Sankaram MASB (10/5): the overall experience was exceptional and a very luxurious hotel - the dinner is really really good it is exceptional but they have to make good chocolaty deserts with veg which they don't have yet but still very very good so overall experience in the restaurant is very very exceptional and the room the staff the hygene the atmosphere all are very good yummy chocolaty deserts have to be veg it would have been better if they have included bath tub to enjoy especially for kids in the rooms plus they can have a feature in the telephone not only to call the staff but someway to call somebody else or even speak to a relative a friend or even a client or somebody outside and inside the country and even local calls

Fingern die überall schon waren nicht gewaschen sind um über die gleiche Stelle ein zu schenken. Oder Packt die Finger in die Gläser beim tragen. Sowas wird nur im unteren Bereich berührt oder getragen.

Need to improve the food menu, should have more options. Quality of the restaurant food is good. However the bar food is way below average. Need to replace with quality towels. Quality is very bad. Its clean but very old Towels.

High quality amenities and toiletries in the bathroom Special call out for Santhosh, Sushmita and Sreenivasan from housekeeping. All asks were met with a smile. Superb service in all aspects The food! Breakfast spread was excellent. The mini pitas and Ramaserry idlies are worth special mentions. All the restaurant staff were extremely polite and helpful

We ate in all six nights as a) the food was great and b) the Chef Brahma really went out if the way to accommodate dietary restrictions. Staff - Susmita, Ramesh, Sabastian, Udaya, Sathya, Kiruthika, Dinesh, Aditya and Shilpa are super attentive and helpful. Stayed 6 nights. On the third night onward a bad sewage smell permeated our room. The manager Aditya and Shilpa moved us to a junior suite and were super helpful.

Rooms totally modern with really well thought out power and light switches. So many hotels have that elusive ‘how do I turn that off’ light! We tended to choose the À la Carte menu and the portions were generous and well prepared; not huge fans of buffet food other than breakfast, which was excellent. The pool area is really confusing. On our first 2-days we were allowed drinks there but on the 3rd, we were denied. All it would have taken would be some plastic glasses!! There are just x4 loungers, none with tables - I got the feeling the pool was a cosmetic amenity which was not expected to be used by guests and certainly not to be enjoyed in the normal style of a pool area! We found the bar secluded and totally unwelcoming.

On our first 2-days we were allowed drinks there but on the 3rd, we were denied. All it would have taken would be some plastic glasses!! There are just x4 loungers, none with tables - I got the feeling the pool was a cosmetic amenity which was not expected to be used by guests and certainly not to be enjoyed in the normal style of a pool area! We found the bar secluded and totally unwelcoming.

Happiness26834105869 (10/5): The Best Hotel in the City - One of the best hotels in town and their breakfast is to die for. If you like south Indian food, you will not be dissapointed. The staff are very polite and they go above and beyond to please the guest. This hotel is well known for hosting the elite but they still provide the best service to ordinary folks like us. Our suite that we booked was not available but the management apologised and did go out their way to make our stay exceptional. Also last year when we stayed I mentioned that the showers were very slippery and were a fall risk and this year I was pleasantly surprised to see rubber non slip mats in the showers. To take feedback from customers seriously and to implement it shows they value their guests opinions. Overall a great hotel to stay and definitely worth repeating

I would particularly like to recommend the kindness and attention from the waiting staff at the trichy kitchen restaurant. In particular, Mukilan and pranesh were very helpful discussing options for the local cuisine. The food we ate was delicious. Our stay was very comfortable with the room quiet and cool. All the reception staff and room cleaning staff were helpful and friendly and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect.
