The cleaning team need to be quieter when they start their shift. Need hand soap in the bathroom, aircon wasn't cold. I was asked to move room but new room was smelly

• Lee (8/5): Alright for a night or two - Alright location if you want to be out of town, 20Min walk to town, the pool was okay, couldn’t really use it because there as about 10 local children swimming in it, felt uncomfortable to use it same time. The rooms need abit of maintenance, but the bed and ac was good and that’s all I needed for a one night stay near the airport.

• Monika (8/5): Very good - Good place to stay in the Kuta area. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing. It's a bit noisy in the morning. 20 minutes walk to the beach but we didn't mind the distance.

• Arnelia (8/5): Great affordable place, cleaning staff can be too loud in the morning - The room was spacious for the price, good bed and bathroom. - breakfast buffet was not very good, not many variety - staff are nice, I just don't understand why they have to be so loud when they do the room cleaning. It's early in the morning for some who arrived late, and they would sing and scream at each other while working. Feel like they don't respect your rest well enough.

And you can hear everything from outside, there is no possibility to sleep more that 7 am . You hear everything like it is in your room. 🥲

• Abdullah (7/5): Good - Nice location. Friendly staff. The floor in my room was a bit dirty and dusty, but they provide room flipflop. The shower room drainage is very bad. Like, 3 min into showering, the water already flooded the room and toilet.

As for me, the fridge in the room can make this place excellent

Poor communication at the reception, they let me wait one full day beforentontell me that they couldn'textend my stayat thecurrent rate (after saying yes). The toilet should have been cleaned better

• Jesse (7/5): nice for a night - location is nice, room was clean and the breakfast and many options to choose from the aircon is so cold and very difficult to adjust, I can’t adjust the direction of the aircon so I had it blasting on me all night. the hot water in the shower takes 5 min to heat up and gets all over the bathroom floor as there is a lack of a door for the shower

• Kasper (9/5): Superb - It was a very nice and clean room with clean sheets on the bed. it had a good bathroom. The staff was friendly and it had good breakfast. The pool was very nice.
• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was good value for money with breakfast included. Would be great as a base or for a short stay. Located on side of busy dual carriageway with limited restaurant options in walking distance. Soundproofing was non existent so any noise in the corridor sounded like it was in the room. Not suitable for a longer stay or for anyone who likes to explore the local area on foot.

• Baskara (9/5): Another Story at Sun Royal - I can not count how many times I have stayed in this property. Everything goes well and really relaxing to stay here. Simple but comfortable. Keep it up! Just need a little improvement for the breakfast menu, but overall it’s still acceptable.

No hot water in the shower and many mosquitoes in the hotel.It also need an update as many things is old and used.AC have 2 mode, Hot or Ice cold so choose your poison.It's clean but not as clean as it should.

• Mohamad (7/5): Good place for a week or two in good location and friendly staff. - The location is good, friendly staff, cheaper than average with the same range and spacious layout. The price changes between 180k-230k depending on which day and time. We stayed for 1 week and extended for 2 more nights. breakfast is good worth was you pay for. House keeping can be better with the floor cleaning and time management, the water in bathroom i think not filtered or hygiene, it was coming out white for the first 2 days and leaves white stain like salt or calcium after you shower. Hotel need to check this out. The lights in the bathroom needs to be stronger. Sometimes you have guest neighbors who are noisy and make the common area dirty and full of cigarettes smoke, even thought this is end of August and high season, i think it doesn't look good and no control from hotel over it
