• Anna (9/5): A lovely stay between Kata and Kata Noi - We liked our stay at the hotel a lot. It has a perfect location: just 3 min walk to Kata beach + 2 very nice restaurants on the beachfront (actually, the only ones right on the beach in the area, and i like to watch/smell the sea/listen to the waves during my meal!) where we had tasty dinners every evening. It was very convenient to walk to and from the beach. And Kata Noi is within just a 9-min walk. A 7/11 grossery store is just round the corner. I liked the hotel breakfasts, they were fresh, tasty and different every day, so you never get tired and always find something to your liking. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any question or offer assistance/ make a recommendation. The hotel was clean and well-structured, convenient to navigate. The room was spacious enough; though overlooking a busy street, it was very quiet when the balcony was closed. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day (both for the shower and for the beach), the beds were made every other day or upon request if needed. The bathroom offered all necessary toiletries, the water in the shower was very warm, and the water pressure was strong enough even on the top floor. The A/C worked well and was well-positioned, so we were able to leave it on during the night. The room also had a balcony where we could rest after the beach and hang our beachwear to dry. The wifi connection was good and allowed for video calls during business meetings. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the hotel! It was really great! Well, the only thing that made my stay not that pleasant was the lack of the wall between the bathroom and the room. There was only a wooden shutter to separate the 2 spaces, which was not soundproof at all, so when you are in the room, you can hear all the sounds coming from the toilet when your roommate is using it. Even leaving the water running doesn't help. So because of this, unfortunately, i do not think i will be staying at this wonderful hotel again unless i travel alone (that is why i rated the hotel comfort as 4, but not 5)

Очень очень грязно, ни в одном отеле в Тайланд, даже без звезд я не видела такой грязи- уборка сделана отвратительно . Полотенца в пятнах крови, простыни несвежие в пятнах, подушки воняют сыростью. На люстре паутина с которой свисал паук, паутина и пауки по углам. 2. Грязь везде. В коридорах тоже - грязь, пыль и тараканы 3. Ужасный запах сырости и плесени в номере, чтобы его перебить приходится включать кондер на 20 градусов не выше, кондеры не чищенные, с торчащими клоками пыли . Ночью не возможно спать из -за запаха плесени, просто невозможно 4. Очень плохой напор в душе, все старое, трубы шумят и воняют 5. Персонал ничем не готов помочь, более того с вечера часов с 10 его просто нет в отеле. 6. Это самый худший отель , в котором я когда -либо жила. Я уехала в итоге после первой бессонной ночи, за вторую деньги мне никто не вернул. Описание отеля абсолютно не соответствует. Это обман

• Aws (1/5): Would not recommend it to anyone. - Nothing Staff will enter your room without knocking the door. Location is very bad. Rooms are very small. Too pricey. Staff not helpful and if not careful will charge you twice. After midnight basically no reception and no support.
• EKATERINA K. (7/5): В целом неплохо, но не вау.Из больших плюсов - еда. Из больших минусов-уборка и некоторые сотрудники - Симпатичный отель, у нас номер выходил сразу в бассейн, это прикольно. Рядом много чего (но пляжи поблизости лично меня не впечатлили). Еда очень понравилась, прям вкусные завтраки. 1. Нашего ребенка, увы, стошнило в номере. С одной стороны с нас не попросили никаких доплат (но может и не должны были, я не знаю), с другой - мы несколько дней добивались чистки ковра... 2. Нам сделали уборку, далее один день уборки мы пропустили, попросили не беспокоить, на следующий день (получается это был 3й день со дня уборки) попросили убраться. Так вышло, что мой купальник чуть полинял на простынь и оставил небольшой цветной след на ней. После уборки мы поняли, что нам не поменяли простынь (а скорее всего и все белье). Просто красиво заправили и все. Т.к. след от моего купальника просто переместился в другое место и стал у изголовья, а был у ног. Мало того, что белью пошел уже 3й день, а поменяют его (если поменяют вообще и неизвестно когда меняли ранее) на 4й день, так еще и спать теперь головой там, где были ноги. А на отдыхе они всякие бывают касаемо чистоты. Так что по уборке вопросы остались. 3. Вишенка на торте. С таким столкнулась впервые. Рано утром нам стала названивать девушка с ресепшен. Не помню уже точно, вроде было 6-7 утра. У нас маленький ребенок, мы еще спали. Она позвонила нам 3!!!! раза. После второго раза муж уже пошел разбираться к ним и даже после этого она позвонила еще раз... Как она сказала - перепутала, звонила кому-то другому. Тупо разбудила нас, ребенка и дальше мешала спать. Извинений 0, мы вышли на завтрак и нам не сказали ни слова ни полслова, будто это норма.

