- dena (10/5): - Room was very clean.
- barbara (8/5): Great place to stay. Quiet and friendly atmosphere! - The location, breakfast, friendly staff and room were great!!! The pool was not working.
- Elizabeth (2/5): Just dont stay here. Way expensive for no reason - Definitely will not stay here again.
Pool was closed, WIFI was out the entire 3 nights, my baby likes bananas at breakfast and they only had smooshy, split open, almsot completely black bananas the whole time. Had to go get some myself. The "baby crib" offered is a pack-n-play that i think said manufactured in 2012. Staff was unaware of its existence when we arrived.
There wasnt many guests but they put me on the 2nd floor almost all the way at the end, seeing me with an infant.. it felt intentional.
House keeping never showed up to collect trash or anything.
NO BATHROOM FAN so the steam makes the whole bathroom fill up.
Pool was closed in 90° heat.
- William (6/5): - The room was very musty. I had to get some wicks for my 2 night stay 😟
- Kressie (10/5): - Everything was very convenient
- Lesabre (4/5): Not the Best Visit - Facility Under remodel I’m assuming, not a nice smell in the rooms, and the air did not work in our room, no accommodations made definitely was not worth the price paid
- Eric (10/5): - My family has been staying at Hampton Inn Magnolia Arkansas every Labor Day weekend since it has opened. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The breakfast is fresh with several options from cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, and changes every morning. We love this hotel and will be going again next year.

- Shakayla (10/5): Good place to stay - room was super clean and it was very quiet and relaxing. my son enjoyed the breakfast.
- Phyllis (10/5): Exceptional - The price was more expensive than our stay at a 2 room suite at embassy suites. Price here was way to expensive. They charged us more per night than booking.com booked it for. Very disappointing.
- Julie (8/5): Good except for the guests allowed to run amok - Nice hotel, adequate amenities There was a large group staying there. They were loud and belligerent, soaked the lobby and elevator when they were exiting the pool. We were in the 2nd floor, the noise above was incredible
- Heather (10/5): - .
- Debra (10/5): - Loved the staff, so friendly. Beds and pillows were extra comfy. Rained while there so didn't get to get out much so we just enjoyed the hotel
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Curtis (8/5): Overall very satisfied will stay again.. - Breakfast was fine to be included with stay and location was great not in the middle of town but still close to everything. No major issues..only room above had loud residents a lot of trampling on floor.

- Gregory (10/5): - Quiet
- Shannon (9/5): Superb -
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miracle (8/5): - It’s a nice place
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible Time - When a hotel is under remodel they should let the customers know so that they have the option to stay elsewhere. We were not informed, the lobby was in shambles as well as the entire first floor. We were told they would stop working, banging etc, and that did not stop until after 10 pm. The breakfast was in a sack and the coffee was cold! For the inconvenience we should be given credit toward a future Hampton inn stay! The parties staying there with us all checked out early and went to another hotel! There was nothing enjoyable about staying in a construction zone!!
- Zachary (10/5): Good hotel, good location, good people! - Very clean hotel with very kind staff. Bed could be softer, but that’s just a personal preference.
- David (8/5): - All good
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michealle (10/5): - Traveling by myself, I loved being on the first floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No hot water, toilet running, uncomfortable bed
- Crystal (9/5): Superb - Location to SAU No cookies, hairs in bathroom
- Crystal (9/5): Clean, nice continental breakfast but ended early. - Cleanliness, friendly staff, location to SAU They never have the baked cookies for check in. Price is very overpriced for area.
- Kimberly (10/5): Great place if you are visiting Magnolia. - Breakfast good, the entire place was clean and comfortable. Would have wanted a gathering area with comfortable couches/chairs for hanging out.
Price a little high for the area, but no other options really for lodging.
- Jay Dee (10/5): - Excellent
- Marc (10/5): - Friendly staff and excellent service.
- Sue (8/5): - The property was great! The kids running and screaming upstairs was bothersome.
- India (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -

- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (4/5): - Check out bad.
- Brent (10/5): Exceptional - the staff was very helpful, we were late checking in and we called to let them know and were told that everything was good !!
- Stacey (10/5): - Always stay here when visiting SAU and my daughter. Breakfast is nothing special but the staff is always friendly and make me feel welcome
- Williams (8/5): Overall good place to stay - It was good clean and friend environment. Side entrance smelled musty
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Good breakfast and clean Na
- Stacey (10/5): - My go to place when visiting my daughter at college. Always make me feel like family

- Terrell (10/5): Exceptional -
- WE (8/5): - Had trouble with the shower doors
- Stacey (10/5): - This is a definite when traveling to visit my daughter. Great people work here who always make me feel like I’m family. Breakfast is simple but good.
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mubarak (2/5): - I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Magnolia, Arkansas, and was disappointed with my experience. I paid $228.76 for a small room, which compounded my dissatisfaction given the issues encountered. The room cleanliness was subpar, with dust and stains on the furniture and bedding. The noise from traffic and adjacent rooms made it difficult to sleep, and the bathroom was noisy and leaked water all night. Additionally, the coffee maker in my room didn't work, and when I asked for assistance, the front desk responded that they did not offer room service but I could come down and they would try to find a replacement. This level of service and the overall room condition were far below the expected standards of the Hampton brand.
- Pamela (1/5): I’ll never stay here again. I have back issues so a comfortable bed is very important. - The beds feel like you’re sleeping on a bed of bricks.
- Paige (8/5): - Everytime we stay, it’s always a payment issue.but the property is really good.
- Cristina (10/5): Wonderful! Family and dog approved! - Very clean. Close to town and other surrounding areas. It’s pet friendly. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was amazing good and the staff operating the breakfast food/area were very nice. The property is clean, it shows the staff care for the property and their guest. The entrance to the hotel. We were coming from the north from Waldo and missed the entrance (on the left). We had to do a u-turn. The entrance sign is small and awkward place to turn.
- Rebakah (9/5): Superb -
- Martha (10/5): Exceptional -
- 552vp (2/5): Gave away our room - This will be our last time staying at this hotel. We have stayed here at least every other year, and have ALWAYS booked the queen suite studio for our five-person family. We booked the studio room three months in advance, which is why I was so shocked that when we arrived after a six-hour drive with three sleepy and hungry kids, our studio was given away and we were put in a two queen room. Much smaller with less amenities and not what we booked. Had I not mentioned it, we would have been charged for the studio. We won't continue at this hotel. They don't value our history here or our money. I would suggest you do the same.
- Kristi (6/5): - Was told they would stick a roll away bed in our room. Got there and all the roll away were gone.
- Matthew (10/5): - For a night it was a nice hotel to stay in. We enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of the place. They were very nice at check in and out.
- Becka (10/5): Exceptional - I have been going there for years, and i am never disappointed!! Great staff, breakfast is always good, and location is perfect for SAU
- Aye (8/5): Very good -
- Glyndia (2/5): Very poor - The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was so small you could hardly turn a round. When I would leave the room I hated to go back. I tried to find a nother hotel, but it was Mother's day weekend, I was stuck. I cut my vacation short because I refused to pay
for another night in that room.
- Trisha (8/5): Very good - Easy location Both shower doors were off track and wouldn’t budge. Unacceptable that the room was rented in that condition.
- Malayphone (10/5): - Great staff and service!!
- 949rethabilet (10/5): Fanatic yeyyyy.. - A mutual friend recommended this place to my friend, we had to check it out 🤩🤩🤩... I enjoyed the bedroom space it had not forgetting the big lounge that made the stay more enjoyable as we got to do indoor games. We'd definitely have to save and pop in again
- Teresa (2/5): - I pulled the extra blanket of the bag and placed it accross my dog kennel. There was a bed bug on it. I looked around the room and did not see anything else. I did wake up to a few bug bites. I did not say anything due to the hotel not having any other rooms available. When I checked I mentioned that there was a lot of cars. The checkin guy told me. They was full. I am truly upset that I spent 230$ on this !! Teresa Dowell
