Nicole (6/5): it was ok. - I really liked the location. The noise from outside the room- the room was not isolated enough, I could hear everything coming from the hall, other rooms and outside. At the reception they did not even bother telling me where the breakfast could be taken, or where to get ice and there is no sign or documentation in the room that indicates the different ammenities.

Le fameux tapis dans la chambre…..ça ne devrait plus existé du tapis dans les chambres d’hotel!!!! Et on apprécierait pouvoir avoir la chambre à 3Hre et non 4:00….suggestion!!

Christian (5/5): Manque de responsable et surtout la désinvolture, voire l'incompétence d'une partie du personnel. - La situation géographique, la chambre au calme, refaite récemment. A quoi sert que le rèrigérateur fonctionne, totalement vide ? une bouteille d'eau serait appréciée ! Machine à cafés n'aie pas été fonctionnelle, d'ailleurs comment faire sans tasses ou gobelets ? le sol de la chambre était poussiéreux. Mais , personne n'a pu prendre une réservation pour le restaurant..... Et surtout je n'ai pas apprécié l'attitude de la jeune fille du bar, ayant commandé un américano, celui-ci m'a été refusé au prétexte que ce cocktail n'existait pas. Palabres de presque 6 à 7 minutes, propos ironiques ! J'ai été durant 52 ans restaurateur ( guide Rouge )

L’hôtel reçoit des groupes qui ne savent pas toujours faire preuve de discrétion dans leurs allers et venues, y compris dans leurs chambres, et ce qu’importe l’heure de la nuit.

Les oreillers etaient très molles et pleines de boules à l’intérieur impossible de dormir la tête à plat. Dans la douche il y avait des cheveux COLLÉ sur le mur.

We had to be up early the next morning. otherwise our stay was great warm reception from staff and clean and comfortable room. We will be back in 3 months as usual !!!

Emilie (8/5): - Familial, bien placé pour visite au zoo Air climatisé beaucoup trop bruyant, difficile de dormir. Je trouve aussi qu’à ce prix, les chambres sont très ordinaires. Les installations auraient besoin de rénovation.