• София Вихляева (9/5): Good but not perfect - We stayed at this hotel for 19 days. It was very comfortable, with quick access to the beach near the surf school – just a 2-minute walk. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. From the window of our room there was a very beautiful view, we even saw a Big Buddha. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speak good English, and solve any issues. We would especially like to mention Sarah and Blue. The room cleaning wasn’t perfect. For example, for all 19 days they somehow ignored cleaning the bathtub, so we ended up washing it ourselves. I’m also not sure whether they changed the bed linen or just straightened it, because towards the end of our stay the pillows started to smell. A double bed is made up of two separate mattresses, so if you and your partner like to sleep close together, one of you will constantly end up lying on the gap between them.

• Кристина (10/5): - Никогда не пишу отзывы, и этот отель не нуждается в них, но так хочется поделиться как нам понравился недельных отдых именно в этом месте. Номер изначально бронировали с выходом к бассейну, но заселили нас с боку от бассейна. Не плохой вариант, все также близко, но поскольку мы отдыхали с ребенком (который безумно любит плавать) я попросила именно этот номер. Администраторы любезно согласились переселить нас на следующий день. Пляж ката великолепен. Отдыхали в начале ноября, поэтому были волны, но от этого присутствовал детский азарт. Рядом же ката Ной, но туда спускаться по лестнице, обратно совсем тяжело, а разницы мы лично не почувствовали. Поэтому ходили в основном на кату. Рынок, кафешки, магазины, все в пешей доступности. Завтраки из трех отелей (мы были потом на пхи пхи и в най харне) самые разнообразные и вкуснейшие) фрукты были 3 видов. В общем советую от всей души

The bathroom was the worst thing, no privacy, just a wooden sliding door. And you could hear everything the person did in the bathroom. The outside of the balcony was just bush and no view. • Laura (10/5): Funky hotel very near beach - Lovely hotel very near the beach. The room was big and spotless. The hotel even decorated our room for our anniversary. All the staff were so lovely. The pool was in the shade most of the day so was far too cold to swim in. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was delicious. After check out, staff kindly let us leave our luggage and later in the day let us use the showers gave us towels. I would stay here again :)

• Vikram (4/5): Pretty dirty and not soundproofed at all - Hotel is NOT SOUNDPROOF They lie about this! There is gaps in the doors and windows so sound easily gets in. Could hear the markets all day and night so staff changed my room to a better room however the shower and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. And I mean at all. Curtains didn’t close properly and had stains on. The floor was so dirty I made a cleaner clean it and had to call them back to reclean what they missed! There was a pubic hair in the bath and on the toilet seat. Water marks all on the shower to show it has t been cleaned in a while too. On top of this, a family of Russians decided to have a party at the pool all night til 6am which the reception did nothing about until I shouted to say I will call the police and they they tiredly decided to ask them to keep it down nowhere they told the staff to F off. They did nothing to make the guests quiet. Pretty disrespect to the other guests.
• Katerina (8/5): - I was travelling solo and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. I’m happy I stayed in this area instead of the usual Patong area as it’s abit more quiet. The hotel breakfast was great with all the usual options. I enjoyed the room service options a couple nights when I felt like some Western food like a pizza or burger. I had the pool access room, but I had one of the rooms on the side of the pool where the balcony does not go straight into the pool, so some rooms don’t have the direct pool access from your balcony. The rooms are a little run down though. The bed base around my mattress had cigarette ash and dust around the room. The staff were friendly.

• Freda (3/5): Poor - The photos definitely made the hotel seem nicer than it was. The bathroom is very exposed. The sliding door was stuck and you could see into the bathroom from the bed which was not pleasant. The air conditioning was also stuck on a certain temperature and we couldn't change it. Two of the pillows were also stained and it made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

• Maria (2/5): Won’t go again - Not much to be honest, reception staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are dirty and scruffy, The sofa was stained and dirty,so was the bed. Lots of mold in the rooms and smelled moldy. The place has potential but needs to be maintained which I don’t think has been done for years. I went to the gym it was disgusting, dirty, old and rusty. Breakfast had lots of choice but the food was under the lamps so it was dry.
• Bethany (2/5): Don’t believe the amazing reviews, we would NEVER stay again. - The bed was comfortable for us and the AC was cold. The food poisoning, the leaky roof that soaked all our belongings, the shower with no water pressure, the condition of the hotel.
