• Helen (4/5): Acceptable budget travel - bed was clean. there was AC when in room. Mini frig was good! 7-11 very close by to get more. ac takes a long time to be effective as apparently no power if not in room. TV turns on loudly a few minutes after activating power to the room with the key card but it wasn't on when I left, so this is some delayed automatic setting with initial room entry. Annoying, as I'm in bathroom when it starts blasting. I thought i selected a English speaking tour NOT including train market using front desk. It did. "tour" wa s essentially pointing to next meeting point and giving the time in English. Thank goodness I was let off first. Taxi arranged by hotel from airport took me to WRONG Siri. While I questioned driver, security/bellman took my bags into building. Driver shown the Siri Oriental business card with Thai and English when I asked if correct hotel, nodding Yes. I wanted my bags back. driver gone. Hotel says my booking was not with them and called me another cab. I had to pay another cab. At Siri Oriental was told I would receive refund, but I didn't.

• Giulia (9/5): - The hotel was extremely well located, very close to the centre, you could go to the main attractions comfortably by foot. Breakfast was large and varied, with fresh fruit and fresh juices. The room was clean and tidy, and we were supplied with fresh bottled water almost every day. A special shout out to the lovely lady at the reception, she was extremely kind and helpful, giving us directions and organising excursions. Will definitely recommend it!

• Everton (10/5): Hospedagem muito boa! - O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo do Gran Palace, Wat Pho e Khao San Road. Tanto o quarto, quanto o hotel são extremamente limpos e confortáveis. A cama, os travesseiros e os lençóis estavam impecáveis! Café da manhã diversificado e saboroso, com opções ocidentais e orientais. Funcionários gentis e educados. Custo benefício excelente! Eu voltaria a me hospedar! O horário do café da manhã. Os passeios iniciam cedo e por 2 dias não podemos comer no hotel.

• Jessica (9/5): - Location is really central and close to all the main sightseeing places. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The streets nearby could look a bit dangerous to walk, a lot of homeless people.

The hotel had free combs and razors and other useful things people often forget available at the front desk. The staff were helpful. I noticed the hotel had options to tour the area from the hotel. The area was a little sketchy, but maybe that is just Bangkok.

There were bugs everywhere. In the washroom, in your hotel room, in the buffet even dead bugs in the food. I didn’t feel like eating the food when I saw that. We have stayed in much cheaper hotels and never saw this issue.

• Emma (10/5): Great hotel - A great hotel. Friendly welcoming helpful staff. Large room. Plenty of storage. Soap and shampoo provided. Large TV. Small fridge. Kettle with tea and coffee. Air con had a problem but was dealt with quickly. We chose the hotel for being walking distance to the river and the Grand Palace. Its quite a residential area but we liked that, lots of traditional restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. Coffee made to order as was a choice of eggs. Asian hot food and continental cold food buffet was great. Loved the fresh fruit.

• Nava (8/5): - Great hotel. Very nice staff. The location was a bit weird. It's very close to everything so that's very good. But i took a walk one night trying to find an atm machine, and 2 minutes away from the hotel was the street where all the homeless people lived. And i saw so many cocroaches that night as well tbat really messed up my guts. But very nice hotel. If you don't want to experience what I did, don't take a walk in the back streets. :))

Les alentours de l hotel sont moyens.

• Ana (7/5): - Excelente pequeno-almoço, quando não conseguiamos ter horários para usufruir do pequeno almoço bastava pedir no dia anterior e eles faziam-nos uma marmita para levar. Cama extremamente confortável e grande. Precisa de uma ou outra remodelação nas paredes e vedação das janelas. Ouve-se muito barulho da rua. Felizmente é bem localizado longe o suficiente de bares e restaurantes mas super facil de ir a pé a todo o lado.

• Patrycja (9/5): Super - Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy ale blisko popularnych ulic. Można spokojnie dojść spacerkiem do China town. Śniadanie bardziej europejskie ale dobre. Byliśmy tylko na jedną dobę i to była dobra opcja przy takim transferze, myślę że byłoby super również na dłuższy pobyt. .

The breakfast included an egg chef and some gluten free cereals which was good because when you have no kitchenette travelling it can be difficult when you have food allergies. The bathroom was pretty good. The aircon worked well. Room smelt strange (damp?) so we had to put the aircon on constantly to try clear the mustiness out. The condition of the room was a bit shabby (broken curtain rings, small damages etc) and surprised me on arrival. The area around the hotel was quite boring, dirty and depressing but I should probably have researched better before choosing this area.

• Jacquelyn (8/5): Minor issues, but we would definitely stay here again! - The location was fantastic… just minutes by tuk tuk to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Khao San Street. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, but not great for vegetarians or people with allergies who had limited safe options. The beds were very comfortable and they provided tons of pillows. The only issue we had was that there was a strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom… we kept the door closed and it wasn’t a problem. There was also a smell coming from the AC unit, so it is probably due for a cleaning and new filter.
• Evgeniya (7/5): Nice hotel but location is not the best one - Overall the hotel is worth the price. The price is good. The staff is nice and helpful. In case you want to eat something in the hotel there is a microwave close to the reception. The bedsheets and towels were crystal clean. We had 2 rooms and in the bathroom of one of the rooms the smell was incredible. We also found a batch of hair attached to the wall in the shower. Everybody says it has a great location, but we didn’t find it great at all (however it is not the fault of the hotel). No good restaurants or places to have a good breakfast nearby. You have to walk about 20 minutes to get anywhere (including sightseeing), the streets are full of homeless people sleeping on the streets and ladies looking for clients at every crossroad.
• Ales (9/5): - Hotel příjemný, vše přesně dle nabídky na Booking.com. Pokoje čisté, postele velmi pohodlné, klima perfektně fungující. Snídaně skvělé. Večer velmi příjemná možnost posedět na střeše hotelu, kde byla i houpačka. Poloha hotelu v dochozí vzdálenosti ke královskému paláci. Služby recepce výborné. Jediným negativem pobytu byl fakt, že v okolí hotelu se večer válely po ulicích spousty bezdomovců. Ale nikoho neobtěžovali, pouze to bylo nepříjemné se večer jít projít. Ulice v okolí byly velmi špinavé.

• Mary Katherine (9/5): - A good location. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. We had no wifi in our room when we checked in. The receptionist worked with tech support and us for over an hour. The issue continued. We changed rooms and it was better for a short time. We ended up using tethering from our phones for data for our whole stay. It was still a pleasant stay.
• lucaspagna (8/5): - Generalmente l'hotel ha le caratteristiche di un 3 stelle Biancheria da letto di qualità. Due cuscini, uno alto e uno basso. Camera minimale ma accogliente e curata. La camera viene rifatta ogni giorno. È una buona soluzione per soggiorni lunghi. L'hotel è nel quartiere storico di Bangkok con siti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. Il quartiere è pittoresco e vissuto. Nei dintorni si possono trovare ristorantini dove mangiare discretamente bene a prezzi bassi. 7/11 a pochi metri. Lavanderia a pochi metri. Lontano dal traffico caotico. Questa è la zona che preferisco quando vengo a Bangkok. Colazione discreta, forse mancano i fagioli al sugo e il bacon per fare una colazione inglese. Sui dolci ci sono piccole brioche, waffle e burro e marmellata. C'è la frutta e la verdura. Possono prepararti aul momento uova e caffè. Basterebbe poco per rendere l colazione di alto livello. Comunque è una buona colazione. Nel complesso è una buona scelta! Ci sono tante piccole cose migliorabili ma alla fine è una buona scelta per famiglie, coppie ma anche single
