- Yasmin (10/5): - Our stay at the Conrad was perfect. Everything about the Conrad is of the highest standard; above all, the dedication of the staff to delight their guests is unparalleled. Every experience, from start to finish, was stellar. The Conrad is a grand and regal hotel. Stepping into the lobby, you feel like it could be the setting for an Agatha Christie book: it’s lively, with lots of people coming and going or simply enjoying meeting each other. Staff are everywhere, ready to help, and there is a lovely coffee shop and a tantalizing gift store. The rooms, by contrast, are pin drop quiet. The spacious rooms come with a large ensuite, equipped with a huge tub, a shower, double sinks, and plenty of counter space. In keeping with the style of the hotel, there is a lovely bathroom amenity box with all the essentials, in case you forget to bring something. When were (sadly) ready to leave, the front desk was happy to accommodate our request to store our bags until late in the evening. We are already missing the amazing staff at the Conrad - and counting the days to our next visit!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Breakfast Buffet - Overall, we enjoyed our time here, but I have one complaint about my experience. The breakfast buffet was frustrating. The hotel staff are constantly hovering around, eager to collect your dishes. They don’t give you a chance to enjoy your food. As soon as you take a bite, someone is already trying to clear your plate. It feels like they’re monitoring you, just waiting to swoop in. If you leave your food on the table to grab something else, it might be gone by the time you get back. They really need to give guests a bit more space

Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" light on and the room already being cleaned by someone else, the waiter and front desk staff insisted on waking me up twice just to check if cleaning is needed.

- Kieran (6/5): Heating issue with the room - The hotel was great however the temperature control / thermostat in our room wasn't working / was broken and the room would not heat up above 21 degrees celsius - so every night when we returned to our room it was 'cold' - we tried to turn up the heat but it never worked - we did call down to reception to report this and they sent up an engineer (although with no disrespect I question if he was an actual engineer as he didn't seem to have much knowledge) and he said that the 'main' thermostat outside the room needs to be turned up and that he has done that but it will take 3/4 hours for the heating to go up to 23 degrees - in the meantime he provided up with a portable radiator but this did very little as it was tiny and the room was large - I debated with him that this will not fix the problem but his English was very limited and he just left us with radiator - the heating did not go up to 23 degrees within 3/4 hours (as I expected) and the next morning we did mention this to the reception and they said they would have this fixed by the time we got back and the room will be at 23 degrees for us returning that night - but when we got back around 10pm the room was still cold and the temperature on the thermostat still showed 21 degrees - we just gave up as we were leaving in a couple of days and I thought I would submit a complaint after we left as I did not want to waste any more time dealing with the hotel staff - I did expect alot more from HILTON but it was not to be....

- Swarup (8/5): - We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us. Also the hotel had no shuttle service to and from Dubai Mall like a lot of other similar hotels offer so it was a bit inconvenient. Overall everyone was lovely and the Turkish tea from Badaway was great and our overall stay was amazing
