• Daniela (10/5): - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — whenever we had a problem, they solved it within 10 minutes. When we went on day trips, they prepared breakfast for us to take away. We ordered our breakfasts the day before, and in the morning they came to the villa to prepare everything fresh. The villa was very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation. The massages we ordered to the villa were excellent and also cheaper than those offered nearby. The location is great too — close to restaurants and in a quiet, pleasant area. Overall, the staff are absolutely amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable!

• Alessandro (4/5): - Lo spazio a disposizione è davvero tanto La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore, ma soprattutto due notti consecutive non si è potuto dormire visto che iniziavano i lavori per una nuova struttura alle 4:30 del mattino,proprio adiacente le camere da letto, ho dovuto raggiungere la reception per farli smettere e mi aspettavo che almeno mi offrissero il late checkout per il fastidio. Sicuramente non è corretto iniziare così presto con rumori edili, e una struttura seri deve difendere il riposo dei suoi ospiti.
• Kader (10/5): Great place for perfect stay - Since day one, we felt very welcome. The staff was extremely helpful and always with smile. We stayed 2 weeks, villa was always clean. Every morning our breakfast was prepared in the villa, very fresh and served perfectly with style. Villa was very useful with everything you may need. Location is also very convenient, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

The construction next door is going to be loud for quite some unfortunately as there are new villas being built. We were not affected during our stay as it was just about to commence.

I think property needs a bit of refebriushment on plumbing and kitchen area. Bathroom fittings are ageing and drain and toliet seem to be bit slow in draining.

Free shuttle TO local area was good. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Few small issues which were remedied as soon as possible. Villa 5 didn’t have the water filter working and air con didn’t work. They changed our Villa, so after 1 night, we relocated to Villa 1. Much closer to the front of the reception - which was better as the corridor down is long to walk with walking sticks! Nice hot water in bathroom, it an open bathroom meant lots of mosquitos to deal with! Yes they sprayed some nights - not all. So I purchased my own fly spray as a back up. Did have to ask for top ups of coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets regularly, as we didn’t have the cleaning everyday. Staff were always very accomodating, smiling and friendly. A shame about the noise though, as every morning I was woken at 7am to banging and earthworks from nearby building sites. Then at night there were many dog fights and loud music from nearby building sites and possibly the pub down the street. Overall a central location, with great staff and services. Villa was clean, I would recommend they provide a microwave for use, as the toaster-oven wasn’t suitable for much. (It was also left on by staff twice after breakfast preparation, which could have been dangerous) So check it after they’ve used it. Breakfast was simple, omelet’s were very nice - fruit juice quite bland and watered down - got a bit monotonous after being there for a 17 day stay, so we skipped breakfast half the time and ate elsewhere. Pool was well maintained, and nice. No microwave. Mosquitos. Noise. Shower head should be cleaned, fixed. Bathroom plumbing leaked onto tiles which was slippery - fixed by placing towels on the floor under the sink! Once they got soaked water still ran onto the bathroom tiles, which was dangerous and slippery.
• Christopher (9/5): Beautiful private villa in Seminyak with lovely staff 😊 - The staff were wonderful. Very helpful anytime we needed anything from advice on places to go to service in the room. The rooms had no smell of mold at all (unlike other places we stayed) which was such a relief as it's a common issue in Bali. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was delicious (especially the pancakes 😋🥞) and the mini bar is well stocked if you don't want to go to the supermarket. There is plenty nearby to do as far as shops, spas, restaurants (Shooters is literally a 4 minute walk down the road, love that place!). Grab deliveries also have no trouble finding the place and staff at the front desk call your room to let you know it's there. It's a bit of a drive to Kuta (30-45min) if that's important to you but not too bad imo. Will absolutely stay here again in the future. Don't have any major complaints. Any minor issues we had were taken care of by the staff as soon as we mentioned it to them and they were super polite the whole time. The bath was hard to fill because it's so big and the water pressure was low due to some build up in the faucet. The water got cold before it could fill up. They could maybe improve the televisions but we didn't come here to watch TV so it wasn't an issue for us. They aren't smart TVs so you're stuck with whatever is available at the time. It would have been nice to have but certainly not a deal breaker. I think the only other thing is that they could be a little more proactive with the package inclusions. We had to go and specifically ask for the included massages but honestly that's such a minor gripe. They made sure we didn't forget to order breakfast each night (even coming down to the villa so we wouldn't have to go to the desk) so we wouldn't miss out and they actively confirmed our transport to the next location. Overall it was a wonderful experience here for 7 nights!

