを - 何と言ってもシービューの眺めが最高でした。部屋も清潔で広く、ロフト？らしきものがあるくらい天井も高くて、開放感がありリゾート感満載のお部屋でした！ 10階だったのですが、何処からともなく蟻がやってきて、飲み終わった缶ジュースにくっついていたので早めに缶を洗えば良かったです。

- QI WEN (10/5): - 这家酒店住下来最大的优点就是可以起床就看到日出🌅毫不费力，阳台对着正东 这边8个酒店都是同个集团，所以即使你住在最便宜的那家里面，这边的公共区域，你都是可以享用的，接驳车非常的方便，还挺多车的，万一你不想等接驳车，还可以叫酒店前台给你叫免费的电瓶车，之前网上说他家只能送到宫古机场，这次下来发现他还可以免费送到下地岛机场，非常方便呢。 这边不便的地方： 住着要不你有车，那啥都好说，四周真的很荒芜，除了他们酒店区域 没车的话建议提前在市区买好食材带去酒店，酒店锅碗冰箱微波炉洗衣机啥都有，不然你就要提前网上预约好餐厅，晚餐都需要提前一天预约，午餐基本都可以walk in 接送方面的信息建议写得清晰一些
- matias (4/5): - We arrived at the hotel with great excitement because we had made a reservation through Expedia, and the photos showed a beautiful room, a nice pool, and a well-maintained building. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The building is in deplorable condition, with very dirty windows throughout the lobby, which creates a terrible first impression. On top of that, we waited 30 minutes at reception before anyone showed up to check us in. The elevator carpets are the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, and the pool is not on-site — you have to walk 700 meters to another hotel under unbearable heat and humidity. To be fair, the staff was kind, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t return.

- 하리 (2/5): 가는길이 험난할지라도.. 오션뷰와 넓고 가성비있는 숙소를 찾으시는 분에게 추천드립니다. - 가격대비 방이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 세탁기, 발코니, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 싱크대, 식기류등 있을게 다있어서 좋았습니다. 뷰가 진짜 좋았어요. 다만 위치가 너무 외진곳에있었고 근처에 편의점도 없습니다. 식당들은 문을 일찍닫고요. 호텔이 저렴한이유가 있었어요. 건물이 너ㅓㅓㅓㅓㅓㅓㅓㅓㅓ무 노후돼서 관리를 안한느낌이 엄청났어요. 방안에는 바퀴벌레가 없었지만(어쩌면 못본것 일수도..) 외부 통로에 바퀴 1억마리부터 이상한 벌레들까지 진짜...처음봤어요. 식기류는 육안상 괜찮은듯했지만.. 칼에 녹이 슨것을 보고 사용하지 않았습니다.
- MASAKI (4/5): - 値段、受付スタッフの対応、立地条件は大変満足できるものでした。またバルコニーからの景色は大変綺麗だったので最高でした。 アパートメントホテルスタイルなので、オーブンレンジ、トースター、各種キッチン用品も充実していたので朝食など自分たちで準備できたのも大変満足できました。 受付スタッフの方の対応は素早く丁寧だった点も良かったと思いますし、不満を感じることはありませんでした。忙しいにも関わらず、丁寧に説明する姿勢に感謝しています。 不満を感じるポイントはシャワールームがカビだらけだったことです。海辺の近くのこともあり、仕方がないと思いますが、カビに関しては残念でした。

- park (8/5): 추천합니다 - 매일 아침 저녁으로 멋진 오션뷰를 볼 수있어 좋았음 숙소에 전자렌지와 싱크대 엄청 유용했고 세탁기도 유용하게 사용했음 방도 커서 편하게 이용했음 수압이 엄청 셈 직원이 엄청 친절함 시기라 단지에 위치하여 식당도 주변에 많음. 굳이 히라라까지 안가도 맛있는 식당이 근처에 많음. (예약안해도 됨) 주차장자리 많고 별이 엄청 잘 보임 오래된 건물이다보니 욕실 쪽 시설이 노후된 느낌. 개미를 자주 목격했고 작은 바퀴벌레도 세번 목격함 ㅠㅠ 개미퇴치제를 사서 숙소에 두었고 바퀴벌레는 셀프로 잡음 ㅠㅠ 그게 제일 안좋은 점이었음. 에어컨에서 물이 뚝뚝 떨어져 침대 시트 다 젖음. 프론트에 말하고 외출 후 돌아오니 싹 고쳐져있긴 했음 룸클리닝서비스가 따로 없고 그날그날 쓰레기와 수건바구니를 아침에 방밖에 놔둬야 새것으로 교체해 주는 시스템
- EMI (7/5): エレベーターの臭いとドアの問題がなければ満点でした。 - 部屋が広々としてリラックス出来ました。窓からの景色も最高でした。ハート岩も見えるし、何よりもベッドに横たわったまま日の出を見ることが出来て感動しました。 やはり口コミ通り、エレベーターの臭いが気になりました。消毒薬と何かが混じったような異様な臭いです。スタッフの方々は気にならないのでしょうか？ また、鍵を貰って部屋のドアを開けようとしたらドアが開かず、フロントの方に来てもらって開けてもらいました。建物が古いので、力を込めて引っ張らないと開かないとの事。あぜんとしてしまいました。

- minori (8/5): - 眺望がすばらしいです。 スタッフの方も聞けば教えてくれるのですが、 優待などは案内がないので、調べていくのが良いかと思います。 冷蔵庫のにおいが気になったのと、冷凍庫の霜がすごいです。 改善していただきたいです。

- Keiichiro (10/5): 景色最高でテンション上がります！！ - 景色が最高でした！！ 充分満足ですが、少し古さを感じました。 リゾート宿泊＆長期滞在の両立ができる設備は大変勝手が良いと思います！ スーパーで買ったマンゴーを切って食べたり、ポップコーンを作ったり洗濯したり、、、と、家にいるみたいに自由度が高くかゆいところに手が届き快適でした！

- ナタリ (10/5): Exceptional - On the 10th floor the view from the window is simply magical. In the morning I made coffee and enjoyed the view of the ocean on the balcony. On the 10th floor there are rooms with high ceilings, quite spacious and comfortable beds.

- Yumiko (8/5): - 施設は古いですが部屋が広くて清潔です。食器や調理器具がありますので朝食は部屋で食べました。 車で15分位のところに24時間営業のスーパー(マックスバリュ)があります。 2Fのお部屋でしたがオーシャンビューで景色が良かったです。 初めドアの鍵の開閉が上手くいかないことがありましたがコツが分かれば問題なくできました。ドアの劣化が原因だそうです。 1Fと2Fのエレベーターホールが臭う時がありました。(家畜のような臭い) 夜の第2駐車場はライトがなく夜空の満天の星空を見れます。 注意点 ・チェックイン受付が20時まで。 ・シギラビーチの駐車場を利用するには無料駐車券をフロントで事前にもらう必要あり。
