Prośba o zmianę pokoju została zignorowana mimo, że pokój w tym samym standardzie był wolny, zwolniony przez moich przyjaciół z tej samej rezerwacji.

- LouMM (8/5): Nice room - The room was a good size and had all amenities available to make the stay comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower had excellent water pressure! The location is on the waterfront and close to Chinatown, a good mall and a short walk along the front to the cat statue and the restaurants in that area. Our room faced the waterfront, therefore there was a bit of street noise (most noticeably the deliberately loud motorbikes and music from street vendors), but this mainly quietened down at night. The breakfast (which is vegetarian) is a bit meagre, and the western choices a bit weird on the palate (I would not choose garlic bread and sweet coleslaw with my eggs for breakfast).

Awesome staff who made it all special, Joseph at Brekky looked after me, Ramona for tours and helpful suggestions and Raynald at the front desk when arrangements needed expert help. Loved the place and didn’t want leave The stairs to the lift were hard but the staff helped with our suitcases

Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable - air con works! Water in the third floor suite was a bit sporadic. Not a problem on lower floors. Didn't not eat in for lunch or dinner because quite pricey.

Room lighting very dull feels a lot of bugs and mosquitoes around it. Roadside car noise can be heard during sleeping time. Didn’t get any good sleep at all.

Location is brilliant on the waterfront, landmarks and near restaurants. If you're vegan, they have food on their menu. Breakfast could be a little more interesting band varied.

Der Kaffee ist nur an der Farbe zu erkennen, der nach Chlor schmeckende Saft ist mit Leitungswasser angemischt, die Auswahl an Brot ist kläglich, es gibt keinen genießbaren Aufstrich. I asked to extend my stay, but you told me I had to change rooms to do so. I asked how much it would cost, and you said 457. Then, when I asked to pay, you said 467. I renewed my reservation online, and you asked me to pay 25 from yesterday. How can you prove I didn't pay yesterday? After I gave you 25, you asked me to pay another 300 deposit. The app didn't let me pay yesterday, so why are you asking me to pay it now? And if I really didn't pay 25, why didn't you wait until I checked out to pay? I feel very uncomfortable and distrusted! My first day at your hotel was very pleasant, and the staff were very friendly, but today I feel really uncomfortable and frustrated. Another unpleasant incident: I came for breakfast at 10:20 AM, and the staff told me it was already served. Breakfast was only served at my request, but the staff deliberately made a loud noise by slamming the dishes to express their anger, which made me feel very uncomfortable!

The staff are really friendly and helpful and a plant based restaurant serves excellent vegan food there. It’s comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were a bit dull though perfectly adequate. The “juice” provided was squash despite there being a juice bar next door and linked to the hotel. And it was a little noisy during the cat festival though that’s not the hotels fault!!
- Shuk Ching Rachel (8/5): A very pleasant stay. - The location is very good right opposite to waterfront promenade. It is good that a small cafe operates next to the hotel and it provides services to the hotel. 1)The small lift is old and making noises. It might need to get upgraded. 2) Hotel should have a proper coffee machine instead of serving coffee in a glass jar.

The private parking provided gave me the peaceful minds during my stay. The location, of course, is very strategic. Just walking distance to nearby eating and shopping places. So, convenient to stay.

- Luc (7/5): Disappointing stay, lacks warmth - Location is central. The name Boutique Hotel is not applicable to our experience. Staff not very friendly. We needed to climb 10 steps to reach elevator and 3 stairs with luggages to get to the Executive Suite, no help from the staff. View in the room is blocked by a concrete piece of the roof. Bathroom shutters were quite dusty and worn. Air conditioning remote control not readable (blurred display). Breakfast disappointing.

Für unsere Touren nach Bako und Mulu Nationalpark konnten wir jeweils unser großes Gepäck da lassen. Die Unterkunft ist modern und stilvoll, liegt gut gelegen an der Waterfront in Chinatown mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstuck war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer zur Straße hin war uns zu laut, wir haben die innenliegenden Zimmer bevorzugt, diese waren wunderbar ruhig.

- Matilda (8/5): Comfortable and cute place in Kuching - A really comfortable and cute place to stay, close to the river, China town, restaurants, bars and other fun things to explore in Kuching. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. I liked how they provided extensive toiletries like conditioner, tooth paste, combs, and other bits - very useful if you’re travelling around. I also thought it was really nice of them to provide free water and other drinks in the mini-fridge. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay.
- Mui (6/5): Good enough base to explore Kuching. Just bring ear plugs. - Deluxe room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean. Location is great, just next to the river with lots of good f&B options Walls are thin, not recommended for light sleepers. Breakfast quality and options could be improved. Only one hot dish per pax was allowed.

Breakfast was disappointing - in a culture known for food, it was a let down. Local food was somehow made bland and western food was of poor quality.
- Mark (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Kuching - Great location, staff friendly, nice big room. We arrived after mid-night which was absolutely fine. No issues were too much of a problem for the staff. They were all very helpful. Handy vegan cafe next door for smoothies, burgers etc Large shopping centre close by with hundreds of options for eating - 99% of them local. Western options limited to Starbucks, Macs and BK. You can eat quite cheaply here or in the street markets for less that £5. The breakfast was fine for us but may disappoint others. There's no big spread or selection, and its the same every day. Bread/rolls/tea/coffee/limited cereal/two or three local fruits and a selection of 4 or 5 egg options off the menu. No local cafe options. Also a limited selection of beers PS use GRAB to get around or the buses Nothing

- Iuliana Dorina (7/5): - Very good location, very nice and cosy! Clean and comfortable Breakfast was a disaster! In one morning, even it was supposed to start at 7 o'clock, at 7 nothing was ready. It took more than 40 minutes to receive 2 uncooked fried egs. No vegetables, the coffee was not refilled when it was over....the staff is either insufficient or very lazy....

- Reta (8/5): Das Personal ist umwerfend freundlich - Das Hotel liegt optimal für alle Ausflüge zu Fuss. Unser Zimmer hatte nur einen Balkon zu einem Innenhof und demzufolge kein Fenster. Das ist architekturbedingt und hat auch einen Vorteil - es war ruhig. Ganz besonders hat uns das Personal gefallen. Sehr höflich und sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ziemlich düster. Ausreichend Lampen, aber trotzdem nicht hell - und dann noch schwarze Wände.