• Danni (7/5): Nice and relaxing +friendly staff - Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was hard my husband has a bad back and slept on the couch. Has an outside bathroom if your ok with seeing insects and bugs occasionally didn’t bother me only the mosquitos. I’ve your prone to getting bitten I wouldn’t recommend a villa with outside bathroom. The villa did provide spay and mosquito coils, and staff turned the coils on each night which was very thoughtful. The open lounge dining space was great but not so great with the rain making the tiles wet and slippery. The villa was quiet and relaxing with the occasional sound of tennis players next door. We were out and about most days so didn’t bother us. The aircon in the rooms were great keeping the room cool on those hot days. The rooms were brick so the adjoining room were sound proof, the 2bedroom villas are stand alone with there on ensuite and an additional toilet off the kitchen which was handy if you had guests. Breakfast every morning was nice with fresh fruit. The private pool was nice to dip in after a day out. In house laundry was a great price, compared to the laundry nearby. Short walk to a decent exchange. Complementary in villa massage were so relaxing. There was a massage place nearby with cheap massages were also great. 10 min walk to restaurants. The villa offers transport drop off to Seminyak area free of charge and airport transfer which was handy. A mini mart was 2 minutes away which was great for snacks and drinks. The villa has a water filter machine so no need to stock up on water bottles which is great just bring a reusable drink bottle so you don’t add to the already out of control pollution.

Appreciated that it is a smaller complex of five Villas so works really well for families or those who aren’t into the noisier Bali scene. She assisted us during check-in, making the process seamless and hassle-free. The entire team was warm and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of convenience stores, massage parlors, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for guests. I found the bed comfortable, though the air conditioning could have been stronger for my preference. The pool is spacious and great for a relaxing swim, but non-swimmers should note that half of it is quite deep, so caution is advised. Adding a TV in the living area would enhance the space, making it more inviting for groups to gather, relax, and bond. The breakfast selection is quite limited and could be improved with more variety. However, these are just minor suggestions and do not significantly detract from the overall experience.

Close to great restaurants and convenience store. The cafe across the road was excellent. Nothing. A little dated but this is very minor.

• Amy (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay and the helpfulness of staff really made our trip more enjoyable and easy. - The staff were very helpful with all our requests, in particular when we lost a phone in a taxi during our trip. The private pool was nice, we had a toddler so that was a challenge always watching him without a fence around the pool. The bedrooms were a good size. The food we ordered from the room service menu was good and the spa treatments from the in house menu were fantastic. There was a very noisy bird in our garden each night that disturbed our sleep. The mattresses were a little hard for our liking. The tennis courts next door were open to 10pm which we found a little disruptive with the noise so late.

The wifi dropped out but was quickly rectified by staff when that happened.

Wonderful private pool to relax and cool down. Quiet location away from traffic. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and not too far to a beach. The only things that may improve the villa we were in are perhaps a door on the freezer, and flatter pillows.

• Stewart (10/5): Amazing, best experience for our family, very accommodating, simply the best! - Loved the time that Sandi Agung Villa hosts took to welcome us, explain the breakfast menu, WIFI, how and where to go regarding activities, free shuttle, dining, shopping, and every effort made to make our stay experience a wonderful one. Our 2 teenage boys were gobsmacked by the villa facilities as were my wife and I and this created a special opportunity for all of us to have a lot of fun together as a family of 4. We made daily use of the pool, massages provided and the perfect location within walking distance to shops, and restaurants but still secluded from the noise of the main road. Filtered water on tap was handy, clean towels handy and morning cooked breakfast was super convenient :-). Check out the following tours too: Bali Quad Bike and River Rafting Tour with Lunch operated by Rukmana Bali Tour (request rafter Nucleus) and EZYRIDERS Electric eBike Tours & Rentals Bali (request Zee)!! Best tour but not for light-hearted (Quad bike ;-) riding) Nothing at all that we did not like! Just check out the villa's photos/website to understand that this gorgeous villa has a living room and kitchen outside underneath a beautiful covered rooftop (e.g alfresco) and also the bathroom is outside but has privacy. All part of the magical feeling of living in a villa privately and comfortably.
• Rodger (8/5): Nice Villa with a great outdoor space and pool, good for 2 couples or a family. - Seperate bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms along with the pool ands outdoor living and kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful and were the highlight of our stay, nothing was too much trouble and having local transport as a part of the accomodation cost was great. The property is in need of some upgrades, whilst clean and comfortable the kitchen area and living room are a bit dated and the fittings are becoming worn. The location was good for access to restaurants and local shopping though a bit far from the beach.

Beautifully maintained and close to some very good restaurants. The staff were exceptionally attentive and responsive to any requests. The breakfast was a little bit of a disappointment, the food was cold. I think it was because they don’t have cooking facilities on sight so the food is ordered in and cold by the time it is served.

Loads of space and very authentic. Staff were lovely and there were great restaurants around away from the madness that is the center of seminyak. The kitchen was so run down but no reason to cook anyway.

• Syed (1/5): Much better options available elsewhere. This is not it.! - Non existant wifi - slower than the slowest speed you can imagine. Basically you're better off using your own sim card on roaming. More insects than you will ever see in your life. The private pool in the villa is nothing more than a potential health risk since there is clear problem of algae and the water is cloudy. I am a pool owner of 10 years and this pool is poorly managed for sure! Poorly managed breakfast, served cold and not at all pleasant. We mostly never ordered even though our stay included breakfast. It was that bad.

• Chloe (10/5): - This is one of the most stunning villas to stay in. Perfect if you've got a party of 4 staying together with the two bedroom villa options. The space is quiet and tranquil with a beautiful pool and generous outdoor entertaining area to relax in. The staff were fantastic and they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We loved this villa and would definitely stay again!
• Anne-marie (10/5): Lovely villa, private, quiet location with a short walk to restaurants. Great staff. - Beautiful, private, comfortable, friendly staff, clean, great service. Quiet location but still close to everything. We didn’t do any cooking ourselves, but I felt the cooking facilities in the villa were pretty rusted and not very appealing.

• Logadharshini (9/5): An absolute restful much needed breather - Great 2 bedroom villa, friendly obliging staff, clean rooms, off the main road so pretty quiet. Can get rather dark at night to walk on the street as there are no street lights..clean pool..we had a great time..5 min walk to a little mart for drinks n snack, cafe right across for coffee and bites ..warung jembung a locall indonesian restaurant for meals.. A bit off the beaten path if your looking for shopping and tourist joint..but walkable distance and villa does provide shuttle

• Benjamin (8/5): Good value villa option for a group with separate rooms, and full kitchen. - Great villa with pool. Heaps of space, good location off the main road. Not much - the mosquitos were a bit intense!
• Anusha (6/5): Great stay with a few things to look out for - Staff and service were wonderful. They went above and beyond during our stay. The pool and layout of the place is family friendly, breakfast was also amazing.The site also has a wonderful massage therapist. The place is a little rundown. The rooms and structures are outdated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with 2 under 2. One of the bedrooms had alot of insects during the night which we had to worry about not ideal with little ones. There would be big ants crawling around the room, in the bathroom and in the toilet. The water pressure in this bathroom wasnt the best, toilet wouldnt always flush. We later found out bathtub doesnt have hot water only the shower.

• Nicolle (10/5): Lovely well presented villa with a private pool and open living area in a garden setting - Beautiful set out villa, excellent having extra space and privacy when travelling with older children. Loved having breakfast delivered and set out for us every morning at good value. The whole property was very well presented. Some parts of the kitchen looked a bit tired but this wasn’t a big issue for us as we weren’t cooking.

• Annaschr (8/5): Very good - Great Staff, very helpful and kind. Place is clean. Good breakfast, although limiter menu. fantastic pool Place could use a refurb. Skewed doors and kitchen cabinets. It would be nice to have microwave in the kitchen.
